I brought my 2 dogs to OTPR over Easter for 4 days. I paid for extra grooming, anal glands on one dog, nail trim for the other. Total cost was well over $400 for the time they were there. When I got them home I realized they trimmed the wrong dogs nails. Now I'm wondering if the right dog got her glands done. No big deal though. I can deal with that. They came home exhausted. For 48 hours all they did was sleep... then the sickness started. One of them has developed a respiratory infection. Coughing, sneezing, lethargic. I took her to the vet and she's now on two antibiotics, an antihistamine and a decongestant. So on top of my $400+ bill from OTPR, I am now paying my vet $400+ for chest X-rays, meds and office visit. I take her back to the vet for follow up in a week and will be paying even more. After reading the reviews I see this is not an uncommon occurrence. I'm just praying my fur baby recovers soon. read more

Where do I start? This place was insanely fantastic, it exceeded my expectations. Is it expensive? Yes. But understandably so. We went out for the weekend, and kenneled our 6 year old westie named Dixie for two days. We got the five-star, so we were able to watch her 24/7. We noticed how her bed was pushed back behind the camera, so we called in to see if we could have it pushed forward. The man we spoke to was SO sweet. I get nervous when talking on the phone, and he made it a piece of cake. We watched a lady push the bed forward, and she even sat down and played with Dixie for a little bit. The bed was later pushed back, so we called again. The same man answered, and yet again, had a wonderful attitude, and made sure there was a note to keep Dixie's bed forward. They ended up pushing it all the way to the door, which was perfect for her. Everybody we met were exceptionally generous, and made the process easier. We're so thankful that this facility is located in our area. read more

With being such a nice facility, I unfortunately have to give this location a solid 2 stars. The first time we brought our male labradoodle for a cut/grooming he came back awesome and with zero issues. With a very busy day a few weeks ago, we decided to leave our labradoodle, who is not fixed, at Olde Towne Pet Resort for a day of doggy daycare. After a few hours, we received a call to notify us that our dog was separated because he was not fixed and would be boarded. What is aggravating is that we explicitly stated on his paperwork that he was not fixed. This is something that should have been verified immediately and not hours after as it was difficult enough to remove ourselves from our responsibilities to pick up our dog - this is also something that should have been brought to our attention by a manager and not a front desk employee. The issue was resolved and we decided to continue to use Olde Towne Pet Resort (OTPR) for their grooming services. We dropped our labradoodle off at OTPR for his summer cut considering he has a curly, fleece coat. Unfortunately, our boy has returned with parts of his face unevenly shaven and with pretty painful looking razor burn on his testicles/anus/and lower under-tail. It's a shame because the facility is extremely nice and close to our residence; however, the recent treatment and the current situation of our labradoodle is enough. We will look for a different groomer in the area :) read more

