Love this noodle shop. We came with my fiancé's brother in law, who grew up in Gansu province in China, where LanZhou hand pulled noodles originated. He spoke so highly of Walala that we had to grab dinner with him there. Of course everything was very authentic. I got the knife cut beef tendon noodle combo that came with two beef skewers. It was delicious! I love that they have chili oil and black vinegar at the table so you can add more flavor and customize the taste. The beef skewers were good, but the size of the beef chunks were too big to absorb all of the seasoning, and it was very chewy, so maybe it had a lot of tendon. We also ordered the cucumber salad and the edamame. The edamame needed more chili oil. I also got to taste the dandan noodle my fiancé ordered. Sooo good. The hand pulled noodle was so QQ and chewy.

This was my first time at this location it's situated in the shopping center where there's an abundance of Asian restaurants. And to be honest with you if you have your choice of so many great selections. Walala is a Michelin star restaurant that features hand-pulled noodles. There are four types of noodles that you can get. The hand pulled noodles were incredible. they are more of a soup-based type of meal and there are 10 different choices of selections where you could have the noodles in and I had the spicy shank and I loved it. As for vegetarian options there were a few but this didn't seem like I could take wifey too. Highly recommend and we'll come back to try more variations and more types of noodles. Service was a bit slow I showed up and the guest that it was meeting me showed up 15 minutes later I sat there the waitress never came by and asked me if I wanted to get anything ahead of time. Nice quaint little restaurant where you can view the people pulling the noodles and it was quite quiet I got there around a quarter to 12:00 and it was packed by 12:30

This place is absolutely amazing! The staff and owner are all so nice and everything is delicious. Their noodles are made fresh right in front of you and I love how you get unlimited refills. It's no wonder they are Michelin guide recommended

Do you ever go somewhere and know you're getting a home cooked meal? Cause that's every time I go here it feels like that! Food is always served hot and fresh. It doesn't take long to get the food or drinks, unless you order the hand dumplings. Those do take a bit longer than the soup to come out. The service is always friendly and they don't check in on you too much. The interior is very simple with a few tables to sit at. My favorite dish to order is the Hor Fun with beef. The beef is tender but sometimes does have a bit of fat on it. The hor fun noodles are large but soak up the broth perfectly. They also travel well and hold their shape/texture. The boba and fruit teas are absolutely delicious! I love coming here and love bringing others here to try the delicious food!

All about dem noodles. Loved the chewy and bouncy hand-pulled noodles. I went with the spicy Sliced beef not too spicy. I added some chili oil to kick it up. I loved how the broth infused in the noodles for added flavor. We also enjoyed the wonton in chile sauce which had toasted peanuts and chives as well hint of peanut in the sauce. The wrapper was so light and delicate it melted in your mouth. Yum

KUDOS to the staff for providing supreme quality customer service! I ordered the Tonkatsu Ramen and Boiled Dumpling Sampler and it was delicious! They play Christian music and the ambiance was quiet! I highly recommend all to come and visit to support this local business! This is a Michelin star restaurant!

Very pleasantly surprised by Walala! Located in the Enson Market plaza, the restaurant is clean, well organized and the staff speaks both English and Chinese. The noodles are made fresh and cooked immediately, you can watch the masters at work in the glass open kitchen in the back. You definitely taste the difference between fresh and dry or frozen noodles, they're so much more bouncy. The portion sizes are pretty hefty. I had the beef shank preserved veggies with hand pulled noodles. Lots of tender slices of beef and the veggies were not super salty which was perfect. There was so much noodle! If you're a slow eater, you may want to portion some out so it doesn't soak up all the soup. The soup was very flavorful. They have a lot of side dishes and appetizers to choose from as well.

Huge fan of Orlando's Chinatown, so I had to check out this hand-pulled noodle spot. Small, bright, and always busy. Watching the chef stretch the noodles in the front window is honestly mesmerizing. Portions are massive, and after you finish your noodles, they'll fill you up with a second portion for free! You'll definitely not go home hungry. I got the spicy short rib beef noodles and sliced beef noodle soup, the noodles were perfectly cooked, al dente, and you can really tell the difference between homemade and store bought. The broth from both dishes are flavorful, but needed to be dressed up a little, as I think it's missing some salt. I also tried the steamed dumpling combo with chicken, pork, and beef. They were big and juicy, but definitely need a lot of chili oil and soy sauce to make them better. Chicken wings were nice and crispy, comes with thai chili sauce, but nothing to brag about. Would come back to try more items!

