Perfect quick stop for gelato, they have a variety of unique flavors like smores, oreo, peanut butter and mint, along with some traditional flavors and sorbet fruit flavors. Small spot more of an order and take out. Clean, good service and fast.

The banana cream pie latte is out of this world good. My good I could have 10 of these. The crepes are fantastic and the staff super helpful and friendly. The place was packed and they still got thing out quickly. Really loves this place and I will be back.

I have yet to order their gelato and I plan to one day, but the items i have ordered are always YUM! Lately, it's their Blended Cafe Mocha. I'm a sweet bias, so it fits me perfectly. Coffee not too strong on this drink, which is fine with me. I had their salmon crepe before and it's lovely. The setup outside is small, but cute and a great place to sit during the days where our weather is great, which is very often. I think if I'm going to grow about one thing, it's that's they don't have AC, so it can be kinda stuffy inside when it's warm, but there are only a few seats inside anyways. The service is great. I had my dog with me and was talking to him, telling him I don't have a pup cup for him. The server overheard me and got my furbaby a pup cup anyway, which was sweet, because I didn't know they have those out.

Stopped in for breakfast. Immediately upon entering the store, it was very warm. I ordered a breakfast bagel sandwich and then decided to sit outside. There was loads of bacon on the sandwich and the staff were friendly and patient as I decided what to order. Thankfully the outside tables were available so I enjoyed my sandwich outside then went for a walk and came back and got a match latte with a shot of espresso. The ladies were very confused with the drink order but made it as requested and it was delicious. The ambiance in the store is open and welcoming though, I hope the warmth in the store was just that day otherwise it may keep people out.

Got a Pas Du Tout (peanut butter and banana) sweet crepe with scoop of dulce. My daughter got a blue magic. Bother were great and hit the spot. Service was good and ambience was cute.

Ordered the espresso. Tasted amazing like a double espresso with cream. All scoops come in cups with small spoons. The cashier said they make their own gelato. Its really good!

    literally cheese on bread

just cheese and bread and it was super bland like what the heck, banan matcha was lowk kinda good tho but still

This review is just for the pizza alone as that is all that we have. I'm going to say it's a salad no for me and enough to make me not go back and try anything else. We stopped here during Comic Con as there wasn't much else that had space. The pizza was over $15 for a pepperoni, and it was some of the blandest undercooked Pizza I have ever had. They added nothing to it to give it any type of flavor it seems, and the sauce was pretty much non-existent. We stomached what we could just because we were hungry, and left the rest for the trash.

Looking for an affordable and quick place to grab a bite, look no further. The Nutella and banana crepe was delicious. It really hit the spot and had plenty of Nutella and bananas in the crepe. We also ordered an Açaí bowl with berries, granola and honey, it was DELICIOUS! We split the larger for only a few extra bucks over the 16oz, and it was big enough to have spilt three ways. The service was fine, the lady who took our order was nice and helpful. I can see why others say about friendliness, the workers won't go out of their way to say hi, but the service was fine. The store was kinda small, so we ate outside. On a beautiful San Diego day, it was an excellent way to grab a quick bite and enjoy the scenery.

Stopped in for a quick cappuccino & Bacon, Egg & Cheese Bagel! Food was great and the cap was enjoyable as I walked around! Staff was super friendly & kind! I enjoyed the atmosphere as they got their morning rush and I had my brunch in the eclectic cafe!

This is my favorite gelato shop! I've been back 3x so far since trying it. The service is always fast and friendly. It looks like a cute little moms and pops shop. Small and intimate. I've tried the Rocky road 10/10 Mixed berry 10/10 Double chocolate 11/10 Mango 10/10 Lemon 10/10 The gelato just melts in your mouth and they give you a really good portion!

This place has it all... ice cream, milkshake, cookies and more. It's a good thing they do because if they sell just the cookies alone, they would not make it. Service was OK. My teens got the birthday cake cookie and the cookies and cream cookie. Three cookies were hard as a rock. Perhaps that's not their signature items. The cookies seem to be sitting out for awhile. My teens didn't even finish their cookie and it was not cheap! Stay away from the cookies.

