I love shopping Old Navy. They always have the BEST jeans that last for many years. They also have a great selection of styles.

This old navy location is A-OK. Imho, the floor plan does not seem well thought-out or organized for efficiency. I found myself wandering aimlessly trying to find the woman's athletic wear department which is usually prominent at other ON locations. In Clackamad it is hidden way in the back of the store near the toddler section. Crazy. After finding the section, they were out if the particular sculpt leggings I was seeking. The main reason I was at ON was to process a return of some leggings I bought online during the pandemic not realizing I already had several pairs already. Boredom shopping on my part! The return was simple and painless so for that I am appreciative. Drove out to this Clackamas location since stores in the Portland metro area *Multnomah County) are not yet open so for me it was worth the ride to get this off my "to-do" list but I'd never make a specific journey to this location. They had hand sanitizer available which should become the norm everywhere. But I seemed to be the only one wearing a face mask. Come on people in Clackamas! Your stores may be open but Covid-19 still exists. Protect other shoppers by wearing a mask and I will protect you by wearing mine. read more

I am so disappointed in the quality of Old Navy's slub knit tees for women. I have purchased many and they have ALL ended up with small holes. Some after only a few washes. I'm done with wasting my $$$ on this store! read more

I'm a fan of old navy they are cute and affordable. They have a great selection of designs and sizes. The clothing is soft and functional for the season they are selling for. I am signed up to get texts updates to sales which I always take advantage of. Today for instance I purchased 4 outfits for a little more then $100 that's $25 a outfit considering one of the jeans we purchased were retailed in the store for $49.95 I think we scored some great back to school outfits. I recommend signing up for the emails and staking out the sales for maximum deals. The staff is friendly and helpful the dressing rooms are large and spacious with ample mirrors so you can get a 360 view of your outfit. Always worth the trip. read more

I never find anything I want here. The displays are always disheveled and the sizes aren't grouped together. This store feels tired and old. The clothes are cheap, they aren't made to last long. My sister gets a lot of stuff here because she is a nanny, the kids are always puking or pooping or dripping stuff on her, so she doesn't care if the clothes don't last as long as she doesn't pay much for them. I'm just not into what they sell. They used to have some great dog stuff, we got a fabulous pink parka for The Dog, but they did away with dog stuff and now focus on their fragrances, which smell like every other store's fragrance line. Good selection for a smaller store. My friend and I dropped in here one evening close to closing time and we were able to find exactly what we needed. The sales associate who I asked for help from didn't know exactly what I was talking about but was good enough to try and help me. I finally reached them through Facebook messenger and the sent me the jean jacket I ordered and were more helpful. But do I need to deal with a store on fb to get it taken care of. Concerning but glad they addressed the issue. I ordered a jean jacket online and received someone else's order of men's underwear. I have called, emailed, tried live chat, and I cannot get any help to remedy this mistake. I was on hold with customer service for 2 1/2 hours!!! And never got ahold of anyone. I bought an item with the tag clearly displaying 1$ and looked at the RECIEPT and they rang it as 10.00 went back with item and RECIEPT and they wouldn't honor it. The manager was rude her name was Daphnie and the cashier was Ricky both was poor on customer service. Will not be back. Oh and I had spent 302$ at there store that night. I love old navy for my toddlers clothing! I usually find the cutest outfits for her, especially summer dresses. Now that the weather is nice, they're in abundance. I came in today to see what they had going on for their 4th of July sale. I scored two super cute dresses for my girl for less than 20 bucks. Both were originally about 15 a piece. I'm not a fan of Old navy for my own person clothing. It's just NOT my style. The simple, khaki, plain Jane look is just not my thing. Don't get me wrong, I own a few of their bikinis and the summer erases aren't too bad but overall I pretty much never shop here for myself. The kid clothes are another story. I ALWAYS find the cutest staple pieces for my daughter. Most the time I'm in, the clothing is usually on sale. This particular location seems to always have slim pickings on clearance. It is a popular area. I'm assuming things just go fast. Staff is nice, lines seem to go quick unless there is a slow-poke customer in front of you. But other than that, the wait isn't bad. read more

Watch out! They won't exchange a brand new defective item that tore along a seam after wearing and washing once! Washed according to instructions. The manager told me they could give me store credit but I can't use the store credit to order the item again online since they don't have it in the store. She said I could pay for it again and take store credit. Why wouldn't they honor a store credit for an online purchase? The manager rudely told me it was for security reasons. Awesome waste of money and 45 minutes of time trying to exchange an defective item that had been purchased less than two weeks ago. Very disappointed. This location is always clean, friendly, and well stocked. The parking is ample and accessible and it is close to the entrance in case it's raining. I've never had a problem with this location. Actually, I have left far too many times after spending more money than I thought I would!! read more

