Lychee Green Tea, Honey Lavender Milk Tea, and House Milk Tea

Was looking for a new milk tea spot to try and was not disappointed! The house milk tea, at 50% sugar, was just right for me and has a nice balance of tea and milk with a light finish. The Katsu Sando was really good, especially at the price, and I would probably get it with less sauce next time because it was a little heavy especially at the last bites because it began to pool at the bottom. But the chicken katsu was extra crispy and not dry at all and the sauce brought it all together.

Great selection. It is a new place, but I definitely love the salmon and their home made sauce. Highly recommend! Also, their boba drink was great. I will be sure to Come back.

    Chicken Katsu Curry

i've eaten from this ghost kitchen place's restaurants a few times now, but this is the first time i've had Oki Tea and Curry House. My main issue is that every time I order, my order is always way later than anticipated, so by the time the food arrives it's already getting cold. I understand that there is multiple restaurants running out of the same kitchen, but this has been something consistent that has happened every time I have ordered. there are pro's: - the bubble tea is good and the boba is fresh/has good texture - the katsu sando was delish (according to my son) - my husband and daughter loved the french fries and chicken nuggets - the katsu sauce was yummy but also a big con: - the curry was watery/not super flavorful. I love japanese curry and was really excited to see a place pop up here in LB where I could get it, but I was underwhelmed - my chicken was pink when I was chewing, it felt a little tough in my mouth and when I picked up another piece to check, it was still pink in the center. I wasn't able to finish my chicken katsu curry bc of this if i order again, i'll probably get the veggie katsu, since everything else was pretty good.

This was our first time trying this place. Over all experience was ok, place is hard to find with very limited parking in alley. Food looks good but the curry sauce was bland and watery, had to add spices and more curry mix from home to add flavor and texture. One pro: The chicken was good and crispy. We ordered milk tea my order the taro milk tea tasted sugary like a powdery substance. Prices are not cheap so Overall rating a 1 star for bland food.

The place was hard to find. The foods and milktea's are the best. Always choose just 50% sugar if you don't want it to be too sweet.

Tried this place when I was only 16 (now 37), and fell in love with the delicious food and stellar customer service from every employee that has ever worked there. Since I've been here through the years, every employee I've interacted with has always provided outstanding customer service, always creating a welcoming environment for all guests. I really enjoy a lot of items on their menu. Highly recommend their Mixed Tempura, Sukiyaki Bowl and Super Bowl or even the Mini Bowl menu items. They always give you a decent amount of protein to go with your carbs! Not sure or maybe picky? Just grab their 3 item combo and taste a little of their main items. Overall, love this little hole in the wall spot and will keep on coming back whenever I'm in the neighborhood.

Next I come in, and see her, I will leave or wait for someone else to take my order. I see that she's ending her shift. Cash tip is going to the next shift, waiting for miss THANG to leave.

(i think from the ponzu, i LOVE PONZU)! every bite was BURSTING WITH FLAVOR :') incredible combinations. chef's kiss. parking is on the street, so it CAN be tricky to find a spot... but the area is lovely to walk through, especially at night! we were told the meters aren't active after 7pm and parked in a 25 minute loading zone spot with no problems at all.

I did not come prepared for a chilly night. We were supposed to just have coffee and go for a walk, but we needed a warm place, so we stumbled upon this place. It's actually pretty good. We sat at the counter/bar. The servers were nice. What we got: Salmon/tuna poke bowl: quite yummy. A mixture of both salmon and tuna in a great poke sauce over a bed of rice and salad. Salmon skin salad: if you like salmon skin, this is yummy. A perfect crunch seasoned really well to complement the bed of greens. Furikake fries: thinly cut potato's with furikake seasoning paired with a sweet mustard dipping sauce. I would have enjoyed more Furikake on the fries, but that's just me. This place has real wasabi if you ask for it instead of the watered down stuff you usually get. It's actually pretty good! Overall great food and great service. I'd come back for sure!

Great portions for the price. Everything was spicy enough, matching the selected levels. Food was still hot when it arrived at my place. It was so good. Tom Kha - loved the straw mushrooms that use in it!! The chicken was tender and perfect. Yellow Curry - delightful. Never had jackfruit before so it was interesting having that in the curry, but it looks like chicken, just a gummier texture. Flavor and spice of the curry was great. Loved the bogo free deal! Pineapple Fried Rice - good but a little too spicy for my liking which is my fault for picking level 3 spice, but the container was packed to the brim, making it worth the money. I'll be adding more lime to freshen it up when I finish the leftovers. I'd recommend this place!! Lots of good reviews for a reason. excited to try more over time!

The employee at the cash register was patient as I inquired about the many options/combinations I could choose on their menu. I ended up building my own bento box with the Wagyu Sukiyaki Beef. I also decided to upgrade to the Sushi Rice and add some Citrus Ponzu for more zing. My first thought of the beef was that this tasted oddly similar to what you would get as a Yoshinoya Beef Bowl which anyone can enjoy at a fraction of the cost. However, paired with the Sushi Rice and the Citrus Ponzu, it is no longer comparable. This place wins hands down. The bento box also came with bean sprouts, cucumbers, and pickled radish. I quite enjoyed the meal. The beef was placed on top of a bed of spring mix which had me somewhat disappointed since the price point was fairly high for the amount of beef you receive with your order. Otherwise, it was a delicious meal that I am sure I will get again. They have other beef options that also sound very appetizing, so I'll probably opt for those in the near future to get the full experience. Just be aware that this food hall can get very busy and finding seats can be challenging... parking too.

Right after I placed my order, more customers took interest. I think it's easy to pass their stall as they are to the right of the bar inside the LBX food hall. The prices are decent for quality Wagyu. If it's a little out of your budget, I would recommend coming during happy hour to save a few bucks. I got the Wagyu striploin garlic rice, dango and matcha lemonade. 10/10 would recommend the garlic rice bowl- it's not over powering of garlic and they add garlic crisps, which I love! It was my first time trying dango and it's a fun mildly sweet mochi. I'm usually a matcha latte girly, but the owner recommended the lemonade because it's refreshing- and it was. I appreciate that it was not too tart or overly sugary either. Definitely want to come back to try the Japanese A-5 Wagyu options!
