I received a gift for my son to honor his graduation and my daughter's first birthday in the mail. I came to this store to make some exchanges. I picked out some items in exchange for wrong sizing and got in line. One cashier on the floor while the manager, Matt was on the phone. Three people were in line ahead of me. The cashier had asked help from Matt and he did NOT even put the phone down on hold to help her. She ended up writing info for the man with whatever he needed info on. Finally another lady came onto the floor, who I probably wished I went to. I had the same cashier who asked for the manager's help. I thought great, somethings going to happen with me too. Sure enough! The cashier who did my transaction was incompetent- she made the credit go back to the sender. She asked for Matt's help again. Matt then walked over with the pulling the phone down to her register (where it couldn't even reach for him to see the transaction) and they had the balls to say, "sorry we cant do anything about it but is there anything else we can do for you?" NO DUMB @SS I am not leaving with NO EXCHANGE, NO GIFT CARD, NO GIFTS that was sent to my kids. I asked for the effing receipt and left. read more

This is a good place to pick up reasonably priced very casual clothes like T-Shirts, cotton shirts and jeans. I especially like their jeans collection. They have odd sizes and a lot of different styles. read more

This is a very small Old Navy in the Pacific Commons shopping center. I felt like there wasn't a huge selection of clothing here. Their clearance section was also bundled together near the fitting rooms so it was a bit hard to navigate. If I lived closer to San Francisco I would go there - the one in San Francisco feels a lot bigger. read more

What a surprise!! I went to this one because the one at Newpark closed down, and this store is so much better. For one, the aisles are pretty neat and I don't know if I came at the right time, but all the sizes are there (not that it matters since I only care about mine!). I was supposed to buy a couple of pants, mainly jeans...but couldn't help myself. The casual styles were on the right trendy mark so I ended up with 5 tops and 1 pair of jeans. How ironic that I was looking through the latest Urban Outfitters catalog only to find similar tops and bags at Good Ole Navy...and at a fraction of the costs!! But it only gets 4 stars cuz I loved this top on display but it was so hard to find. read more

I use to work at the old navy on Bay Street so bare with me lol. Everything I went pass was neat and folded correctly. Great job on keeping your store looking clean. Staff greeted me as I walked through he door telling me the specials of today, ok great another mandatory thing. I didn't quite look at the outfits they were wearing as you have to kinda wear old navy clothes so customers would want to buy them. Anywho the sections on diff styles were smaller than I'm use to. clearance area SUPER NEAT, and you know what that means?? Not a very big selection of stuff in this area bummer. Men's section like every other men's section. But I hated the fact that they have a sale on tees and there was barely any out. I decided against asking for someone to go to the back. So we picked out the ones that had his size. I found the sweats I wanted pretty coo and this random chambray. Closing out staff were nice and cheery and smiling so much it made me happy inside. I called in just to see if they could confirm if they have a specific workout pant that I want. I gave the associate the SKU number and he actually went to look at all of their black workout pants to see if it matches the SKU that I wanted. (I wish they could search in the system instead of having to go look for it physically though) The person helping me was very kind and even offered to put a few of the similar styles of hold for me so I can check all of them when I go into the store. This is much better than the one that closed at Newpark Mall. That being said it doesn't have the selection or friendly service the one on Montgomery in San Francisco, or the one in Redwood City have. If you're just getting a few common things it should be here. If you want the larger sizes or more seasonal items they may not have it at this location. Jeans are somewhat of a challenge to shop for. I have the following challenges: 1. The length is too long that I have to take it into the tailor to get it hemmed. 2. The waist doesn't seem to fit right and I end up showing the world my backside.. (Very embarrassing) Upon my surprise, I decided to check out Old Navy and the line of jeans that they carry.. This is the only Old Navy that I was able to find my size in stock... The Sweetheart line rocks. No need to take it into the tailor for hemming and the waist fits perfectly!! They have an abundant assortment of various seasonal clothing that someone can pick up in about 10 different colors. I have to admit I did that with the tank tops. Shh, don't tell anyone. BUT I have to admit, I have to go online and buy things in petite since my legs aren't long enough to fill out the jeans and the skirts will reach to my ankles when it's meant to be a knee-length skirt. Wow, so much better than the one in Newpark Mall was! It's always very organized and well-stocked, which is unusual for such a large store. I'm always greeted by the salespeople when I go here and they always have really great sales. I went in a couple of weeks ago and and all of the outerwear was 50% off, so I got a really cute $70 red peacoat for $35 (I am a sucker for a good sale!) This is a nicer location and the store is more open than other locations. I took advantage of the sale that was going on and the cashier (Vi) was very friendly and gave my daughter a ballon (bonus points... that's why it's rated a three and not a one). When I left the location I discovered that the size of my sorts were INCORRECT! The label and hanger had the size that I wanted but when I look at the shorts they were a different size. Honest mistake.... but then why I went back to exchange for another item (they didn't have the same one in that size) I had to wait around 20 minutes in a slow moving line. There were only 2 people at checkout and when there was a third person who came up they were dealing with a shady customer. Just really a horrible shopping experience... Seems to always be clean, and the employees are helpful and friendly. There are usually always good sales and coupons online. The clothes are really cute and moderately priced. Yeah sometimes lines can get long, but the lined move pretty fast. When trying on clothes, the person assigned the dressing room area is friendly and will get different sizes for you if needed. My sister and I came in here to do a little bit of Xmas shopping and also because we heard that they had up to 75% off. But that definitely fooled us. Only about three items were 75% off and a few baby items. But that didn't bring us down. We just shopped at the clearance items for kids and they had some amazing deals! Once we were done, we went to the cashier and she was so sweet and rang us up and told us each individual price to see if we wanted it or not. There was a total of 35 items and that didn't bother her, she still had the same friendly demeanor when we first got to her register. I've been here a few times in the past and twice this past weekend. I initially came here to purchase some flip flops for my husband and ended up coming back to buy shirts for my son. This place is quite clean. However, there are limited sizes available and certain items (shirts that have similar design) were not hung together. I should first day that I guess I can understand that the store looking terrible, is just a result of the day after Christmas sales. For that I understand. What I am upset about, is the fact that there were racks with signs saying this or that was a certain price and things would be marked down at the register. How do we know which is which?! I grabbed pants for my three boys from a rack full of the same style of sweats and fleece pants. They said $4! They weren't! Shirts were marked wrong too. I pretty much wasted a lot of time digging through piles that people made of clothing, only to find out that the stuff I grabbed was pretty much regular price. ALSO, Jaspreet, a cashier at the front, YOU ARE EXTREMELY RUDE! Not helpful, didn't smile and just tossed my stuff around. The stuff I declined (because of the price not being right) she literally tossed it into a pile behind her. She did t engage in small talk and she just rushed through the process and threw my purchase I to a medium plastic bag. IF YOU WORK IN RETAIL, PLEASE KNOW THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY IMPORTANT. I wish all stores had the same inventory. Came here for some maternity shirts and man the maternity section at this location is really small. But their clothes has gotten way better from what I remember. Great selections of casual pants, tops, accessories and sometimes flats too. The merchandizing in the store is awesome . Bought a pair of pants last week and I guess the cashier rang up a different pair because they were having trouble with the barcode ? Which ended up screwing me over when I went this week to return the pants. They wouldn't show up on the receipt and the cashier handling the transaction wasn't very clear or helpful about the return process. I was trying to ask some questions because I was confused on why I wasn't getting my money back, but they kept ringing up other customers and ended up just taking my information down so I could be sent store credit. The entire process was very unprofessional and frustrating, it was my first time in the store and definitely now my last and now I'll be stuck with this useless store merchandise. read more