I'm writing this review about the cleanliness of the store. It is a great store and location. However it is very disappointing that the store is lacking in such a way, that it is embarrassing. First off the tables were understocked and messy. But the most disgusting and disorganized area has got to be the clearance section of the store. It would give the most calm person a major anxiety attack! I would hope that the manager would get the staff to do a better job and take pride in their work. read more

Oh this store... Where do I begin? I love Old Navy... MOST of it anyways. The parts I don't love... I almost hate. I can always find clothes here. For myself, for my boy, they have an awesome selection of current styles and good colors. That said, probably at least half the time they're out of my size, they always seem to be out of what I'm looking for. Most recent example: I went in one morning when a sale was just starting, first day of the sale, I was there minutes after they opened (the kid's an early riser) and was the only person in the store. I was there to get a hat for the boy, but they were so picked over I was lucky to find ONE that was his head size. They were advertising these hats (that they were going on sale this day) for over a week, I go in and they're sold out of almost all of them before the sale even started?! Wtf?! Stock your store before a sale!! REEEEALLLLY irritating. Also, my other main irritant with ON is their size inconsistencies. I have to try EVERYTHING on, and I'm not talking each different kind of item. I'm talking Every. Item. Like, find a shirt you like? Want to get every color? The blue one doesn't fit the same as the red one. It's happened to me I can't even count how many times. You'd think I'd have learned my lesson sooner, but it took a ridiculous number of times of getting several colors of the same item only to get home and realize one or more of them don't fit the same as the one I tried on. Makes ordering clothes online really difficult. Then there's the crazy sales... If there is one store whose sales scare the crap out of me... It's Old Navy... Holy crap. I don't know what it is about this store, but when they run their big sales it makes people (women) CRAZY. Like, knock you down for the last green $4 tank top you just found on a wrong shelf crazy. Screaming shoving stepping on toes crazy. I just can't do it. Despite all of this seemingly negativity... I really do love ON. I love that they have simple staple pieces, I love that I can (almost) always find pants that fit me the way I like. They just really have some seriously cute clothes. Their children's/baby clothes are ridiculously cute. And they DO have awesome sales. They do (I just can't do the super mega sales). Even their non-sale prices are pretty good. So to end on the high note, Old Navy has its irritating quirks for me, but I still love the place, and as long as they continue to offer great products at competitive (often better than competitive even!) prices, you'll find me there. read more

I used to love old navy for their kids clothes but since my son is now a boys size 10-12 they have a limited supply in store. When I questioned a clerk, why that was she gave me no explanation other than a suggestion that I can purchase online (really????)! They don't stand behind their clothes 100%. Within a week of purchasing a shirt, after washing it once, I found a tear at the seam... management wouldn't take it back (or even do a straight exchange) because she was SO focused on the fact that I had "washed" the item. She didn't even care about the fact that it was defective. (Three stars since I don't have this happen very often - but also poor customer service.) read more

I love this place, the kids and men's stuff is awesome. I never really find anything for myself though. It's just not my style. It can get a little messy in the clearance section but you can find amazing deals! I found my husband pants for two bucks! And he said that they are the most comfortable pants he has ever owned! Yikes, this store is awful..The place is a mess. It's unorganized, nothing seems to be in it's place. And the majority of the employees seem to really dislike their jobs. I was looking for some athletic shorts for my son, I had to search in 3 different departments to find sizes. Boys sizes were in the mens sections, mens clothes were in the boys sections and I even found some boys and mens shorts in the womens section. After scouring these 3 departments for shorts, I needed a dressing room. A few seemed to be taken, but I wasn't sure since the doors were open, but there were clothes inside the rooms. So I asked the the associate working in the dressing room area ( Katy, maybe) if they were taken. And she looked at me with a blank stare, walked past me and emptied out a room. Never said a word. Whatever, After being in the store for 45 minutes my son and I left with the 4 pairs of shorts we found from the 3 separate departments. (although , they were all boys shorts) My advice would be to save yourself some time and to shop at Target, Nordstrom Rack or Kohls, They are all in the same mall. You may spend a few dollars more (not much), but you will save yourself a lot of time. read more

I really love this store! I've owned a lot of jeans from different brands and ON has some of the most comfortable pairs I own. This store does get really busy and the clearance section can be crazy but I usually find good deals. I feel like overall their quality of clothes is pretty good. I have been shopping here for 10 years and have never had bad customer service like I did yesterday. I have been told by 3 associates a policy they honor so when I went in to buy something the lady would not adjust the price for me and told me I was wrong and that I misunderstood the associates. I told her they had adjusted the price for me 2 other times (her being one of the times) and she continued to argue with me. I hope I never have to deal with Ashley again!
