This is the closest Old Navy to me. They don't always have what I'm looking for but like I said, it's the closet location to my home. Although I don't always find what I'm looking for I can say the store is always fully stocked, neat and clean . The lines are usually long but it usually moves fairly quickly. Yesterday I had a sales associate named Saray, he was AWESOME. I had about six things to return , make a purchase and he also went online and reorder a few items for me that the store was sold out of. He was extremely helpful and patient. I'm going to give the store a 4/5, solely because while shipping I encountered three salespeople on the floor and not one of them greeted me or asked me if I needed anything. I usually don't write reviews, but because the employee was so rude on 2/26/26 at 2:36 PM, I feel like I have to speak up. There was no one in line. One cashier was helping someone who mentioned she needed to grab her ID and would be right back. While waiting, the manager started chatting with another cashier as if she didn't see me or simply didn't care. When she finally acknowledged me, I handed her my receipt and the jeans and said I just wanted to make a return. Instead of just processing it, she started asking a bunch of unnecessary questions. I calmly repeated that I only wanted to return the item. She gave me a rude look and took her time completing the return. When she finished, she tossed my receipt onto the counter as if I had done something wrong. What I don't understand is this: if customer service isn't your strength, why take a customer-facing job? Being unfriendly, never smiling, and acting bothered by customers creates an uncomfortable environment. I came in for a simple return and left feeling disrespected. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving professionalism and basic courtesy toward customers. read more

Okay, Old Navy is SLEPT on! I went in looking for a pair of jeans and some tops with very low hopes of finding anything since jeans fit sorta weird now a days. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the different selections to choose from. I found that everything was neat and they had a good stock of every item in store. I bought a pair of OG high rise loose jeans and as a gym girlie with thick thighs these fit great! They even have one for curvy girls too which also fit like a glove. Where things get kinda messy and disorganized is when you go to the sale section and the fitting room area. Luckily I was able to find a door open otherwise I would have had to wait for an associate to come open a room up. I am so pleased with the service, patience, and help I got from an associate named Evelyn! She was super kind and didn't get annoyed/ frustrated with me when I asked a million and one questions lol. She kept a polite attitude when I asked her to help me place a few pick up orders in store, so I can get the promotion that was online. She's awesome! read more

One of the new employees was very rude only because I was asking her to adjust the price on some of the items I was taking where cheaper online she got all bothered by it had a nasty attitude and mind you this is not the first time I asked for a price adjustment I have never had a problem in the past but today I guess this new employee taught I was buying the items from her personal store . read more

Horrible service from the front end staff! Playing around on cell phones and with each other and there's a 6 customer line????? And then get an attitude when a customer inquires about why there is only 1 cashier with the other employees are horse playing around. Talked to management who acted indifferent about the situation. I rarely use this business services. however this location is close by. My first impression, I was surprised that the store was very messy. Maybe they were having a bad day. Since, I went there to do an exchange for 1 item, I assumed it would be a quick visit right? Nope, after standing in line patiently, I was told to ask the cashier's assistance for system search. First, the cashier, small "c" was unprofessional, making an excuse for the extra service, citing the mobile device was out of her reach, "duh what?" next calling on the phone for a break with atleast 15 customers waiting...huh not good for business. My real complaint is the lack of enthusiasm made for a not so pleasant experience. I do not look forward to going back to this location! read more

After I was assured that I could receive change for my $100 bill and its authenticity had been verified another cashier/manager told her she couldn't mid transaction-embarassing the cashier and infuriating as well inconveniencing me (the paying customer).
