Amazing claw machine spot! I've been to a couple and this was my first time at OkiDoki and wow, some of the other shops might need to step it up a bit! Service was AMAZING. They were so helpful, attentive, and just so genuine with their service. It never felt like I was bothering them and they were always so good with just stepping in themselves to help without being asked. I spotted the workers helping out people who were struggling to win. This is the kind of place where you definitely leave happy and satisfied. I don't think I saw anyone leave empty handed! Lots of variety in claw machines and very cool that they also had a bunch of gachapon machines! Also so fun to see a machine with pokemon cards too! I definitely made an attempt, but failed lmao. I love that you can even swap out your gachapon if you get one that you didn't want ! I was shook. Definitely will return! Love that it's next to a bunch of other great shops too like Happy Lemon and Airoma Cafe, very convenient to play some claw games and then get a nice drink after.

Hands down, this is the best crane game spot I've been to in terms of value. They make it easy to win, and I can confirm this place has strong claws. I ended up buying $20 worth of credits (23 tokens) and went home with 15 prizes, meaning I won on almost every crane, with only a few extra tries needed on some of the harder, smaller machines. This was easily my largest haul from any crane game, so the claws are definitely fair. As for the prizes, they were pretty decent. I walked away with a full set of Minecraft characters, some Pokémon, and a few other fun items. The trade-up prizes weren't the best from what I saw, and the place itself is fairly small, but I really appreciated how helpful the staff was. They moved a few plushies to make things easier and even gave us a take home bag after we purchased tokens, almost like they knew we were going to win a lot.

Okie Dokie Cranes is hands down the best in OC. My daughter has a broken arm and still won so many prizes. She especially loves being able to trade plushies up for bigger ones, even a Labubu. She leveled up to her second Labubu here and was so happy. We love coming as a family and actually winning prizes together, unlike other places. Highly recommend!

I have become obsessed with claw machine arcades ever since my trip to Tokyo and Seoul. These have been popping up all over SoCal but I find them either too pricey per game and your money evaporates and/or it's too hard to win. Oki Doki DEFINITELY has a winning combo going on here. A good amount of machines, good deals for tokens when you buy more, and many machines with only 1 token needed for each game, even for the bigger prizes. They even have machines for pop mart blind boxes (5 tokens at the time of this review) and other ones for Sonny Angels and Mofusand cell phone figures! Staff is super friendly and helpful and even are willing to help out customers they see trying to get their favorite plush by trying to reposition certain ones. They also sell labubus and have some token and labubu deals right now along with a great selection of other accessories for labubus and other blind boxes. I left with 6 keychains and 4 bigger plushies and spent about $35. Had a great time, will definitely come back!

Oki Doki remains my favorite crane machine place even a year after their grand opening. Their plushie selection is curated with impeccable taste, with crowd pleasers such as Doraemon, Pokemon, Crayon Shin-Chan, and Sanrio. Labubus are available for trade up. Something I especially appreciate is the ability to trade your plushies in for tokens that you can save for another visit. This makes huge prizes such as the Angel in Clouds Zimomo actually achievable! The staff are also incredibly nice and helpful. I love Oki Doki.

Went here on a Sunday and bought the $100 special that included coins and 1 single box of Big Into Energy Labubu. They give you 65 coins and you can play to win another Labubu or some of their really cute plushies. My kids really loved it there and we actually won another 4 plushies! Now I will have to say that when we got home we opened up the Labubu and realized it was a Lafufu. I contacted the shop right away and they were more than apologetic and urged us to come back to make it right and exchange it for a real Labubu! I was super surprised I thought we were just SOL. BUT They were so awesome how they handled this problem and my son was so happy to get a real Labubu! Their staff is fantastic and super kind. I will be coming back for sure! Oh and they sell really cute Labubu clothes! Highly recommend!

A small family owned business. Ray and his family are the most sweetest and most humble human beings ever! I always manage to win just a handful of stuff animals for my son everytime we go. You can never not walk out with nothing. Highly recommend coming to Okie Dokie Cranes if you want something to do. I would highly recommended coming here.. Guys.. Definitely take your partners here. They will love it!

Came here on a Friday evening at 9pm and spent $20. It was well worth it as my husband won a labubu on his first try! The staff is soo friendly and offered to reposition stuffed animals to make it easier to win. I love that they had big and small stuffed animal claw machines. I would definitely come back!