Recently picked up a super-cute wool coat that was half-price. Old Navy always has some amazing sale deals and cute items. I had great customer service while there (no tag on the coat but someone was right there folding clothes, totally ready to go check it out and even give me opinions on warmth and style. The drawback I feel about this Old Navy is that it seems smaller than others, so that limits the selection. read more

best old navy ever!!! the workers are always reaallyyy really friendly. i'm consistently surprised at how upbeat and cheerful they are whenever i go here. especially in the fitting rooms! they never look annoyed at the fact that you want to try on 10 pairs of pants on every 5 minutes. trust me.. sometimes i'm THAT shopper. sad, huh. but they always greet me with a smile and never give me that "i fucking hate you" stare everytime i come out and hand them a big ass pile of clothes that i don't want to buy. they recently remodeled, so the entire store looks different. like... you wouldn't even recognize it. seriously. but it's cool. the fitting rooms are in the middle of the room. i bought a water bottle here a couple hours ago and i like it a lot. I decided to walk through this Old Navy after a quick bite to eat at Five Guys. They were having their $5 swanky tanks promotion and I was looking for something to get my younger sister for Christmas. The Sections aren't very well marked, you can tell where the Guy section and Womens section is but everything seems to muddle together has you walk further into the shop. Great deals and prices for clothing, and pretty good cutomer service. They were packed since it was the holidays but the line moved pretty quickly though. I haven't visited this Old Navy and left disappointed. Plenty of parking and usually not very busy. I wish that they had a price scanner in the store. I came here over the weekend and the store was reconfigured. I don't know when it happened, but the dressing rooms are now in the middle of the store separating the women and men clothing. I love shopping at ON usually on a weekday, because it can get really busy on the weekends. This store is neat and the staff is friendly. I've made it a habit to not buy anything here unless it is on sale because it generally will go on sale after a week or two. There are a lot of basic clothing for everyday wear available here and it's usually quite inexpensive. read more

Came in to shop for some workout clothes & as I walked in I noticed a sign that read additional 30% off sale. I skimmed through the store & made it to the back & looked through the sale stuff which btw looked like a big mess with clothes on the floor & off the hangers but it's expected of a sale section. I found a few things waited in line to make my purchase & when I got to the counter the girl (Keearah) started to ring me up & gave me my total which did not include the 30% off. I asked her well you have two signs that say otherwise & she said the promotion ended yesterday & the signs haven't been removed yet. Sorry can't honor that I stood there & asked for a manager she came by & gave me the 30% off which saved me $22 so it was worth it. But Keearah was so rude about it, as if the discount was coming out of her paycheck! You people screwed up by not removing your signs it's not the customers fault! Check your lousy attitude at the door & provide the service you're PAID FOR!!! read more
