Would give this store a minus 10! Where is the manager or regional supervisor? This store is filthy and disorganized with clothing strewn around. The supposed sale items are scarce or non existent. The staff however is always friendly, just overwhelmed. The online ordering is also awful. I ordered seasonal PJ's online because they weren't available in the store (November 5) by last week still not received so I canceled my order. Buyer beware. Ordered 5 pairs of sweat shorts online, four arrived. Sent in a claim and was not only denied but directed to the sales site with the suggestion to buy more. Called the customer service and was told 'sorry charlie, block our payment with your bank'. For $25 bucks of missing product, I'd say that is not worth my time.... So ya, you want something specfic that is not in your local store? This is what you are working with. read more

The employees were very accepting of the stench that my blood bags left behind post ritual... I would recommend not bringing candles in for cult meetings as clothing is flammable and the fire alarms do in fact work. The manager kindly had a sacrificial goat on hand that had been living in the dressing room for 67 hours prior to my scheduled meeting and the black cat, Reginald, that lives in the cash register was respectful of the need for silence during our chants. read more

I love Old Navy, This is the only place I can find cute fitting clothes for my petite 3 year old. My complaint is always consistently the same.... SALE SIGNS ARE NEVER ACCURATE. They hang sale signs right over items that match the description yet they are always full price at the register. Staff always is always apologetic but it's frustrating that the signs are always so misleading. read more

This whole store has false advertising of sales. They had a sign in front of the boys pants that said six dollars. But the bottom line says girls only. Why would you post this sign in front of the boys clothing if it's for girls? The boys section is in a completely different area than the girls and the only reason it would even be in this location is because they are false advertising and they will not honor the price. What's to say about Old Navy? Old Navy is Old Navy by a bunch of stuff at a reasonable price don't expect it to last forever check back for frequent Coupons and Old Navy Cash which makes you come back to spend more money. For me it's right around the corner from the apartments I live in it's great when I need a tank top as a layering item and any basic color some leggings, or in the summer the flip-flop sale can't be that for a dollar a pair right! The mother load of purchases for me is every Christmas when I usually load up on pajamas for everyone in the family from grandpa all the way down to the tiniest and newest member of the family I Out the furry friends! We've had many a family photo and Old Navy PJs that's for sure . Staff here are pretty friendly and they don't seem to have a huge turnover so that's definitely a plus. Oh and got to give kudos to the skinny rockstar pants and also pixie pants for work definitely a great every day item. read more

I'm rarely on this side of town but I had to pick up a gift for my girlfriend so I ran in here. The store is a mess. The manager was too busy talking to Co- workers to be bothered to help anyone. I'd drive to the Coddingtown store before I ever came into this one again. Driving further for better customer service is worth it read more

Messy but cheap. We come here when visiting Sonoma County and forget something like a jacket, extra leggings or sun hat for my daughter. It's hit or miss and the store is always a mess. Half the time we strike out and just head over to Target. Lines are long but it move fast. I like all the non-Old Navy branded items along the check out area like makeup, perfume and candy. Plus loads of drinks. They need to hire more people or people that care a little more. The last we came the place looked like it was looted! read more

Passed by the Old Navy on Santa Rosa Avenue last weekend, saw they had a sign advertising up to 70% off of jeans store-wide. I needed a new pair of jeans, so I figured this was a really good deal. I go in, grab some jeans I liked from a section where the discount advertisement was displayed (it was all over the store), and brought them up to the cashier, only to be told I'd need to pay full price. I ask why, when it was clearly sitting in a section that was labeled to offer up to 70% off, and they tell me "oh no, that's only for select brands." In their defense, the sign does mention this in the tiniest writing they could produce, but then why have signs all over the store in front of items it doesn't apply to? Why not mention what brands specifically the discount applies to on the advertisement so I don't waste my time looking at brands it doesn't? After looking through the store, I was able to discover ONE section that had jeans 70% off - the single clearance rack for jeans, and even that seemed to be mostly female jeans. I bought the jeans, since I needed them for a trip I was about to go on, but needless to say, I was very frustrated in their false advertisement. And as icing on the poor service cake, they also would not give me a military discount, despite me having my military ID and the store's website advertising that they offered one. The only reason I'm giving two stores is because the jeans at least fit well and are comfortable. Still, I have no intention of going back to this store, and I will encourage others to shop elsewhere as well. read more