I came here after seeing on Instagram this fun new claw spot in Garden Grove! This week is Pokémon week. They had Charmander, Pichu, Pickachu, Gengar, 5 finger forehead Gengar *HAHA*, Snorlax , psyduck , Pikachu dressed as other Pokémon, and Eevee and their evolutions. Best of all, they were having the fan crazed Labubu package promotion. $100 for a Have a Seat Labubu + 75 tokens ($1 per token). Most machines are 1 token, but the Labubu machine is 5 tokens, and the Labubu merch such as clothes is 6 and 10 tokens for the blind boxes . For the token package, starting at $10 you get 1 extra token, $20 you get 3 extra tokens, $50 you get 10 extra tokens, and $100 you get 25 extra tokens. Or you can buy one token for $1. They even have the Labubu outfits you can buy in the display cases. They were sold out of the Labubu scooters by the time we got there. You can trade up your plushies for better prizes such has more blind boxes for other Labubu series, Disney, and etc.. If you don't see prizes that you like this week, they have a poker chip system where they count how many plushies you have and they'll have you that same amount in poker chips so you can return to trade up the next time you're there. The machines were pretty hard and will often fling your plushies as it reaches the top . You need to get lucky and grab at the right spots on the plush OR the staff can help you out and set it up where you can easily get the plushies . On average it takes probably about 5-6 tries to get a plushie. There's no restrooms, so make sure you politely ask staff to hold your plushies for you before you step out of the store or you'll be unable to trade for other prizes. Make sure they get your name and write it on the bag because they have no public restrooms. Unfortunately when we came back, the afternoon staff did not communicate with the night staff and they put away all our plushies :'( !! Luckily Mel came to the rescue and told the employee to please help refill our bag with what we had before. He was so nice that he added a couple more plushies in there just because! There are moments where it gets really packed with groups and there are moments where it's only a few other groups in there. The staff are so attentive and when they notice we were having trouble, they will happily reset the plushies for us so it will be easier for us to get it. I was so happy at the 5th try I was able to get the Labubu box from the machine. The staff are so much fun to cheer for us when we win. They said they change the plushies every Fridays. This spot is located in a large lot. I didn't have any trouble with parking on a Friday night. Overall we had a lot of fun and will definitely come back again. read more

The staff are so so kind and I absolutely loved my experience here, they also repositioned the plushies for us to win and it was so sweet. i love going to claw machine places, so im glad one opened relatively close to me! i went on a saturday afternoon and it was crowded inside. despite how busy they were, the staffs were super kind and accommodating. i asked if there were any promotions going on, as well as the prices. they currently have a promotion when you spend $25 and $100. they have deals when you buy over $20 worth of tokens as well, the more you buy the more you save. each play is 1 token. i opted for the $25 promotion, which includes a special promo token to use on the labubu machine. you get 3 bonus tokens with a $20 purchase, so for $25 i got 28 plays total + the free special token for the labubu machine. at first, the claw looked strong. it got a good grab on the plushies, however, it ALWAYS opens up. i wish i recorded every single one of my plays. each time, the grab would be precise, but as soon as the claw retracts it opens up and releases the plushy. i played each machine quite a few times and even when i got the plushy repositioned right next to the chute, it would still bounce out. as many of the previous review states, the staff here are very nice and offer to reposition the plushy. this is a very kind gesture, but it does somewhat defeat the purpose of claw machines... especially when a reposition is 100% necessary to secure a win. there was a wide variety of toys, but the sanrio ones looked wonky. they have "mystery ball" machines that dispenses a random toy inside, but it's $3-$4. you can also trade in your plushies for other prizes at the front. overall, it's a fun activity. however, ive been to claw daddy and multiple kawaii klaws, both of which has better looking prices and win rate. you can win prizes there without depending on a reposition from the staffs. one thing that stood out to me was how kind the staffs were!! the service is why i would consider coming back. read more

It was such a fun experience! We came in without high expectations because we had already had a disappointing experience at another store. But this place truly gave us so much joy! The staff member was thoughtful and kind, and kept adjusting the position so we would not get too stressed while trying to win the plushies. My friends and I left the store smiling and happy. This is a great place if you want to quench your gashapon cravings. They have super cute & quality prizes, and the pricing structure is super simple which I really appreciate ($1 per try). I also love the gumball machine-style gachas where you're guaranteed a prize every time. It's such a fun vibe, and it feels like you're always walking away with something cool. Such a cute little claw machine store! The employees are really friendly and helpful! The claws actually feel fair to play and the dollar to token conversion is cheap too! $1 = 1 token which most of their machines take 1 token to play. But start at $20, you get 23 tokens! High recommend, plushies are really cute and so is the stuff you can trade them in for! read more

