I have had mixed experiences at this Old Navy. Coming from Denver the selection down here seems to be a lot more limited, which is the main thing I've noticed. I am one of those people who needs to try on the clothes I'm going to buy because depending on the store I'm at my size can vary somewhat dramatically. A few times I have received a coupon for a discount, however when I try to apply the discount at the register, I guess I should learn that I need to read the fine print. The discount is only available online and they won't honor it in the store. The interesting thing here is you can buy it online and then pick it up in the store. What a pain in the butt. This is a big problem in today's world and Old Navy corporate is doing a disservice to their stores. I spent many many years working in corporate retail and this is absolutely an example of the worst business practices out there. So on this day, after I found out they wouldn't apply the discount at the register, I tried to pull the pants up online and buy them in the parking lot so that I could go back in and pick them up without having to drive all the way back. 20 minutes later, after searching for them online and having bad cell reception in the area, the Old Navy site said that they didn't have the pants available in the store. Not true since I almost JUST purchased them. I went back in and asked to speak to the manager. She was extremely helpful. First, as far as trying to find my pants (lost in the store in the 20 minutes I was in the parking lot trying to deal with this problem), since they were no longer behind the cash register, and second, in giving me the discount that was online since they had the pants in the store. So, while it's a frustrating experience, I understand that it's not necessarily the stores fault. The manager deserves a five star for solving the problem. read more

THEY DO NOT MATCH THEIR OWN PRICES FROM THEIR WEBSITE. Went to buy some leggings that were listed on sale clear as day online, but in-store they would only charge full price. The employee said it might've been online-only. Nothing online said this. In fact it said if I ordered now I could pick-up at that very store. So it was a difference between being rung up at the cash register or ordering online and showing them my order? Makes no sense. Didn't want to give them my business at that point so I left. Hmmm... I am huge Old Navy shopper and have been for years, but I feel the quality has gotten worse and the prices have gone up. The last couple of times I was here I spent way more than we should have for what we purchased. The actual last trip when I was there they stated 40% off the entire store, which wasn't true because when we got to the line I was told several things I purchased weren't included in the sale. This I found to be disappointing and very annoying, we literally went there just for the sale. So instead of just paying for it, I just told the lady to decline the whole order and that I would not be purchasing anything from them. My review isn't against the employees in the store, they are all very nice and helpful. My review is in regards to Old Navy as a whole, I have been a fan for so long but ya finally lost me. read more

I really like this location. It's spacious and the store is always neatly organized. The staff is usually friendly at the cash register, but I wouldn't say they go out of their way to help you if they see you wandering the store. My only complaint is the prices sometimes don't match up when you go to check out. We'll pick sale items that ring up regular price and the cashier won't fix it unless you say something. read more

I hope they have minus star for this location. Manager was so very rude and old lady with the glass at the cashier was horrible!!! I was exchanged the item to get the bigger size and they put the wrong size in my bag so I came back to get it the right size and of course no size that I want so I return it. I don't know what is their system. They let me return it but no refund in my account. I told them the old lady said she didn't know I have to deal with the bank or call old navy. I didn't care about that money just the way she talked to me it was so Disrespectful and seem mad all the time. Manager came still no idea what she is doing and no helping at all. This was my first time at this establishment, and it certainly won't be my last. It was a great experience overall, and the environment was very welcoming. A big part of it was the employees, especially one named Katie, who offered me help with where items were located. I was a little lost, so when I saw her big smile coming over and giving great advice, it blew me away. I think she is an excellent worker and why I enjoyed my stay at Old Navy. Your normal old navy clothing store. This is a bigger store in the springs with additional big shopping stores around. Parking can be a problem on the weekends. They have a lot of good and cheap choices. It works well for getting inexpensive clothes for kids. Especially the graphic tees for kids in elementary and middle school. read more