I was recently in there doing a very simple straightforward return of an order I bought online...I had the invoice, then the associate "helping me" asked for the the card I used to purchase the items, I inserted it, then he asked for my email confirmation of the order, I pulled that up from my email and showed him, then he asked to see my order history. I provided him every type of proof of the order that he asked for all the while he was very condescending, accusatory, and rude. He finally called a manager over who advised him that he was processing the transaction incorrectly and that's why he wasn't able to do the return. This whole thing took a LONG time and after the manger walked away the associate finished the transaction printed my receipt handed it to me without say so much as one word. Rude. I'd never treat anyone that way and if I did I would no longer have my job.. read more

I stood in line for 10 minutes (one person in front of me) while the two cash registers were backed up with customers having issues. While that's not completely horrible, the bad part is THREE employees were standing around one of the cash registers trying to solve a problem for a customer, while we stood there waiting...the line got longer and longer. Finally someone came up from the back and thanked me for my patience. I told her I thought there was something wrong with three people gathered around one cash register when there was a long line. She said nothing, then proceeded to ring up my purchase. Two of the three items were marked 20% off on the racks, but they came up full price. When asked about it, she told me they were, indeed, full price. At this point I was done with this store, and walked out. They are rude, unhelpful, and their sales are misleading. NO MORE. read more

Very dirty store. Floors and fixtures are dirty and there are large dust bunnies in the changing rooms and all over the store. Lots of associates standing around doing nothing and hangers, clothing and trash everywhere in every department. The good, clean old navy in Coddingtown closed. This manager needs to clean this place up. Even behind the register there were piles of stuff everywhere. read more

I come to this store at least 3 times per month and I get some of the best deals ever!!!! My mother comes with me as we'll and we both leave the store happy. I am not very picky at all and if I don't find what I need I usually go to the other store in coddingtown or online. It would never be reason enough to give a bad review . The customer service is usually good never great but they are very polite and always take my coupons . read more

Terrible store. Charge full price when things are on sale and so unfriendly and argumentative when I tried to get the prices adjusted the next day. I visited Old Navy in order to find my son's favorite jeans last year, perhaps in February. This store was even worse than the Old Navy in my home town, with little to choose from and most items jumbled. I didn't stay long or find the items I came for. While visiting my mom a few months later, I stopped by again. The store had completely changed, was orderly and pleasant! With my summer 2009 visit I found the store beautifully maintained. It didn't even have that denim smell, but was light and airy and well-stocked. I seldom write reviews (this is my 2nd), but I feel that businesses deserve credit when they improve so much. Never will i ever come to this location again. MELODY in specific has horrible customer service and an attitude written all over her face . every other worker that came to the counter and gave shitty customer service as well, not owning up to THEIR mistake and false communications to a customer. an exchange return mistake that THEY made. instead of telling me to grab the items to exchange they shouldve found out my specifics instead of brushing me off so they can continue doing whatever they were looking at on the register screen and couldve told me how the exchange process works.. so i go and find the items waste about 30 mins looking around finding the items i want/need some being the same exact ones.. maybe a different color due to them not having the original color in stock.. or dofferent items due to not having the original AT ALL... so they ring up the entire purchase to turn around and tell me i cant exchange it without a receipt & they would have to mail me my store credit!!!..Then they tell me it had to be the SAME EXACT ITEMS in order to do it instore.. which some were.. BUT THE SAME COLOR TOO!? my daughter was gifted some clothes and were too big for her. & your inventory stock shouldnt affect my shopping either. and who the hell mails store credit? what are gift cards for then? horrible horrible. i was so pissed. im never rude towards other but i was just so annoyed at how every single employee sat back and seeing a customer upset over their mistake.. 2 of which fessed up and SAID its my fault i thought we could do it... at that point it shouldve BEEN DONE. id give ZERO stars if i could. read more
