I am so delighted by the cookies of this place!!! I ordered some on DoorDash and wow! The cookies were amazing!!! My favorite one was the white chocolate macadamia. I also got some of the milks they offer, banana, chocolate and strawberry milks. My favorite was the strawberry it was delicious! The only thing, is that the cookies are very pricey so be prepared!

really great ice cream and prices. my favorite was the brown sugar toffee. i wish they had toffee chunks but the flavor was really quality. the cashew sundae was also solid but a little too sweet for me. serving sizes are generous at $4 a scoop

M&m cookie sandwich with cookies and cream ice cream

Walked in on a Sunday evening and was shocked to hear they were out of regular chocolate chip cookies! I opted for the M&m cookie instead and got an ice cream sandwich with cookies and cream ice cream. My husband got a snickerdoodle cookie. The cookies were large and a good value, however I wish mine was a little softer. I had to chisel it a bit with the spoon to break off a piece to eat with my ice cream. They had a decent amount of cookie selections. The cashier was not very pleasant. They have a few small tables outside. A good spot if you're craving cookies and ice cream!

Stopped in on the way to a baseball game! It smells so good! We stopped on the sidewalk because of how good it smelled and had to go in. They have a fresh selection of cookies! We had a double chocolate chip and a red velvet. They are so dense and so they fill you up quickly! I'll definitely be back!

Had wait for about 5 minutes and got attitude today. Just no customer service or common sense.

Wow. If you want sassy / no help attitude they have it. Yeah, Insomnia Cookies is around the area. I won't be coming back. You get attitude and short answers here. Yep, this place is off my list.

This place has such heavenly sugary combos and satisfied my cravings right away. Their cookies are crispy, buttery, warm and just the right amount of sweetness and texture. I got the blueberry lemon cookie with the espresso Oreo ice cream. I also got their toffee crunch cookie which was SO GOOD. Their ice cream is also delectable and a great parking with a warm fresh cookie (they make everything fresh). If you like cookies, ice cream, milk or any combination, I'd highly recommend you try this place. The shop is clean and minimalistic but there's not a lot of seating.

    Box of six cookies

Saw this place as we were walking by downtown and decided to give it a try. We ordered a box of six cookies, with snickerdoodle being my main pick. The snickerdoodle we got in our box looked nothing like the ones on display. I've never seen a cookie so flat in my life, I swear it was just a few centimeters thick in some parts. The taste was fine but what a weird cookie. Service was fine, they were friendly and patient while we chose our flavors. However we did see them serve already baked cookies out of boxes from David's Cookies, so I don't even think they bake the cookies in house. Could explain why the cookies don't seem as fresh. There isn't much seating inside or out, only two benches inside and some tables outside. I probably wouldn't come back here, especially with downtown parking. But if you're craving a cookie and are nearby, possibly give it a try and maybe your cookie will turn out better than mine did.

Found this place on Yelp. Was walking my dog at Seaport village and boy was this place amazing!! Both people helping us were very welcoming and asked us to sample any flavor we wanted. It was a great experience and couldn't believe the ice cream flavors were creamy and flavorful & not too sweet. And cookies were warm and the variety of flavored milks amazing. Can't wait to come back when my family are in town.

What a lovely place for cookies, ice cream and... if you want it.... Milk. Cookies were $2.75 each but they also had some that were $1.45 more expensive because they were HUGE. This included cookies and cream. We got 6 for $14 and got two of the premium so came out to close to $17. Well worth it. The white choc macadamia nut was my favorite.

2.5 stars... Just around the block from my new place, how could we not try?!? Lots of options, lots of up charges, and not a lot of info from the staff. Asked about the cookies and got short answers like I was bothering them. Cookies were average, ice cream was good, overall overpriced, and poor staff attitudes. With Insomnia and Cookie Plug nearby, No need to come back... this joint does not make the list.

Out with poke and in with milk, cookies, and ice cream... that was what happened recently with the debut of this new dessert shop in the East Village two blocks north of Petco Park. Milk & Cookies is an Orange County import with this downtown location being their first in the SD market. No seating was available inside, however a few small round top tables were placed outside in front of the suite. Two self service kiosks were available to place an order, but one of them was out of operation during my visit. A display board at the service counter showed eight types of cookies that cost $2.50 each, and another six varieties that were priced $1.45 more apiece. Six kinds of milk were available for $4 (12 oz) and $7 (quart) respectively. Five of them were flavored... banana, chocolate, orange cream, root beer, and strawberry. Lastly, a dozen choices of ice cream were on display in a freezer to the left of the register. On the menu hanging behind the counter were three combos of which I chose the two cookies and milk for $8. My picks were Snickerdoodle, Toffee Crunch, and Root Beer Milk. The two cookies were removed from a temperature controlled drawer that kept them warm and placed inside individual sleeves. The Toffee Crunch was the better of the duo because of the melted toffee chips. As for the milk, it came in a sealed glass bottle that was produced by the Rosa Brothers Milk Company. The label said 'Root Beer Float Milk' which was exactly how it tasted. The root beer flavor was mild but noticeable. Without an event at the stadium, the foot traffic in this neighborhood was minimal unlike the Gaslamp Quarter. I hope the concept can succeed as there are other dessert spots in downtown that stay open later than this place. The staff was very welcoming and encouraged me to sample the ice cream which I politely declined this time. I gave a four star rating for my visit to Milk & Cookies.

The cookie + scoop is a MUST! A great selection of cookies to satisfy any late night cravings with a generous scoop of ice cream Thank you to the friendly staff that helped us try a few samples before deciding our order! Spacious shop with a few seats outside to enjoy your dessert!

While the coffee didn't win me over, I'd still come back to give their desserts a try since they looked much more appealing than the drink I ordered.
