The staffs in this store are exceptional and very helpful. I love coming to this Store with my son to shop or do a bit of window shopping and I always feel welcome. Bought something at GAP and they left the sensor on so I went to this Old Navy closer to home (since they're under the parent company and their sensors are exactly the same) to see if they can remove the sensor, and they wouldn't. I understand to a degree, but it was the rude, snobby and unwillingness response the employee (or maybe even a manager) gave me I can't get over. Customer service sucks here. read more

This store is fantastic! I have never had such great customer service in a retail store like this! There was this guy that I've noticed that's been working there for a short time ( I think his name is Jay?) He was on his break and before we even came to the door he asked my kids if they wanted a balloon; and at first I didn't know what to think of it' then I saw his old navy badge. From the entrance, throughout the store, and even at the registers, all the associates made sure I was taken care of! I HIGHLY recommend this store! read more

I went into the store last night 11-11-17 around 4:30 PM. The line was super long but that didn't really bother me. However, what did bother me was that there were clothes all over the floor. The tables where they have their pants were a disaster. Everything was thrown around no organization whatsoever. I decided to leave without looking at anything because I couldn't find anything. I decided to go in the next morning when they opened to see if I could find the pants that I was looking for. I went in this morning around 11:30 AM they open at 10:30 AM on Sundays. I would say it was about 20% cleaner. The pants were still a disaster. I needed jeans so I started organizing them myself to see if I could find the style and size I was looking for. There were a few associates and not once did they say hi or ask if I needed help finding anything. It took me about 20 minutes to find some pants and I wanted to buy at least 3 pairs. Needless to say I couldn't find 3 pairs. I found 1 pair and was so frustrated I left with just 1 pair of pants. If the store was clean and organize their products I'm sure they would sell much more. read more

worst old navy experience to date. - the store was messy with tons of employees standing around chatting near doorway. only the girl in the fitting room looked like she was working the entire time. - looked around for 40 minutes and couldn't find anything worth using my $10 rewards coupon on. -finally settled for a sweater in clearance marked $4.95 and two flip flops for $5 - waited around for 12 minutes for them to check out the 2 people in front of me - i get to the counter and the girl couldn't ring up the sweater and ended up calling old navy headquarters to do a price check (another 3 minutes) then she proceeds to try and check me out for $14-something for the sweater. i had to stop her and ask her what she was doing. no apologies for the mis-marked item. - at this point i just wanted to get out of there so i grabbed 3 cokes which were labeled $1.50 each to buy instead of the sweater. - expecting my balance to come up just under $10, she tells me i owe 27 cents. - apparently the cokes were $1.75... so i gave her 30 cents. - i'm then told i have to charge that to my old navy card and i can't pay cash. - so we charged it and then i told her i want to pay my card balance. i'm told i can't. SO... i'm going to spend more on a stamp than what's on my balance to pay off this wretched shopping trip????? totally canceling my card and boycotting old navy from here on out. read more

Went here Friday night and there were two cashiers. The woman in front of us was buying about 40 items and took forever. The manager came up to help them for some reason and then took off while the cashie continued ringing them up. Then the second cashier got held up as well. To make a long story short we waited in line for about 15 minutes with nobody else in front of us. Nobody made any attempt to get another cashier to give us a simple "we will be right with you" as the line was building up. Nobody had a sense of urgency for the customers. Anyway I'm probably not going to return here because of their lack of customer service. Good prices are useless if the employees aren't great too. read more

YES!! So satisfied and happy about my shopping experience here. Came in late Tuesday night and was pleasantly surprised how nice and stocked the racks and shelves were. The store was full of employee's that were available and willing to help. The dressing room area was clean and the girl working there was sweet and helpful. Went up to the register to pay, total was $113.44, cashier tossed my receipt in the bag, and I was on my way. Got home and realized that I didn't get my coupon for the $30 Super Cash offer they advertised. Now this wouldn't be a problem but I live in Santa Clara and don't make it back to Fremont very often. I called up Old Navy Fremont spoke to the manager and she said she would call the Old Navy closer to my home in SC and tell the manager to set aside a $30 Super Cash coupon for me! Freakin awesome!! No arguing my point, no attitude from the manager, just good old customer service. LOVE IT!! read more

This old navy clearly has issues. I purchased a white long sleeves top of this location on Wednesday 10/26. I found a top I liked better somewhere else and wanted to return in on Friday 10/28 around 2:50 pm. I had my receipt and the tags still attached on the top. I went in to return and the young girl who tried to help me was unable to find the item in their system. The receipt had the the shirt style on there and how much it was, matching the tags, but wouldn't pull up on their computer. The young girl was clearly newer to the store and wasn't sure what to do. She tried my debit card that I paid with and they still couldn't find it. Finally she calls her boss. This snotty girl with crazy pink hair and a massive tattoo on her chest. She is talking to the other cashier and saying it's the wrong size. She asks me if they typed in the item when I bought it. I remembered they had had trouble with that computer when I bought it on Wednesday. The tattoo girl who isn't not professional and kinda rude is like rolling her eyes at me and is tellin me they basically cannot do anything for me?!?? Wtf??? This is clearly YOUR EMPLOYEES MISTAKE!! I have the correct receipt and the tags still on and I should be able to return this damn thing. It's charged on my card I can see the freaking transaction. She finally is like um well I can give you half the price. Um NO! I paid $36 for this damn shirt I don't even want anymore you are giving me that back in full. She rolls her eyes some more. And they decided they can mail it in?? It was just not even worth the hassle, knowing that they can't even type in their own item codes correctly god knows if they can type in my address correctly so I can get my $36 dollars back. Screw it I said. I'll keep the damn thing. And I left my useless receipt. Anyone want to buy a white long sleeve old navy blouse? Lol so annoying. Worst costumer service. Form a MANAGER?!? What is wrong with you girl!? Get a clue or put down the pipe. Anyway point of this is, don't let them type shit in. You will end up with a useless receipt and wasted your money and time. Also the other little girl cashier was very nice, I don't blame her at all. Tattoo girl, nice tattoos but get a better sense of customer service and it wouldn't kill you to smile :) read more

Two stars.... It one, because the employee that rang us up was very understanding and accommodating. The reason why it is 2 stars was because the signs. It clearly said 40% off on slim fit shirts. Apparently they the shirts under the sign only..... If it was still a slim fit shirt (EXACTLY classified as the other shirts) on a different rack, then it did not count. Another issue was the 9 dollar table. So it said graphic tee's were 9 dollars. I chose a nice shirt with graphics on the pocket. They were just lines, but graphics non the less. Apparently those did not count because it did not have enough graphics. So I had them ring up another shirt that had more graphics and it came out the same without a discount. They told me they would honor the 9 dollar amount if it was a different tee. Why would I want to pay for a different shirt that I did not choose? Also the manager that was helping me was a bit rude. He had a very condescending manner to him and he made t seem like I wasn't smart enough to understand the sign. He just kept telling me "what does the sign say" today is 4/8/16 he was a closing manager had shirts and a red jacket. Was a heavier fellow too. I love old navy, I ship there often, but was just dumb founded by all the signs and how inaccurate they were. read more

Place is great. Never have a trouble finding the items that i need. Definitely one the best old navys that i have gone to.

This place has gone downhill. Seats to wait while my daughter tries things on are dirty and falling apart, flimsy and need replacing. Clothes are messy on the racks. Hated the experience. She did find some cute tops. read more