I'll start this post by saying that we used OTPR for 15 years with our last dog with very few issues. However, what occurred with our new puppy last week while boarding at OTPR (and more importantly the response from the staff) has changed my opinion of this business and I'll never take my dog back there again. I will also echo the comments of many on this site...there aren't two more caring people who could have taken better care of my last dog over the years that Fernando and Maria. It's a shame that their love of animals and reputation will be tarnished by whatever is going on with OTPR management now. We took our oldest daughter to college a couple of weeks ago and boarded our 5 month old SWD at OTPR for a couple of night so he could begin to socialize with other people and dogs. He attended day camp for a couple of hours each day and seem to be getting more comfortable being in a pack of new dogs. We returned on Friday to pick him up and unfortunately witnessed the horrible incident that occurred with Kory B.'s dog (earlier post). It seemed that her dog had slipped out of the slip lease that the OTPR staff was using to bring dogs to and from the building to avoid people being in the lobby. It's a very unsafe technique and unfortunately a dog lost it's life because better safety procedures weren't in place. We had a vacation planned a few days later and boarded our pup with OTPR again. I also received some hesitation about bringing my dog into the building but was persistent and received permission to enter the building. The policy about using slip leases in the parking lot had not changed, nor had any additional safety features been implemented since the incident the week before (the policy did change after my dog was injured). Things seemed to be going okay the first couple of days during my pup's stay but on Wednesday afternoon I received a call informing me that an 'accident' had occurred and my puppy had been injured in day camp. Allegedly, one of the employees left the room and my dog darted for the door and the employee slammed his head in the door. (Yes, there are all kinds of things wrong with that statement but I don't even believe that's what occurred). I talked to the employee for a while and as more information was revealed, I got more concerned. She informed me that 3 other employees had taken a look at him and that he seemed fine and they were considering taking him back to day camp...once the bleeding stopped. I guess I complained enough that she went and alerted Fernando and he quickly assessed that my dog needed to go to the vet. A few minutes later, I got a call saying they needed my permission to take my dog to his vet. The next call was from his vet and she let me know that he would need emergency surgery immediately and that the injury was something she had never seen before. She shared pictures later in the day and it looked as if my dog had gotten hooked by some sort of hook and it had cut his gum from his front two teeth all the way around to the molar. Pretty horrific so I'll spare you the pictures. I called OTPR to see if I could talk to the manager about what was going on and after a brief hold I was told that she was in a meeting and would call me within the hour. The manager of the facility finally called after about 2 hours. When asked why she waited so long, she responded that 'she didn't want to put salt in the wound' and wanted to give me a change to calm down from what had happened. She let me know that OTPR would be covering the vet bills and wouldn't be charging me for the stay and would refund my deposit. THANKS! My dog spend the next two nights at the vet and we returned to pick up his things from OTPR, Fernando came to speak with me and apologized for what had happened and admitted it was just a negligent act from one of the employees and afterwards it wasn't handled much better. We talked for a while and at the end I asked for the contact information for ownership so I could also share my disappointment with them directly. He assured me that the president of the organization was aware of the situation and would be contacting me soon. Well, it Tuesday night...6 days after the incident and guess what, not a word from anyone at OTPR...not how is your dog doing, not sorry for what happened, not what can we do to regain your trust, nothing....so I am letting everyone who cares know that something is different at OTPR. Ownership seems more concerned about the money than the pets they are entrusted to protect and care for. The manager of the Springfield location was in the office making announcements over the intercom but couldn't be bothered to come out and speak to me...the owner too busy to call and see if my dog was okay. It's a real shame that such a cool place when it started out has fallen into this state where management leaves the hard discussions to others and then fails to follow up. I took my 4 month old lab to day camp, when I returned to pick him up. The supervisor told me that a dog had bit him on the back of his neck and he yelped. She also said she checked him out and he was fine. We get home, I noticed some hair missing on the back of his leg, I call him over and touch his leg. There was long scratch along his leg and a puncture wound on the back of his leg. I realized it in enough time to take him back there. I spoke to the supervisor, asked her what else happened and showed her his inner thigh and she states that " I thought you knew about that already, well yes I think a dog was trying to hump him and was really aggressive" I was confused because his scratch looked like it had been bleeding. She then asks me if she can take him back and clean him up, at this point I was thinking why didn't she do that in the first place when she saw it. She gives him back and says she didn't see any blood on the cleaning pad. I took him home with basically no answers on what happened to him. It wasn't until later that night I saw that his back leg had a puncture wound.Needless to say, just do day boarding and not day camp because they don't watch the dogs close enough. read more

BEWARE - COST ALERT! If you are including a half day of day camp with your grooming, a half day of day camp is 1-6 hours, $25 whether your dog is there 1 hour or 6 hours. I left my dog for grooming and requested he be sent to day camp prior to grooming with directions that there was no rush in grooming him and to let him stay in day camp as long as he can. My dog only ended up staying 2 hours in day camp and was taken to grooming. After his grooming I was asked if I wanted my dog to go back to day camp and I said no. I was paying for my dog to be freshly groomed and I didn't want to take him home smelly and dirty. The cashier flatly made it clear to me there were no negotiations in the cost because my dog ended up only staying in day camp 2 hours. I had to pay $25 for the 2 hours. My groomer is wonderful with my dog so I'm not going anywhere else for grooming but I will NEVER AGAIN include a half day of day camp with grooming. read more

I have been wanting to take my furbaby to swim and I finally found this place... I made an appointment online, sent my vet records and boom done.. showed up on the day of the appointment, they were doing some remodeling so lots of noise.. checked in at the desk, the girl showed up to take us to the back, followed her.. she offered a vest for my baby but I had my own.. she proceeded to start swimming her.. the only think I wish was that I could get in with my furbaby... but the pool is more of an exercise thing than a fun time at the pool day.. she helped her swim around the pool, gave her some rest and back at it for 30mins. I guess it's great for some dogs trying to loose some weight.. as much as I liked it I don't think I'll be taking her back.. Too pricey ($35) for a 30 min exercise... I could see that my furbaby was so tired after the third round.. So I wish it was more of a take your time swimming fun instead of timed and rushed.. The rest of the resort was packed, I saw mostly big dogs so I'll be staying with my regular Rover sitter... see pics read more