LOVE LOVE LOVE! Love this place! Staff was super helpful, friendly, and fun! Definitely coming back and recommending this place to everyone I know! They sell authentic Labubus! They're super nice, they even watched my little dog for me while I played! You can also trade in your medium sized plushies for a bigger prize or a poker chip to use in the future! I recommend buying the Labubu package if you want a Labubu! Each machine is about 1-3 tokens, while the machines with Pop Mart blind boxes are 5 tokens. Such a great deal! The worker at the location was nice and took care of my Groupon. She gave us a basket for our tokens. She mentioned that this is probably the largest Kawaii Klaws location out of all the another areas. There are easily 30+ different claw machines in this location. There was enough variety in plushies among the machines, but I wish they had more as there were a lot of commonalities among Sanrio and a lot of bunny inspired plushies. The game selection is actually pretty impressive considering how much you are paying per game. There is everything ranging from casino-style games, to shooter games, to Pump-It-Up (similar to DDR). We had a great time here for about 1.5 hours and paid under $20. You can't beat that! They also have a prize area where you can exchange tickets won from games for physical prizes but we aren't really big fans of those. There were a few games that were out of order which was a bummer but as I mentioned before, we had 1.5 hours of play for under $20. It's hard to complain when the prices are that low. The parking is plentiful in that strip mall and it was well-lit enough to make it feel safe. Check this place out!

That bar itself is decently sized with indoor and outdoor seating, is clean, and plays music that appeal to the money or crowd. The only minor complaint for me as a non-smoker is the smoke from the outdoor smoking section can come lofting and make it hard to breathe at times. Otherwise, if you're a gamer, this bar is for you!

There are some typical crazy bends and places you have to hit the ball to get to the hole. Also some structures you have to get into at some point. About 95% of the parking spaces are strictly designated as 10-minute parking, which makes absolutely no sense for a movie theater. The Empty Valet Lot: They have an entire massive section of the lot completely blocked off and closed for a valet service. The kicker? The valet is never even present. It's just a giant, empty, wasted lot sitting right next to the theater for no reason while regular customers struggle to find a spot. Lack of Accessibility: There are only two handicap parking spaces for the entire complex, which is completely unacceptable for a venue of this size. The Theater & Amenities: Online Fees: On top of the parking hassle, they tack on extra fees just for buying your tickets online. Peeling D-Box Seats: I paid extra to get the D-Box seats, but the material on them was completely peeling. Lack of Reinvestment: The theater itself works fine and does what a theater should do, but I feel like a company this big should be reinvesting their money much better into the actual quality of the facility. Final Verdict: Three stars because it gets the job done as a basic theater, but between the non-existent practical parking, the online fees, and the worn-out upgraded seating, they really need to improve the overall experience.

