Amazingly delicious pancakes - one fills me up because they're huge! Lovely service! The decor is unique and cozy. I love the albums!

Family owned and operated. Historic theme in old Bristol location. Has a long wait during NASCAR race weekend but once you are seated, they serve your order VERY fast. Really good food, breakfast or lunch, and friendly folks, makes for a good start to the day!

Family owned and operated business with a can do attitude on making the best home cooked meal for you at a reasonable price. I have the 2 eggs, chopped steak (fresh ground hamburger) and sausage gravel over test toast. Yummmmmmm. This is southern home cooking at its best. Why spend top dollar for fast food that is full of preservatives when you can eat freshly prepared home cooking for the same price.

Passing through Bristol and we had to stop here based on the reviews. When your server is same one who gets up at 3am to bake the bread, this is a spot you have to try. Friendly and fast service, this is a small but bustling spot. I had the 4oz bacon cheeseburger and appreciated the perfectly cooked bacon on it- the lettuce was crisp and the tomato was so ripe! It's small but a perfect little package. Paired with hand cut fries for a perfect little lunch. My husband had the Loaded Hash Browns with the house baked bread - delicious! Yelpers, stop in, have a bite and appreciate a local spot with personality and the friendliest service I've had in ages

We stopped in here with the fam for brunch. It is small and we had to wait a bit, but it was worth it. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our food came out pretty quickly and we all enjoyed it. I had the veggie omelette and got the homemade toast which was a nice touch and so delicious! The decor is interesting to look at. It was fun to explain to the kids who some of the people in the pictures were. Overall a fun, good place to eat.

This place is clean as a whistle! They take pride in their restaurant. Out food was mediocre but the staff was very friendly. Overall We enjoyed our stop here after a long road trip.

The ladies working inside were extremely friendly and helpful, which was a great start. Their menu is incredibly unique and fun, featuring a wide variety of amazing burgers. As a fan of spicy food, I was pleased to see several options that catered to my taste. My server took the time to explain how they roast hot peppers to create their own unique blend, which I found very impressive. I decided to go with the Cold, Cold Heart burger, primarily because it included jalapeños. Although tempted by the Fire God Burger, the combination of scorpion and ghost peppers seemed a bit too intense for me. My burger was prepared quickly while I watched from the counter, which was a nice touch. The fries that accompanied it were excellent--slightly thicker than regular fries with a delightful seasoning. They were served piping hot and crispy. The highlight was definitely the burger itself. It was outstanding! The jalapeños added a lovely flavor without being overly spicy, and the bun was exceptional--soft yet sturdy enough to hold everything together without falling apart. The meat was substantial and perfectly cooked. For condiments, they offer squeeze bottles from the fridge upon request. I opted for mayo on my burger and experimented with ketchup and mustard separately to see which I preferred. Honestly, the burger was delicious with or without the additional condiments. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and would highly recommend stopping in. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in town!

They only had two small radiated heaters trying to heat the entire restaurant. No warm beverages listed on the menu. 2. My husband ordered the bison burger medium temp and I had the grilled chicken sandwich. Both proteins were burnt. The chicken was black and smelled of charcoal. The bison burger was cooked until hard around the edges. The food took so long to get out that we picked around the burnt parts. The fries were perfect so we just ate what we could and moved on rather than trying to have the burger/sandwich remade. 3. The waitress/bartender was the only server on the floor. The host was serving non-alcoholic drinks. Back restaurant staff was serving food. They were definitely too understaffed to provide any quality service but the waitress tried. 4. The menu is limited and doesn't particularly stand out among other menus in the area. Menu lacked enough details for people to make a decision without needing input from the one waitress. While my husband and I do not feel like this restaurant will be one we will revisit, I do recognize they have only been open for one month. If they are to succeed in Bristol they need to elevate their execution of their menu and look for opportunities to stand out among the rest of the burger places in Bristol. Given how poorly the protein was cooked I would hesitate to order a steak meal at dinner.

Since it's located inside the casino, it's not a quiet or intimate dining experience, but that fit the mood of our evening just fine. I ordered the Caesar salad with salmon, and my husband had the Caesar salad with steak. Both entrées were outstanding. One thing I appreciate about Hard Rock Cafe is the consistency of the food and the generous portion sizes, and this visit was no exception. A fun part of the experience was watching the band warm up for the evening. There's also a bar area where guests can order from the menu while enjoying the live music. Combined with the casino, it offers more than just a restaurant meal if you're looking for a night out. The only minor drawback is that the casino that surrounds the Cafe is a smoking area. However, we didn't notice it permeating the Cafe. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience and would gladly return.