We finally made it in. We've been wanting to try this place for so long. We each ordered something different and it was all amazing. My one son is a vegetarian so they made him a vegetarian noodle soup. My other son wanted the combination dumplings. They are both 10. The vegetarian ate more than half his and took the rest home. My other son ate every last dumpling. My mom got the beef rice noodle soup. My sister the Dan Dan noodles. I had the spicy beef hand pulled noodle soup. Everything was incredible. Packed with flavor. We can't wait to go back and try some more things. The five us are for under $100. To us that's amazing. Service was phenomenal. I didn't realize how tiny the place was but the set up works well. Fun little added bonus to get to watch the noodles being pulled and everything being cooked in the open kitchen.

These are noodles you need to try! Before I visited WaLala, I had never heard of Chinese hand-pulled noodles so I was intrigued to try this spot after reading so many great reviews. What I enjoyed the most about Walala was that the noodles are made fresh daily. You can even see the Chef in action making them. The technique is impressive and he made it look so easy. We ordered soup and the portions were generous. We also ordered dumplings (also made fresh)and spring rolls. I think we underestimated the portions and were so full. The soup was delicious, the broth was so rich and tasty. It definitely hit the spot. The portion of noodles was substantial. The restaurant is located inside the Chinatown plaza on W. Colonial Drive. It may look unassuming on the outside but when you enter is a whole experience. It feels authentic and the staff was super friendly. I can't wait to be back.

I absolutely cannot say enough about this place - it's a straight blissful treat! Nestled in the heart of China Town in Orlando, this place is where anyone who loves Hand-Pulled Noodles or Ramen MUST go! Recently earning a Michelin Star in 2025 - Walala does not disappoint (it delivers with exceptional precision). There was not a single thing we tried that was not outstanding. I love me some spice in my Ramen or Noodles and not all places get the flavor just right but Walala absolutely nailed and exceeded my expectations. This isn't a suggestion to consider this is a definite destination if you are in or near the area!

Me and my friend have been seeing this place all over TikTok and finally decided to go for dinner. I like the inside of the restaurant it's cute and I like that you can see them make the noodles. Our server was really nice and gave us lots of recommendations based on our tastes. We got the hand pulled noodles with braised beef. The noodles themselves were good. The broth was lacking flavor in our opinion, we added more spice but it still wasn't enough. The meat tasted good though. To be honest I don't think we will be coming back here. The noodles are good but there isn't much flavor to the broth.

Of course, this place is known for their hand-pulled noodles and they were soft and pretty good! I'm a bit of a wimp when it comes to spice, so when I saw that almost all the dishes had bright red in them, I opted for the milky tonkotsu. It wasn't the best ramen I've ever had, but it hit the spot on a cold night. The noodles are so long that you have to cut them with the metal spoon if you're sharing with others. We really liked the drinks, so I would definitely recommend those to supplement your meal! The beef skewers were small and VERY chewy, but the flavor was great! I tried the spicy-looking soup and it actually wasn't that bad (for me)! They have chili crisp pots on the table to add more spice. The smashed cucumbers was a nice, crisp vegetable side dish that was refreshing and had a super garlicky bite. Service was attendant and good. When we first walked in, no one was at the host stand and there's a QR code to add yourself to the waitlist, so I did for my party. We sat on the benches in the front of the restaurant until we would be notified when our table was ready. After a little while, the couple next to us, who was waiting on their to-go order, told us that we just have to stand up, and wave a server down to get seated. We did that, and we got seated right away. I thought it was weird that they would have that sign out with the QR code if they weren't actively using/updating it. We probably would've been waiting so much longer if that couple didn't save us!

I suspect they treat there staff well and hire the right people. Everytime I am here I feel like they are over staffed, but there are plenty of tables inside and out in this intimate venue. My two favorite happy hour dishes are the Salmon Pke Tacos and the Crispy Chicken. I used to live on Lake Eola Park and I so miss coming here. Glad I stumbled in here today.

That said, I would definitely come back to try other items on the menu, as there are so many options to choose from. Our server, Carl, was very friendly and attentive. I visited on a Friday evening, and the ambiance was relaxed yet lively, with plenty of groups enjoying dinner or drinks at the bar.
