The professionalism and efficiency of this company is at the highest level. I had a problem with my garage door buckling. Place a call and was told they would be out the next morning. Max from Old Town came out the next day 9am, looked at my door and said he could correct the problem. He had to pick up a part so he left and was back in 15 minutes. He fixed the problem, adjusted the tension, oiled all of the rollers and made sure the motor was in great shape. I highly recommend this company. I plan to use them for preventive maintenance. Our garage door broke on a Saturday night and we were barely able to get it to close without doing more damage. We searched frantically to find someone in our area to repair it fast. After installing a new garage door opener my husband was having a problem with the final programming. He had spent several hours troubleshooting and was at his breaking point when we finally called Fred. Fantastic customer service! I have had multiple problems with my garage door from springs, hinges and cables breaking. Not even a year ago, another company came out and "repaired" all hinges, springs and cable. Well this morning the other cable came loose and my garage door could not close. I called the other company I used in the past as they guaranteed their work. However they could not come out until tomorrow. I did not want to leave my garage door open all day and night so I came to yelp to find another company. I called Old Town because of all the great reviews. Within an hour of calling the office, Max was at my house. After assessing the situation, he explained to me me that the other company used cheap and incorrect parts and essentially that is why I had this issue today. He thoroughly inspected my hinges, and all hardware and reinforced and changed out what was needed. He replaced my springs with the correct type as they would be able to hold the load of my garage doors. Max assured me that their work is under warranty and if I have any problems in the future, I can call them anytime. The price for repair was reasonable and I appreciate that Old Town responded to my repair so quickly. I will never use anyone else and highly recommend. Professional and prompt service.
