Service was excellent. Friendly owners and staff. Food was perfect. Pho was exactly the flavor I needed on a cold day. The kids menu is excellent. We liked the Vietnamese music to give it a full Pho experience. Our favorite is self served ginger tea and jasmine station. Wish cups weren't plastic but other than that, we liked it and would come back

This really hit the spot after doing a sunrise hike at Rainier. We were hungry and cold and wanted something comforting, and this was one of the few spots open at the time we wanted to go. Very classic pho spot, meaning service is a little questionable but it's what I expected. I got the pho dac biet, which came with a huge variety of meat and a ton of noodles. I loved the broth here - slightly sweet which is the kind I prefer. They also have both tea and water for you to serve yourself. Their chili oil was also good and they sell it by the jar too! I'd recommend this spot.

Location was odd, I felt like we were coming into a warehouse space and then Bam! a restaurant. Came with a party of five, plenty of spaces to sit at. I suspect they might be low-staffed? because many tables were left uncleared for the duration of our meal. The place was tasty! I liked the egg rolls and my house pho, and there was enough food for me in the small size that I didn't end up finishing all the noodles :| (though I did make an effort to drink all the broth, yum). Minor thing where someone in our party didn't get their drink and had to remind them that she'd ordered it, but they were pretty quick about getting it after that. I think she also had a comment about the shrimp in her shrimp bowl. I'd be happy to come here again; would probably get the same thing as I had personally no issues with any of it. :D

Chicken banh mi and rare steak pho combo with lime and peach iced tea. Soooo delicious

I had been wanting to try a banh mi and am glad I followed the reviews here. This place is a hidden gem with amazing prices. Service was so quick and friendly. I ordered the banh mi and pho combo with the lime and peach iced tea. Everything was so delicious and I loved the tea, I wish it came in a larger size. Everything on the menu looked delicious. This place is close to the mall and I can't wait to become a regular here and bring friends. It's very casual and great for lunch since they're so fast, even if the dining room looks full.

Totally out of nowhere, like in some sort of industrial city. The place is quite busy with only 1 person going from cashier to kitchen to table serving customers, and still very friendly and nice. Tea: self served. You get to pick either Jasmine or Ginger tea which are nice. Soup Noodles: Pho - broth was good but on the sweet side. Banh Mi Thit Nuong (BBQ pork) - barely any fillings but the thit nuong was pretty flavorful, other than a little bit on the chewy side. Banh Mi Thit Nguoi (Traditional) - also barely any fillings, worst than the Thit Nuong one, and not good. Probably the most disappointing Banh Mi I have ever eaten. I would definitely order Thit Nuong dishes, if I am heading that way again.

What the heck is this? Who serve spring roll like this? Instantly kills all your appetite! Each roll is the length of half of a shrimp, and stuffed with nothing but vermicelli! Will never go again! Completely a waste of money!

#17 chicken curry noodle. Good flavor, could use more sauce.

Tried this place on a random whim to continue my journey to find the best Vietnamese chicken curry. I must continue my search sadly. Closest they had was #17 chicken curry with noodles. The flavor was very good, not a lot of sauce though, and the noodles seemed overcooked, but it's possible that's how they're supposed to come. I'm not a big noodle person, I stick to rice dishes, but this one was the closest curry dish they had. Overall my experience was pleasant. The self serve water and tea is nice. The man at the front was very nice. A few of the negative reviews for this restaurant are concerning from a food-handling Safety perspective. I may return to try the pho sometime. We'll see.

I've heard about this place from my MIL's bestie. She's a great cook, and knows her food so I trust her judgment. I've been wanting to try this place out and probably driven by it countless of times from my Costco run. It's easily missed as you won't notice it since it's in an industrial area. There is a small sign pointing you to the establishment. This place is truly a hidden gem. It was my sister's day and the choice was between this and Vietnam House. After my last encounter with Vietnam House, I rather take my chance. Not going to lie, I wasn't expecting much for service when I come here but what's the odds? I didn't have much to lose. Upon entering the establishment, there's this kind older gentlemen who will tell you to pick a spot. He told us that there's an opening in the corner as it was kind of chilly outside--away from the door. And proceed to tell us to help ourselves with the hot tea or water in the beverage area. Not very common as other establishment as they will get it for you. But I actually prefer this so you can get what you want. The options for tea is Jasmine or ginger tea, and it comes piping hot. Just how I like it. They will come take your order and within minutes a bowl of piping good pho arrive. It was so flavorful and good. The portion was nice! And they didn't skimp on the proteins either! The broth was outstanding. It's a little bit on the sweeter side than other places. Veggies were fresh and they weren't skimpy on it either. We also asked for some sate chili oil to add some spice to the pho cuz why not? The customer service here is outstanding! The gentleman made his way over to the other table and had some friendly conversations with some guests. This place truly display real customer service that Vietnam House should come take notes. Overall, I'm impressed and would totally recommend this place.