From a husband/ dad perspective this is great place for good clothing prices. Majority of my work out clothing comes from here, it's even better when you get it when the have good sales going on! My only issue/ suggestion is there is no wifi and LTE reception drops to slowish 3G. For the sake of husbands, dads, boyfriends, non shopping type people tagging along in store (non gender specific) etc. implement a guest wifi so we can keep ourselves entertained. :) read more

So I was at old navy and this guy was helping the (white)lady next to me and asked if she was military she said yes but didn't have her id so he said he would honor her discount even though she didn't have an id so I remembered I have my id but I couldn't find it, so then tells me he can't honor my discount without id. So I said ok but then looked at him and said "for future reference you shouldn't honor someone military discount and then say no to the next person, that isn't right" so he said ok and then I paid an left the store. I wasn't rude or nasty towards this man either....It wasn't till we left that I realized he discriminated against me, so I called the store and ask to speak to manager and he answers and said that he was one, so I told him that I was discriminated because he gave the white lady a discount and not me. He then says "your absolutely right" and apologizes I told him I'll be back in with my military id and I want a refund. He said ok. And then I hung up on him. I followed up with corporate and they opened an investigation. Then after I get home and get things settled I look into my bag and half of my stuff wasn't there (they gave me a big bag so I thought what everything) I called and they said they had it (same guy from earlier) and said they noticed right away, I went back and just returned all my stuff, this WAS my favorite store but will never ever go here again! 40% off the entire store this weekend if you have an old navy card! 30% if you don't... which was a pretty good deal except the sale did not apply to items that were discounted already. You have to have a doctorate in mathematics if you are trying to track how much you are spending, the problem I had with them is... they don't tell you the 40% off doesn't apply to the items marked down until you are checking out. So I thought I was getting an awesome deal on cargo shorts which just turned out to be a good deal. We left with 21 items for about $190. read more

Yesterday I went to this Old Navy and picked out $290 worth of clothes, and when I presented my super-cash certificate, they said they couldn't honor it until tomorrow, so I had the employee put it on hold for me. She said as long as I come in before 5:30, it should be on hold. It's 12:30, and I waited in line a long time, when I got to the front of the line, the employee couldn't find my on-hold bag, and I heard her tell another employee the she made sure not to put other employee stu back on the rack this morning, so I guess I have to be sure to read my coupon to get super cash on the correct date, or I have to be inconvenienced to come back, but employees can ignore the date and time on a hold bag. No one apologized. I was going to also get a gift card for my daughter, would have been $300 more for them, but I'm taking my business elsewhere. read more

Products are cheaply made tend to tear or break. They do not offer price-matching for their online products. Shopping online is a big deal and they're not willing to price match their own products, companies have gone out of business because of BAD business decisions... read more

I will not be returning. I have shopped at OLD NAVY for most of my life, probably close to 15+ years. It was one of my favorite clothing stores for a reasonable price until a recent visit. I was trying to get something exchanged, it was a gift so I did not have the receipt, and they refused to do anything. The tags were still on it, it was unwashed and it was unworn, but they would not exchange it for a similar item in a different size. They continued to say that they could only have us return it and we would receive a credit voucher within 10 days. This was an issue because this item was needed for work in a few hours, so it needed to be exchanged.After getting a manager to speak with, and whom herself was incredibly rude, I left the store because it was unreasonable and I was tired of being treated with such a low level or respect. The manager said that they receipt also said that returns without a receipt could not be exchanged in store (or something along these lines) yet a receipt from another purchase said "Returns may be maid without receipt for a merchandise exchange" making it seem that it was possible to exchange this specific item. The policy of theirs is not clearly outlined and is unreasonable as not everyone keeps receipts and not everyone is given them when others get them gifts. Old Navy also needs to realize that it is in a world of customer service industry and learn what customer service is. If I were to treat any customers with this level of respect at any retail or customer service job I have ever had, I would have been fired on the spot. This is also the only company that I have ever seen that would not accept an in store exchange on gifts and would not work with people to help them get what they needed. Congratulations OLD NAVY on losing myself and the rest of my family as loyal customers due to these unreasonable policies and lack of customer service. read more
