    Yummy Larrapin

Ordered a larrapin, and not only was it so good. The barista: Marina, made a very good coffee for me. Great customer service! Defeinitly recommend and would come back!

Great local coffee shop with plenty of seating and a wide variety of coffee/goods to choose from. There's a shelf of personal care/beauty products for sale to keep you busy while you're waiting for your order. The coffee was pretty good and the mixed berry pastry we ordered was delicious as well. The customer service was good, it would be helpful if they were more knowledgeable about the baked goods they were selling. There are plenty of tables available but most of them were in need of a good wipe down.

The FRESHEST biscuits n gravy I've ever had in my life!!!

Staying in town for jus a cpl days rode my bike thru the sequoia park and then rode into town to grab a bite to eat. The staff here were friendly AF and the meal was immaculate! They weren't shy with the GRAVY (mmmmm) and the biscuits tasted as if they were freshly pulled out the oven and thrown on my plate. If ever in town again I'm definitely stopping here again!!!

    Strawberry Delight Cake
    Cat M.

I like their cookies and pastries. However, I ordered a CHOCOLATE Strawberry Delight Cake a few days ago. When I cut into the cake I saw it was white cake. I was very disappointed because I was expecting chocolate. I specifically said chocolate numerous times, yet somehow received white cake. The cake part itself was good but it had way too much frosting. The cut up strawberries in the middle were good but the chocolate dipped strawberries on top were disgusting. They tasted like dirt and chemicals and the strawberries didn't look very fresh. After I ordered the cake I got a strawberry banana smoothie. It was also disgusting. It was WAY to sweet. I could see they put syrup in it and it w not mixed in all the way. I couldn't drink it because it was way too sweet so I gave it to my mom who loves sweet things and she said it was too sweet and had to throw it out. I will never be buying a cake or a smoothie from here again. I would not recommend this place. This place used to be good but in the last few years it has been horrible.

Got a Brevi and it tasted like the 1/2 was spoiled. For the money spent you'd expect more than nasty coffee.

Just got the worst breakfast burrito I've ever had. The eggs were just little egg white cubes and it was terribly mixed.

Spent most of the tour hearing from the owner about how his workers kiss every one of your beans that come from plantations where even bullets were found in the beans the workers sort in the factory. Not once did he talk about the exploitation cocoa farms have for children in the country of origin, inclu ding child slavery or slavery amongst adults, nor the companies commitment to working with farmers who practice ethical trade. That lack of emphasis of the dialogue regarding human rights leads me to believe that acknowledging humans rights isn't something this company has even with their own workers. A bunch of people come in for a tour and the cafe workers who are pretty new to the front area have to be in charge of seeing about 15- 30 different orders with in 5 minutes and the front stage who makes below minimum of the cost of living has to be left felling supported? I wonder if all the staff working for you have even been on a sailboat or own one? It's on your logo after all. Or is it a simple nod to the slave trade being the reasons you are a millionaire? I think it would be amazing if this company could make products that do not include slavery or mistreatment of workers.

Parking is plentiful and the location makes it convenient to grab from downtown. My favorite part of the menu was that fact that you can order a flight of ice cream, which are priced at $6 for 4 scoops or $11.50 for 8 scoops. It's a GREAT way to have customers try different flavors without overwhelming the sample spoons (PS I don't think this place does samples). I ordered a 4 flight of Mango Habanero, Chocolate Hazelnut, Dream Sweet Cream, and Cherry. The Mango Habanero had a good occasional kick of habaneros in an otherwise sweet ice cream. The chocolate hazelnut was dark but not very nutty - I think it's a safe pick. The sweet cream tasted like a mcdonald's ice cream cone (but perhaps healthier), and the cherry flavor can be avoided as it didn't taste like anything close to cherry. The line was a little slower than expected, but the pricing is very fair, especially for the flights. Service was friendly, and I think their menu changes some flavors ever so often.

I suggested the Slice of Humboldt Pie because I hadn't been there in a while. We had a great experience with comfortable ambiance to sit and talk. We tried the banana cream, peanut butter, and cherry pies. The slices came out pretty quickly and all were quite tasty. Unfortunately I was too full to finish my piece. The real showstopper to me, however, was the veggie curry pot pie that I tried later in the week. We ordered to-go so I didn't get a picture but that pot pie was awesome! It was super flavorful and warm and comforting, all contained in an individual sized pot pie. I would come back for that meal and to try more of their savory options for sure.