I called in for the Pho and Sandwich Combo (13.25) and an Iced Viet Coffee. I got there and they were scrambling around looking for my order so it was a bit chaotic. The worst part and this is why the 2 star rating was the packaging. My mini pho was packed in a tall foam container with a soda lid on it. The kind you put the straw through. So guess what? Soup was spilling out of the top on the way home. Luckily it was contained in the bag. The noodles were NOT packed separately like every other pho place I've been to and I also was not given side veggies. The noodles were stuck in a clump at the bottom and I cracked the container trying to get them out which made a huge mess. This was one of my worst pho experiences. I think they might only pack the soup this way for the mini one. I did see other orders separated with a bag of side veggies so my advice is do not get the combo to go. The sandwich was not memorable. I was wondering if I was eating pork and then I got a random bite of ginger which is odd in a bahn mi. Viet Coffee was watery. I will not be coming back.

I thought it's new. Out of curiosity, I followed a few signs in an industrial area & surprised to find a Vietnamese Pho restaurant that was like covered by tall trees. Once I walked in, it's like an old Saigon restaurant that's been there for awhile. Pretty fully seated. Besides faces like Vietnamese there were non-Vietnamese customers. Perhaps they had traveled to or even worked in Vietnam before. A warm welcome by a lady with menu. I ordered a bowl of pho even I also like the sandwich. The food seems authentic and tastes good. There's self service water or tea available. I like that place. Just to watch their operation times, closes at 4 pm as that's an industrial area.

A very lowkey Vietnamese restaurant located in Tukwila, near Costco and Southcenter Mall. Since this restaurant is located in a very industrial area with lots of businesses and companies nearby, lots of locals and familiar customers frequent this stop. The staff were friendly and made sure we were aware of where everything was as we were getting seated and viewing the menu. A solid Vietnamese restaurant to visit if you are in the area and don't want to wait too long for food. Service was pretty fast. We were in and out in less than an hour.

There was a a whole clump of hair under our table and hair hanging from the chairs. I dropped my daughter's blanket on the floor and my husband picked it up and he it had a pubic hair on it. The tables were not wiped off and the bathroom was a disaster zone. I mean if this is what they think their customers should deal with can you imagine what the kitchen looks like. I went here with a bestie on a Saturday afternoon for something quick to eat and came across here. Their parking lot and the overall location is unassuming; you wouldn't expect a place like this to be around what feels like a secluded area. Plus the inside is just the front counter, the menu in big print and some small seating (not for dine-in, though). Bestie and I each got their combo bao, which comes with many ingredients like quail egg, jicama, celery, wooden ears, pork and black pepper. We wanted these heated up, and it took about 10 or so minutes for them to be ready. Bestie did also get a mini bao but asked for it not to be heated so he could eat as a midnight snack. As for the combo bao itself, the whole thing could easily qualify as a meal if you get more than one. Each is about $6 each so they are on the pricier side but it's definitely worth having and it's such a unique addition to the Tukwila area! I can appreciate the effort of making noodles in-house, but I personally wish they used more traditional Vietnamese rice noodles and a richer broth made with real bone marrow. The restaurant itself is surprisingly spacious, even with a large crowd, and they offer plenty of both interior and exterior seating to soak in the scenery. We came specifically for their happy hour, which runs from 2:00 to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. We ordered the beef pho pillows, crab and pork rolls, and the wagyu beef salad. Every dish was really good, but I would highly recommend the beef pho pillows as they were amazing in terms of quality. The service was also impressive, especially given how busy they were, with our server continuing to check on us multiple times throughout the meal to make sure we were well taken care of. Overall, it is a fantastic waterfront spot and definitely worth visiting!

When I walked up to the restaurant and saw the lakeside, upscale vibe, I had a feeling this wasn't going to be a cheap or particularly authentic spot. The $1 oysters weren't happening, but I wasn't leaving without oysters. The ones I ordered were fresh and good. I also ordered the bun bo Hue. It was tasty, but a little too sweet. Bun bo Hue should have some heat and spice, and I was missing that here. The cocktail I ordered was were refreshing and flavorful.

They said that the Vietnamese sandwiches were flavorful, filling, and worth the price. I went with the pork puff pastry, which also had a decent portion size. It was warm, crispy, perfectly flaky on the outside, and had a good meat to pastry ratio. It tasted fresh! Service was friendly, and while we got our food to-go, there were plenty of people enjoying their food within the restaurant.

My's is best known for their banh mis, but they also serve pho, fresh rolls, and other Vietnamese dishes. I ordered the CHICKEN (#10) BANH MI ($8 and change plus tax and tip). The toasted baguette and pickled carrot and daikon were all fresh and crispy. However, I wished they put more vegetables inside. I also was disappointed by the chicken as it was shredded and not grilled. It tasted like canned chicken and was overall kind of bland. Had I known the chicken wasn't grilled, I would've gone with the grilled pork instead. Additionally, there was too much pate (which reminded me of melted salted butter, but gooier - almost like the texture of brie cheese) slathered on the sandwich and so I ended up scraping most of it off. Compared to Yeh Yeh's in Lynnwood, this banh mi unfortunately missed the mark for me (although it is convenient). With that said, I'd give them another try and try the grilled pork next instead with light pate. My mother tried the fresh rolls, and thought they were kind of small for the price. The peanut sauce was decent. I took my lunch to go, but the interior atmosphere is cozy. Service was decent too. Overall: 3/5 for food, 4/5 for service, 3.5/5 for atmosphere
