A few weeks ago, my garage door decided to break on me. And to make matters worse, it was a Friday evening when most everything was about to close. Try as I might, I was unable to get my garage to close. I was having problems with my garage door opener, Fred responded to my call immediately and gave me same day service. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and advised me that one of the torsion springs was actually broken as well. That same day he ended up installing a new motor and two new springs for a very reasonable price. His price was lower than quotes I had gotten from other companies for an opener / motor. My garage motor wasn't working right, old genie system. Power to the motor kept going out every time I opened or closed it. I shopped around in the Corona area and got several quotes, knowing that if I just get it repaired, it would be costly and will not be a permanent fix. Quotes to replace the old unit ran up to 800. After googling and finding out that the cost was on the high end, I decided to look south (LE, Murrieta etc.) And I'm glad I did. Old Town Garage came out bright and early and replaced the unit within 15-20 minutes. Installed a new keypad and got 2 remotes. The price was 250 cheaper than the best quote in Corona. Fyi, you don't know quiet until you get yourself a Liftmaster. Downloaded the app and now I can control the garage door from anywhere. Highly recommend.
