I stopped in for a drive-thru oil change. My mother is being treated at Hope Hospital in Duarte, so I took a chance based on a yelp search. I wanted us to be able to stay in the vehicle. The business had summer hours, so they were open until 7pm. I pulled in and was directed to a bay and offered a choice of complimentary water or soda. They offered air blowers to keep the car cool when it needed to be turned off. They were friendly, professional, thorough, fast, and reasonably priced! Super cool experience! I originally went to another drive-thru oil change spot that said they were open till 8... but their doors were already closed at 4:45 . So I drove over to this location instead -- and honestly, so glad I did! Got greeted right away and even offered water, hot chocolate, or soda while waiting in my car (such a nice touch!). The techs introduced themselves as they came up and explained everything they were doing. I never felt pressured or upsold -- but I did end up getting two filters replaced, and yeah... they definitely needed it once I saw them . Everyone was super professional, friendly, and made sure to explain and get my okay before touching anything. The place was surprisingly clean too -- not messy or greasy like some shops can be. The techs even kept their uniforms pretty clean, just a few smudges here and there (totally expected). Also kinda loved how they communicated with each other -- it reminded me of watching Hell's Kitchen with all the "behind!" and "going up!" calls . Overall, awesome service and a really good vibe. During a previous visit one of the techs recommended a fluid service I was due for and I agreed to get the job done. Came here for a quick oil change. They have great customer service, but they a lot of extra products they try to recommend. It can get a bit tiring saying no to 5+ add-ons when you just wanted an oil change. They do a 33 point inspection with the oil change - which can help you catch something wrong with the car if you're not a big car person like myself. They checked the tire pressure, oiled the hinges, wiped down the windshield, and even offered me coffee. The customer service is top tier. They also give a voucher for a free car wash they have a partnership with at a nearby car wash place. However, I cannot personally go here every time for an oil change since it costed me over $100. I got the synthetic blend with the 33 point service and changed the oil filter ( which I thought was included in the base price, but it was not ). Feeling a bit ripped off, but the other perks were nice. Not sure it was worth $100 though. read more

I came through for a drive through oil change and it took around 20 minutes once they were able to service my car. We stayed in the car while service was occurring and we were shown each of the new parts that were put in. At no point did I feel pressured to upgrade or like I was being scammed. If you're expecting an oil change to cost around $85, make sure you're paying close attention and asking a lot of questions--because I just got charged $140. They tried to sneak in a $4 filter after I explicitly declined a new oil filter. When I questioned it, I was told it was "required," even though I had just said no. On top of that, they offered five more unnecessary add-ons, which I also declined. I asked if these extras were part of the oil change package--of course, they weren't. This oil change location is top notch. Friendly mechanics who communicate well. They greeted me and offered coffee first. Which I appreciated since I arrived at 9am. They run the place like a well oiled machine. You can hear them double checking the steps they are taking. They offered to change my in cabin air filter. I went ahead and added that service. The whole time I remained in my vehicle. Was out of there in 30 minutes. Way better service than any place I have ever used prior. They topped off my transmission, differential, wiper and radiator fluids. They also applied wd40 to all my door hinges. Part of a 33 point inspection they do. I also added engine cleaner.
