Lychee Green Tea, Honey Lavender Milk Tea, and House Milk Tea

Was looking for a new milk tea spot to try and was not disappointed! The house milk tea, at 50% sugar, was just right for me and has a nice balance of tea and milk with a light finish. The Katsu Sando was really good, especially at the price, and I would probably get it with less sauce next time because it was a little heavy especially at the last bites because it began to pool at the bottom. But the chicken katsu was extra crispy and not dry at all and the sauce brought it all together.

Great selection. It is a new place, but I definitely love the salmon and their home made sauce. Highly recommend! Also, their boba drink was great. I will be sure to Come back.

This was our first time trying this place. Over all experience was ok, place is hard to find with very limited parking in alley. Food looks good but the curry sauce was bland and watery, had to add spices and more curry mix from home to add flavor and texture. One pro: The chicken was good and crispy. We ordered milk tea my order the taro milk tea tasted sugary like a powdery substance. Prices are not cheap so Overall rating a 1 star for bland food.

i've eaten from this ghost kitchen place's restaurants a few times now, but this is the first time i've had Oki Tea and Curry House. My main issue is that every time I order, my order is always way later than anticipated, so by the time the food arrives it's already getting cold. I understand that there is multiple restaurants running out of the same kitchen, but this has been something consistent that has happened every time I have ordered. there are pro's: - the bubble tea is good and the boba is fresh/has good texture - the katsu sando was delish (according to my son) - my husband and daughter loved the french fries and chicken nuggets - the katsu sauce was yummy but also a big con: - the curry was watery/not super flavorful. I love japanese curry and was really excited to see a place pop up here in LB where I could get it, but I was underwhelmed - my chicken was pink when I was chewing, it felt a little tough in my mouth and when I picked up another piece to check, it was still pink in the center. I wasn't able to finish my chicken katsu curry bc of this if i order again, i'll probably get the veggie katsu, since everything else was pretty good.

The place was hard to find. The foods and milktea's are the best. Always choose just 50% sugar if you don't want it to be too sweet.

While curry is their specialty they have other items such as udon, teriyaki, and donburi bowls as well as a few typical appetizers such as tempura and karaage. The restaurant is not very big but has a fair amount of tables. Its style has a mix of modern and traditional Japanese elements with lofi music playing in the background. We were given a friendly welcome upon entering and the service was great. We started with the mixed tempura which was light and crispy - a perfect starter that won't fill you up. For dinner we tried the beef curry and chicken katsu curry. Both were delicious. I had the chicken katsu. I really liked the breading as it was light and crispy - not too thick or greasy. The sauce was also rich and flavorful. I made it a combo which includes miso soup and a salad of choice. I selected the cucumber salad which was a little sweet but refreshing with the meal. I hope to try their donburi next.

I called it in on a lazy Tuesday after hiking. Food didn't take that long but I like that there was a wait because I know it'll be freshly made. When I walked into the restaurant to pick up my order, inside was cozy and I noticed that it was pretty busy for a late Tuesday lunch. A really nice young woman who rang me up and handed me my bag of goods. When I got home, I was pleased to see that they had separated the Katsu from the curry sauce, so my meat didn't end up being soggy. Their curry sauce is different from most curry houses. There are some herbs in it that I can't put my finger on, but I love it because it's not like any of the others. Chicken was juicy and rice was fluffy. I also like their kizami ginger which had a nice solid crunch. Even though it took me a while to pick up my food, it was still nice and warm when I sat down to eat it. Very happy with the presentation and the flavour. We'll try to visit and eat at the restaurant next time. Parking lot is small and can get a little crowded with all the other businesses open. But there is also street parking available. Also, because it's a Japanese restaurant, they are not open on Mondays.

I felt welcomed by the cool tones of the interior design and layout actually. We waited by the door as a party of two. Not too long after we entered were we greeted by the hosted and seated outdoors, as we requested. Even though it is on fourth street which has plenty of street traffic, it was still a quiet, comfortable dining experience. Every thing on the menu looked and sounded amazing but I planned to try the ramen because I've been craving a good bowl of ramen for a while. I landed on the shoyu ramen with tofu. I really enjoyed the taste of the broth. The flavor and seasoning was soul-healing. I don't usually go with plain chicken broth in ramen but I felt confident in my choice. I was literally happy dancing with each bite. The ramen was so good! My partner went with a spicy order of tonkotsu ramen with chicken, garlic, and black oil sauce. I tried parts of it and it was also delicious! I wanted to try the sushi but did not have that big of an appetite for both sushi and ramen so I opted for the salmon poke tacos. They tasted very savory and the salmon was flavored really well. The temperature and consistency was not too overwhelming for the tacos shell. The service was attentive and not too invasive. We took the check to the counter to pay. I am excited for our next trip here. It is dangerously walking distance for us! PS they have a sign that says they are hiring a dishwasher for Saturday and Sunday!

We came in specifically to order two coco cloud matchas and requested extra matcha cloud. The cashier/server explicitly agreed to our request. However, when he handed us the drinks, I was in total dismay-the matcha cloud wasn't even at a normal level, let alone extra. It was literally just a splash, leaving us with mostly coconut water. When I politely pointed this out, the employee told me to "just mix it and it'll taste good." When I said I wanted what I paid for and asked for more matcha, he shrugged it off and said they were running out and couldn't do anything. Customer service goes a long way. He could have easily offered a partial refund, explained the shortage before taking our order, or made more. Instead, I paid for a specialty drink that tasted like plain coconut water. Disappointing experience for a place I usually enjoy. It's truly bothering me that if they were running out of ingredients, they should have told us beforehand rather than charging us for a specialty drink and giving us a watered-down version with zero accountability. Very disappointing customer service today.

I did not come prepared for a chilly night. We were supposed to just have coffee and go for a walk, but we needed a warm place, so we stumbled upon this place. It's actually pretty good. We sat at the counter/bar. The servers were nice. What we got: Salmon/tuna poke bowl: quite yummy. A mixture of both salmon and tuna in a great poke sauce over a bed of rice and salad. Salmon skin salad: if you like salmon skin, this is yummy. A perfect crunch seasoned really well to complement the bed of greens. Furikake fries: thinly cut potato's with furikake seasoning paired with a sweet mustard dipping sauce. I would have enjoyed more Furikake on the fries, but that's just me. This place has real wasabi if you ask for it instead of the watered down stuff you usually get. It's actually pretty good! Overall great food and great service. I'd come back for sure!

First off, the reason I wanted to try this place was the mango Sticky rice pancakes. The pancakes themselves were made well, nice and fluffy, the flavor was pretty good and loved the addition of all the mango that added to the freshness of it. It's a bit on the sweeter side though, so I would be wary of that. Another time I came I ordered the thai tea pancakes, which I wasn't too much a fan of. Still loved the pancakes themselves, but I found the overall dish a bit too sweet and the addition of the boba I think doesn't fit well with the pancake. I also ordered an omelette and definitely loved their omelette, as it's a big serving and just the right amount of saltiness to balance their sweet dishes. Service/Ambiance Arize Bistro is a self order place wherein you order from a counter and find a table.
