Amin took care of me by asking me questions, testing out my car, and explaining possibilities of what could be causing the issue. The challenge is that it is intermittent and it's difficult to reproduce. He did his best to try and replicate it, but wasn't able to. Although I took some of his time to look at my car, he didn't charge me anything as diagnostics didn't need to be run due to no engine light appearing. I truly appreciate the support he provided, top notch. And they are easy to reach out using Yelp messages (just make sure that it sends properly). Thank you, Amin.

It's missing vinyl film shields on one side, but they left them on the other side so I don't know what happened there. They didn't color match evidence is in the picture there's clearly a line of the two different colors and I can't believe they didn't wash the truck after they finished painting it. The truck also has a weird odor inside. I'm not sure why. When I asked how much it would be to paint the roof it was first $700 then when I agreed to the 3 panels I told him I'd pay for the top on my own dime the price went up over double $1500 for 1 panel. SMH never again. So for 3 panels one being the truck bed it was $1900 then to paint 1 more panel the roof was an extra $1500 just doesn't add up

    I award 5 Star rating to Neue Auto LLC, earned due to the diligence and honesty displayed by…read moreservice advisor Mr. Alvin Niki and the Automotive Technician that performed the OBD Diagnostic test on our 2013 XC60 vehicle which begin indicating engine warnings, shutoff in safety mode and ending in engine service required urgent. The diagnostic revealed Crash Zone Faults still stored on board. Mr. Niki's explanation was thorough, understandable to this elderly veteran, Mr. Niki recommended I contact Insurance Adjuster explain the situation. Instead of we can fix it, Mr. Niki's recommendation was the wisest. He was not deterred about losing a future customer in explaining that what we needed is a little beyond the their capabilities, given the dealership would have the Vehicle specific diagnostic tools and the ability to factory reset the electronics. We will be having our XC60 veicle serviced by Neue Auto LLC in the future. The Neue Auto provided the service at no cost to me, as explained, we were not able to correct/repair the problem.

They're usually able to take me in pretty soon too which is great. On my most recent visit, I went in thinking I needed specific work done, but Codi realized it was a totally different issue. He fixed it right then and there, so I didn't even need the major work I thought I did! As a woman in my early 20s, I'm always prepared to be sold on things I don't need, but that never happens here. They're so good at explaining what happened and I've never felt ripped off. The reception area is nice with AC, water, and a TV, plus a huge perk is that they pay for your one way ride share from the shop after you drop your car off.

    I never write reviews as I really would like to understand people's perspective before writing…read morereviews but me and my ohana are sadly disappointed with our recent services here in Kaneohe Auto Care. We have gotten our cars changed here back then and they used to be good. But now they're rude and have no aloha, only looking for profit and overpricing things. I am not sure if they all just had a bad day, but I tried my best to be really understanding at first. Our earlier experiences over the years were good and we decided that we will stick with Kaneohe Auto Care as they seemed like good ohana and we would like to support them. But our recent 2 experiences changed our view of them. Our recent first experience here was good besides overpriced tires, they promised to give us Falken tires but after the tires and repairs have been done, they told us they weren't able to and changed our tires to MIDAX instead, lying that they were a far more superior brand instead while overcharging us on the tires by $200. After a week, the car had problems again and Kaneohe Auto Care failed to identify an oil leak and oil filter problem which we had gotten checked at another place. When I told them the girl in the front said, "Well what do you want us to do about it?" in a rude tone. On our recent second experience to get our car diagnosed they gave us a set price of $1600 for some car repairs. I also noticed when I first came in, when one of the mechanic was on the phone he was pretty rude to the person in the phone. After confirming again, they were very rude on the phone complaining about the repairs on the car, telling us that we're asking for a lot of repairs after we had already discussed what the diagnostics and the repairs of the car would be, giving us a set price of $1600. After a couple of hours, I decided to call them again thinking maybe they just had a bad day which is why they were rude on the phone and in person, not even making eye contact and ignoring questions I asked multiple times. After thinking about trying to understand them, I called them again to confirm the services and the price -- but to my surprise the person I was talking to wasn't the same girl I talked to in the first place -- it was a man with the same voice that was rude earlier to another customer on the phone. Right from the start of the call, I said Aloha, confirming the repairs and costs, but he was rude right off the bat. He increased the price, overpricing it $1000+ higher than even the Honda dealership here in Windward, and it did not even cover all the car's problems. After discussing with ohana and experiencing that, we decided not to go and just decided on the safety check and oil change after KAC switched our price from $1600 (we had discussed all repairs already and which repairs would be done) but then they changed their mind, doubling the price to over $3000 after giving us a set price of $1600 while Honda ngave us a price of $1900. I tried to be very understanding and polite but the man I talked to was very rude as I kept thinking to myself to try and understand he may have had a bad day and that we're all ohana on the island. We decided not to get the car fixed by them. I came in and while talking and they did not even look at me in the eyes while talking and were ignoring my questions, telling me to sign on the paper instead for the oil change and safety check which costed $140 ($70 was labor). We were looking to have a great service, especially after our cars broke down and the hurricanes on the island have led to many problems only to be met with this kind of service. Where is the aloha? Now they're only looking for profit even higher than the honda dealerships which we originally switched from as honda has usually high prices. I always support local businesses here in Hawaii as I grew up here. But after the service here in KAC me and my ohana will sadly never be going here again. They will find different ways to overcharge you in other ways to make a profit and my first experiences from back then may have been good but multiple recent experiences proved they changed.

After dealing with mediocre service at another Auto repair center, I'm switching to Kaneohe Auto Care because of the friendly, honest, efficient service! I brought my car to be repaired without an appointment (because it was an emergency) and got a call in the afternoon - saying that my car was done! I was worried I wouldn't have a working car or that I would be driving an unsafe car. He first started by helping me troubleshoot over the phone. He met me at a location that worked for both of us and although he said it was kinda on his way, he was actually making a pit stop to help me!!! Luckily he had all the supplies and portable devices he needed to diagnose and turned out to be something he could fix on the spot. He arrived with his wife who assisted him, his beautiful Vanna White. Thank you so much to both of them for helping me in this busy season and on such short notice. Jeff was able to fix the problem on the spot and didn't take him much time at all. He ended up charging me only the diagnostic and essentially did the repair for free!!! Wow! EXCELLENT customer service. Jeff explained to me exactly what he was doing step by step in Layman's terms. After about 30 mins. He also texted to check if I got over the H3 freeway safely. Jeff does mobile auto service which makes it convenient for you. I checked out his website and says he is ASE certified and has been a mechanic for 15 years (probably more now). When I look for service industry people, I look for people who I can trust, someone who looks out for me and who I feel treats me like they would treat their family. That was Jeff and his wife. Mahalo for going the extra mile and showing so much aloha. Will definitely call again for all my car needs.
