It hit the spot on a sunny Eureka day. To my surprise, I got a freebie, with the barista making more than what would fit in the cup. The excess was poured into an additional cup, and given for free. That was awesome. Speaking of the staff, they were great. Parking is plentiful and the location makes it convenient to grab from downtown. My favorite part of the menu was that fact that you can order a flight of ice cream, which are priced at $6 for 4 scoops or $11.50 for 8 scoops. I ordered a 4 flight of Mango Habanero, Chocolate Hazelnut, Dream Sweet Cream, and Cherry. The Mango Habanero had a good occasional kick of habaneros in an otherwise sweet ice cream. The chocolate hazelnut was dark but not very nutty - I think it's a safe pick. The sweet cream tasted like a mcdonald's ice cream cone (but perhaps healthier), and the cherry flavor can be avoided as it didn't taste like anything close to cherry. The line was a little slower than expected, but the pricing is very fair, especially for the flights. Service was friendly, and I think their menu changes some flavors ever so often.
