Need to find 2 quick used tires last min since my new tires isn't gonna be deliver to me until Tuesday Wednesday from tireagent.com and I had a long drive to La that night oct 25th Called them ahead of to make sure they have my size and everything was all good I get there and was greeted right away And was quoted $112 with tax for 2 used tires All good the older gentleman started to mount them on my rims but I had a feeling he didn't balance them because you'll hear the balance machine spinning Gave the one wheel to his helper a younger gentleman and he proceeded to put them on my car So I got a little sketchy and decided to walk in the garage way to see what was happening Older gentleman proceeded to mount the 2nd tire then hand it to the younger man and I was right he didn't balance them ( balance machine was behind the tire mount machine ) So I asked him " you didn't balance them ? " He said no our machine is down and won't be fixed till Tuesday so I can come back and pay $5 per wheel to balance them smh !! If you know it wasnt working then why wouldn't let the customer know So word of advice make sure before you do anything ask to make sure because every shop even rubans down the st will let u know and also keep and eye out while they work on ur car The younger gentleman was cool and had nothing to do with this but the older guy knew he was scheming to make a quick $100 and not balance ur tire He swears up and down my car will be fine I'm already late so I said f**k it Drove my car and super unbalance once I get up to speed on the freeway my car is super lowered and I go thru at least 3 sets to 4 sets of new tires every 4 months so I know tires Never again will I be coming back here i rather pop my tire then buy from them read more

I've come to this location for the past 17 years. Never had a problem until earlier this year. They took old tires off my BMW and put new tires on, but they scratched all four of my rims. And not just light scratches, they dug into the rim and chipped the edges. They told me they would pay to repair it. They blamed it on using a new machine. My question is if you noticed the first rim was screwed up, why the hell would you continue to screw up the other rims and not say anything to me? Luckily I caught it. They told me if I wanted to find someone to repair it they would pay for it.Once I got about 4 different quotes, I came back to them and told them how much it was gonna be. Herb tried negotiating and saying he'll use his guy. I asked why didn't you offer that from the start? No response. He then proceeded to tell me he couldn't pay for it right away. He would have to make payments.... The older gentleman was the only guy professional about this situation. He told me he could give me $200 and Herb could give me the other $200 in a week or so. I came back to collect from Herb about 3 different times and he was never at the shop. I got his number and called him. And he gave me some excuse why he couldn't pay me the money saying that the company switched up their direct deposit. So he wouldn't get paid for another 2-3 weeks.. complete bull shit. He then said he could pay me $160 and get the additional $40 bucks to me when the direct deposit hits... it's been 4 months and Herb still hasn't contacted me about the additional $40.00. Just be careful with these people including Herb. He claims he's the shop manager but doesn't want to take accountability for the mistakes his employees have caused. I hope this guy really needed the $40.00 more than I did at the time. After being a loyal customer for 17 years, it's time to find a new location that can provide professional service. read more

I read the reviews from all of the people and I had a really good experience with old school tires. I stopped by to ask him how much they would charge me to swap out four tires with used tires that I brought with me and they quoted me $20 a tire. I then asked him how much would it cost to balance them and they said it included the balance so I went ahead and got it done. They took about 30 minutes to change all four tires and they didn't even charge me for disposal of the old tires. I believe they charge $3 per tire disposal. They were pretty professional and I don't know if it was because I was in military uniform and got treated differently, but my experience was wonderful. Thanks Old School Tires team. Absolutely embarrassing. I've come here on multiple occasions(Alessandro) and they never fail to let me down. The workers here seem to not know what they're doing. FIRST, they put wayyy too much pressure on my tire. The PSI was 50 for a car that needs 30 PSI. My car was shaking and so I went back and they told me the tire had cracked (no doubt because of the extremely high pressure). I think the guy was new because it's not hard to inflate a tire to the correct pressure. They ended up giving me a temporary replacement. They then told me to come back within the week to get my replacement tire. When I came back on Wednesday, they tried to give me bald tires worse than the ones I currently had. The guy who had helped me earlier wasn't there. This guy was the only helpful one who was not a complete phallus. I end up going to the other location on Sunnymead where I always get better service and so they tell me to come back Sunday because they are out of my size and that they'll take care of me. So today I come in and they tell me they only have one tire. I tell them that's fine that I'll take it...Despite needing two. I go to the tire place off of Graham and Sunnymead next to Autozone and explain to the worker that I just need one and he checks the tire they had replaced at Old School for me. He then tells me that the other location put the WRONG SIZE of tire on my car. I had trusted they knew what they were doing but clearly these are a bunch of amateurs who are clueless as to what they're doing. So I go back to have them fix their mistake and I end up talking to the manager and explain the situation. he starts trying to tell that my car can still drive fine but i can't. My car is sensitive to that and I could clearly feel the difference. And at no moment had they notified me they put a different size. So he goes and checks to see if they have my number. He then tells me they don't have my number and that's why they put the other number tire. I ask him for my old tire back and he tells me he doesn't know where it is and that we have to wait for the worker who replaced it to come back, since he knows where he left my old tire. The worker comes back and tells me they don't have my size and that's why he put that other number tire on it. Again, they never asked me if it was okay to put a slightly different size. He starts telling me "that's what happens when you buy used tires, sometimes you get the right number sometimes you don't. You can't pick and choose." yet I've come here multiple times and never had an issue with them giving me the wrong number. He starts telling me that my car should run fine and I tell him that my car is shaking and I can feel the difference aside from the fact that my car is very sensitive to these things. He tells me I need new tires and he starts trying to sell me a new set of tires instead. I keep telling him that I just want my old tire and that I have to go because I'm running late to work yet he keeps trying to ARGUE with me. How UNPROFESSIONAL!! THIRDLY, he bolted my tire on incorrectly. I may be a girl but I'm not stupid. I know about cars and he bolted the bolts all tightly on the first go and in a circle which can unbalance your tire as you're screwing one side tightly first instead of gradually increasing the tightness in a star shape. I pointed it out to him but at this point I was in a hurry and needed to go. This entire time I was taking deep breaths trying to calm myself down because at this point I am beyond aggravated BUT they keep coming up to me trying to argue with me instead of apologizing for THEIR MISTAKE and fixing it. Once I left, my hub cap flew off! These amateurs didn't even put the hub cap on correctly. How do you not know how to click a hub cap back into place? It's not rocket science. I would not recommend this place to anyone. You're better off going to the used tires place next to Auto zone on Graham and Sunnymead. They will take care of you and don't charge you a fee to dispose of your tire. Avoid Old School Tires at ALL COSTS. These guys will f***k you AND your car up. I can't even speak to management about this horrible service as the manager is a prick and will sit there and argue with you instead of owning up to his and his workers' mistakes and correct them. They need to take some customer service classes and get their heads out of their buttholes. read more