I had plan to see the latest flick in the Mario and Luigi Galaxy sometime this weekend. Not sure…read morewhen but a time would present itself. So I had a plan, not a fully baked one, but also the goal that I had in mind did not need the coordination and specifics required for storming Peach's Winter Palace. So when I had my fill of a corn hole tournament I attended I decided to find a nearby theatre to enjoy the flick I wanted to see. The closest place was this one--- Regal Garden Grove. And I have to say that this place challenged my attendance instead of facilitating it. I did not buy my ticket before going to the place. However, I did see on the Flixster app that this movie was being played almost at 30 minute intervals throughout the day so whatever time I got there I would almost be guaranteed a ticket. So when I got there, it was close to 3:30 p.m. I entered, and discovered that they had a box office, of course, but no one was working it. The box office was a relic, apparently the advent of buying tickets online and other forms of technology made its purpose obsolete. So I entered and I was informed that I had two options: 1) I could either buy the tickets at the concession stand 2) or at the automated screen. I saw the line at concession stand and decided to buy the tickets with the soulless and fleshless teller. But before I did, I also noticed that this place had a 4DX option. And it is important to note that I learned of this option at the theatre, not while perusing the Flixster app. I was informed that the next 4DX Mario movie was playing at 330. I could make that one, that was my preferred choice. But getting a seat in this movie was going to be a challenge like ducking fire balls and avoiding bullet bills. I went to the automated screen and saw the option to buy a Mario movie ticket and I chose a 4:00 oclock showing, I did not see the 330 p.m. 4DX option. So I got the 4:00 option recliner seat option. Then after paying the screen went back to its original screen where all movie options was shown. This is where I saw that the landing screen had two options for the Mario movie. One option showed all the available Mario movies, except the 4DX. There was a specific button (a second touch button) to buy the 4DX Mario option. So, imagine going to a touch screen at McDonald's, and wanting to buy a combo. You go to the button to chose a combo but only see regular combos. After you pay for the regular combo you see the landing screen to learn that you have touch a second touch button to buy the x-large combos, because you cant do this in the first scree. I do not know if it is just me but this is unnecessarily difficult, like having to go through a small maze to buy a ticket. I spoke to a staff member because I wanted to change my recliner seat ticket to a 4DX ticket, which could be done. It was like 340 and I was informed that the movie had 30 minutes of previews. A manager was called, twice, and still no one came. I eventually decided just to see the movie in the recliner option theatre. I was just over the wait and the lack of active courtesy. I clipped a picture of a broken and tattered Mario Galaxy framed poster on the ground. It was kind of symbolic because the movie poster all unframed and on the floor directly spoke to my experience at this place. The movie was still great, the recliner was awesome, but I am left to wonder how would I have enjoyed the movie in the manner I wanted to see it? On a last note, a fellow movie goer also had problems purchasing her ticket in the automated teller. Her credit could not be accepted. Yes, she might not have funds or a faded chip but she could not figure out how to surpass the struggle. She ask a staff member for help the, young staff member responded, "I am not clocked in yer" and walked into a door. I would have liked for her to say, I am not able to help but maybe one of my other staff members can, let me refer one to you. Yes, she was not working, yes she is young and has professional development to acquire, but courtesy from staff members should be a baseline. At least, I think. I don't know I do not want t be a Koopa about this place but I feel like they had serious obstacles for patrons to enjoy a movie.

One liner: RUN, DON'T WALK, TO OKI DOKI CRANES! The people working at Oki Doki Cranes are easily the happiest humans we have ever encountered and frankly it is a little suspicious but we are totally here for it. They actually seem to enjoy helping people win instead of hovering over the machines like vultures waiting for us to fail. We watched them basically move the prizes into the claws for the kids just to make sure those tiny humans felt the rush of victory and that kind of genuine kindness is rare in the world of arcade gaming. It is refreshing to see a staff that is not just there for a paycheck but actually wants everyone to walk out with a win which makes the whole experience feel less like a gamble and more like a party. The owners were also present which is an amazing commitment since it's not common you see the owners of businesses available front-facing at a well-oiled and functioning business. We happened to drop by on a Sunday evening during their first anniversary bash and the vibe was absolutely electric with a side of microinfluencer sightings. It was great to play and actually hang out with everyone who was in attendance! Claw players unite lol. Oki Doki is nestled right next to a boba spot and near some prime Korean BBQ so it is the perfect anchor for a full evening of gluttony and gaming. The place was packed with energy but still felt manageable and fun rather than stressful like some other arcades that smell like desperation and old pennies. Whether you are there for a special event or just a random weekend night the atmosphere is top tier and makes you want to stay way longer than your wallet probably intended. Now let us talk about the actual machines because this is officially the best claw arcade I've ever stepped foot in with claws that are actually fair and have a great win ratio (I've been to at least 20 claw arcades). Everything is just one token per play and if you buy in bulk you are paying less than a dollar per go which is a steal considering they have the good stuff like Pokemon and Minecraft and even Stitch plushies. Their trade up wall is where the real genius happens because you can swap your smaller wins for One Piece cards or those massive Labubu figures and even giant plushies that would normally cost a fortune. If you play your cards right and win at a decent clip you are walking away with a mega prize for less than thirty bucks which is essentially highway robbery in our favor so do not walk but definitely run to this place immediately!!! This was my first time going to this new crane arcade and all the workers were so nice. Compared to the larger chain crane arcades I went they treated me and friends so well. Every time they saw us struggling they would help us out by readjusting the plushies. The prices are also very reasonable and they even provide a bag for their prizes. While we were playing every time we won something they would cheer for us. And while we were leaving they joked about how we robbed them because we won so much.
