Each time I've been here, i mean i do drop some money but hey i get a bigger stuffy to take home. I've taken a giant spongebob, lotso the bear, mario and lugi. Also went home with labubu since they have the special promotion going on which is definitely worth it. it's $100 but you choose either the have a seat or exciting macaron labubu and then get 65 tokens to play, each token is $1. We take our kids here every weekend! The staff here is very friendly and attentive every time. They communicate with the kids in a genuine way, and if they see the kids struggling to win a prize they really want, they'll help reposition the prize to help them out. If the kids don't like their mystery prizes, the staff will gladly swap them out for the one they want. For our latest visit, the kids left a little sad because they didn't win more prizes, and as we were getting into the car the owner came out and offered the kids some free play! We were very surprised and the kids were so excited. Yes our kids are plenty spoiled, but the management is top notch in making sure everyone leaves happy. We are also always pleased with seeing new prizes every week so there's always something new and exciting. Not to mention their Labubu prizes. These claw machines are perfect for my toddler to do on his own. 1$=1 token and 20 can last you a while. My toddler loves Pokémon and this week they had all machines with Pokémon plush for a recent event. Just 4 days before that they had a good variety of plushies. They also rotate the gachapon . It seems they rotate plushies often which is great because we 'll probably be back next week! I hope this business pops off and grows bigger because the staff is amazing and deserves it. After my recent trip from Japan I got the itch to do claw machines. It'd be great to see them get the game machines like in round 1. we spent $70 and left with less than 10 stuffed animals. management wasn't helpful unlike the last time, there were about 4 workers and they all sat there doing nothing. last time we were there it was a much better experience management was helping the little ones when they weren't winning, and this time was nothing like that. i definitely wouldn't risk it again, not knowing whether its going to be a good trip or not. definitely not worth it. read more