This place was a gem! We got a flat on a Friday at 6:30 PM.. right when everything was closing... did I mention it was a Friday and everyone was in weekend mode. I called the location off Sunnymead and since we had pulled off the freeway on day st, that location advised I was closer to the location off the old 215. I called and without hesitation they said to come on down. By the time we got there it was 6:50, and they were supposed to close at 7. They were so nice and took care of us right away. Fixed our flat, did not rush or make us feel uncomfortable or talk us into something we didn't need. (Like most places do) After we showed up another customer showed up and they received the same great attentive service. This place was GREAT! The guys were fast and efficient and honest! Worst experience ever! I spent forever just waiting for them to tell me that they had my tire size, then I go grocery shopping and to get a car wash and find that my front driver side tire was totally flat. It's hot in here, meanwhile the lady behind the counter sits in air conditioning. It's 112 degrees for crying out loud. The best part is when I get here the man takes of the passenger front tire as if you can't see that my driver front tire is the one that was flat... then they blame it on my rim being bent.. like my rim being bent before did not make my tire go flat as he smokes his cigarette! There a few places where you really feel like you can trust the service and team members, This was definitely one of them. I pull up and one of the guys is waving me down to pull up to the garage - all smiles. I get in there and they start working IMMEDIATELY. I check my tires and on one of them, the tread is wearing down but not yet bald. I asked if I should replace that one and he didn't try to upsell me saying there's about 5000 more miles on it. What an awesome guy! Bought a used tire for $25 dollars.. And the best part is that this was all done in 10 minutes! Definitely coming back if I ever need another used tire. read more

Don't waste your time going here. I just had an athlete go here for a new rim. They installed the rim and tire and never checked it for leaks. When she discovered a flat tire and went back they would not make it right (hairline fracture in the rim). They told her they didn't want her to badmouth and come back for business. What? If I could give this a negative 4000 I would. I went in to get a used tire on 4th of July, and I don't know if the guy who put it on was remidial or just did not know how to put air in the tire, on the exact same day I had the tire placed on my car, it popped on the freeway with my entire family in it. Thank God nothing serious happened but because the tire popped really bad, it broke the entire bumped off my car. And dented the fender. To top it off, the guy who was fixing the tire told me for some reason that he was going to remove the tire censor. I highly recommend for you to think twice before putting your vehicle and your life in the hands of these people! read more

I chose the tires i was looking for and immediately i was escorted to the place where my tires where mounted and checked for leaks. I was able to review the tires before they were mounted. Worst place slowest workers I had 8 tires and rims wanting to swap out Tpms sensors they said they could do it took 6 hours to do and they broke the valves stems had to replace them and and they only finshed one set of rims had to come the next day for my other set and the office lady gave me a attitude because her worker didnt give me a recipe the night before and argured with me for no reason when I payed for there services already so it took another 3 hours to do one set of tires and sensors read more

But by slim chance they do, I want you to know that your lack of professionalism has lost you a customer for life! You lost my wheel lock and promised me a new set. When I followed your directions to how to get them and get reimbursed, you then changed your mind because the price was $62.50 ("something the cashier would never pay") Not to mention I called before I came in and gave you the quote so you would be prepared and told me to come in the next day. I covered my basis and you guys still only offered me half my money back. I didn't agree with that but I seen we were getting nowhere and I go another shop and find that my rim is damaged from my last visit with them! Inconvenienced me yet again.