Stopped by here after seeing that the line for Slurp was wayyyy too long. The display of various cookies caught my eye and I was drawn in to the confetti cookie. I thought it tasted pretty standard- chewy on the inside and not too crispy on the outside. It definitely satisfied my sweet tooth for the time being!!

Don't waste your time on the cookies or "French macaroons." Everything was hard and stale. I wasted $37 (also insane pricing).

Crêpes not great. Coffee was average, basic service and not much of a place to sit in. Would've been good to have place outside to sit.

Well, today was not the day to get it right either. First we waited 15 minutes for someone to even take our order, and since this was at the start of a different shift (we were the last order before 4), I guess they didn't even print our receipt and 3 people got their orders before I even realized what was going on. Mind you, this is now half an hour in front of the register. I ordered 2 Triple C's, with me asking for one to be adjusted to add Nutella and take out whipped cream. I got a hot cake with Nutella and caramel syrup, without ice cream, custard, Oreos or ice cream. I would suggest training these kids to properly handle food, but it would be a moot point past their blank stare, considering their brains short-circuit the moment they need to follow a different set of directions. At this point, I'm sick of it and I just want to leave and not cause a scene over an order of stupid crepes, which is btw, almost $40 (!!) with tip and tax. Totally unacceptable.

The white was cooked but creamy and even a little crisp edge like I like. The egg yolk was runny like a velvety sauce but not gooey. I appreciated that it was not drenched in hollandaise sauce, but just enough to add flavor and creaminess. The ham was light and thinly sliced to add a nice flavor. The added perfection was the fresh green crispy tart romaine salad to cut the creaminess of the sandwich and add a crunch. Our drinks were likewise delicious. The Mexican Mocha with Abuelita chocolate was the best I've had in a while--chocolatey but not in an oversweet way. The creamy iced caramel latte also was delicious without being too sweet. Finally the fruit tart had a buttery crumbly crust and fresh natural tasting (not overly sweetened) fruit was yummy. The decor is so fun. I love all the antique touches, blue metal based carved tables, cafe chairs, funky light fixtures, wooden counters and coffee station, etc. The corner location huge glass windows and doors light up the place. Staff were friendly -- especially to the regular I saw come in. While it's definitely a coffee shop in feel that serves food, the food that they serve is incredible. I had a delicious chai latte and the Madeline Benedict, both were incredible. After ordering I remembered how much I love the lie dirty chai from the South Park location -- next time. It didn't appear there was a parking lot so you have to find street parking. It's on the north side of El Cajon Blvd and there was street parking on Ohio that wasn't metered. The decor and setting is cute and quirky, including cow sculptures hanging upside down from the ceiling. There were only a couple other visitors when we arrived, as it was near opening time. Our dishes took a whopping 35 minutes to be ready, and service was not very friendly nor helpful. Luckily, the music playing through the speakers added a nice vibe to the place, songs like Our House by Madness and Can't Fight This Feeling. We ordered the brunch pizza (with eggs cooked overeasy) and the breakfast flatbread which looked almost identical when served, as well as an iced mocha. The quality of the pizza was pretty average, and the eggs were slightly overcooked. The drink was really good, made fresh, with a smooth taste and a nice sweetness to it, the plastic cup coated in chocolate sauce. It tasted more like chocolate milk with a hint of coffee, which I personally enjoyed. They typically serve gelato here, but it would not be ready till almost two hours after opening time. So no milkshakes or cold desserts were available in the morning this past Sunday (no worries, Ghirardelli is just a block away). I appreciate the variety of menu items offered here. But they really should communicate online that their gelato's not ready till two hours into the day. If there's one thing that irks me about an establishment, it's failure to communicate appropriately. Even though our recent visit was somewhat disappointing, I still gave 3 stars, assuming this was an off day for them.
