They have some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I had my meal picked up for me and it was missing the grilled veggies and pita. It was also $22, their website says $16 . I called to ask what could be done about this and I was hung up on numerous times. They would not issue a refund nor would they apologize for their mistake. I doubt they will stay open very long with how terribly they are run. This is the driest beef I've ever had and the rice has no flavor. And since when was "grilled veggies" just a stack of onions? It's going in the trash. They tried to tell me it's rice OR pita, that's not what the menu said. They would not accept their mistake and I hope this review negatively affects their business. read more

We chose this restaurant to celebrate my sisters graduation, and enjoy some quality family time and dinner. The service was absolutely excellent, and the owners were so sweet and welcoming. The food was brought out within 15 minutes of our order, and was all fresh and delicious. I was extremely impressed by their patience with our big group, and put all their effort forward into making sure we had the best time we could possibly have. I ordered some takeaway online through the website and it worked really well. When I got to the restaurant, my food was ready and the order was correct. The interior is very nice with lots of seating and warm earth tones. The shawarma rolls are really good. I love that this burrito uses a unique style of crepes instead of the thick, fluffy burritos or tortillas I see at most Middle Eastern restaurants in Dallas. The tabbouleh salad was really good and so was the kibbeh salad. The mint yogurt sauce was a little thick, but I'll try it again in the future in case I bought the wrong batch. read more

Although the service may appear a little slow, you are advised to simply wave at the staff when you are ready to order, need something, etc. We sampled the lamb kabobs and yalinche (grape leaves). Both performed admirably. Although I do believe I could have used more lemon with the kabobs, everything else was amazing.