Please DO NOT take your dog here. I witnessed my dog via webcam alert the counselors in daycamp that he had to go to the bathroom. Instead of being taken out. He was sprayed in his face with a water bottle until he subsequently went to the bathroom inside, which is obviously want they wanted. The counselors sit all day long and ignore your dog. I was told, "If you want us to take your dog out we will take special note of that." I wasn't aware that they needed special instructions to let my dog out to go to the bathroom, but they definitely didn't need special instructions to spray my dog in the face with water. They are actually reinforcing bad bathroom habits. My dog was essentially taught- if you tell us you have to go out you get punished, but if you go inside it's much better than being sprayed in the face. Absolutely ridiculous, please don't allow your dog to go here. read more

My dog has stayed with OTPR on three separate occasions, each varying in length. While the staff is friendly and always happy to see everyone's dog, our last experience was a nightmare. After spending a week at their facility, our dog came home with kennel cough that actually turned into bronchitis the day after we picked him up. (Yes, our dog has had the shot for kennel cough). Additionally, we found a scratch 3-4 inches in length on his leg with deep scabs. When I called the facility to notify them that our dog came home with kennel cough and of the scratch, they said they weren't aware of any incidents and had no notes of either. I understand that kennel cough can happen, but when you advertise that your facility has special ventilation to prevent such things and every time we take him in it takes at least 30 minutes to check him in and do a quick physical, I'm not sure how this is possible. Also, how is it possible not to notice a huge, deep cut on his leg? With the scabs left over he would have bled quite a bit. I also understand that incidents happen, but not to be notified or at the very least, make a note of it, is ridiculous. The final straw was being put on hold for 15 minutes while searching for a manager to speak with me and then never call me back after I explain to the front desk what happened, leave my number with you, and specifically ask to be called back. When paying $70-$100 a night (for the cheaper kennel rooms), including a $50 required spa bath, I expect excellent service, and at the very least, a healthy dog. read more

While we've brought our dog to Old Towne a few times for day care, this was our first time boarding him here. And despite the air of pretentiousness to the place, we've never had a problem. We both love our dog, and don't mind spending a bit more to make sure he's in a nice place. However, I have a problem with hidden fees, whether they are $1 or $25. In this case it was the latter. Despite our calling and explaining exactly what time time we would be dropping our dog off, we were not told there would be a $25 charge for dropping him off before a certain time. However, when I arrived (less than an hour before that time), I was told his "room was not ready" and I would have to pay $25 extra. I don't have a problem with that rule, because I understand it, but I do have a problem with the fact they don't tell you about the charge when you call. To me it's a dishonest way of making an extra buck (or 25 bucks). Of course, they would probably argue that it's on their website, but I've checked, and it's fairly well hidden. I would not recommend against bringing your pet here, but I would recommend you ask for all their additional fees before booking. read more

You've know you've spent WAY too much money at a place when they're sending you a (very nice) book of dog poetry at Christmas time. My nickname for the Olde Towne Pet Resort is: The Dog Palace. It truly does look like a dog palace inside and out. When I drop my two dogs off here I kind of wish I could stay for a couple of nights. The staff are always very friendly and my dogs barely give me a second glance (okay, they don't even turn around) as they're led onto the elevator for their extended stay at the Dog Palace. They love it. Since they are a pair I always mandate that they stay together in the same kennel. I think its called the Club Canine and it includes 3 walks and 1 doggy playtime per day. The cost is $120 per day, which is why I'm giving the Olde Towne Pet Resort 4-stars. It really puts a dent in the old wallet. I have always been of the mindset that I don't mind paying a little bit more for some extra attention and quality of service. But (maybe its just me), spending $120/day to board your dog while you're away, and then having to pay an EXTRA $50/dog to have them groomed if they stay longer than 3 days just seems a bit steep. I went away on vacation for a week and ended up shelling out almost $1,000 for the dog boarding. Reading that back, it kind of makes me want to weep quietly behind my computer. This is why I got sent a book of dog poems. Needless to say, when I come to collect my dogs they seem sad to go and they are always wearing really cute bandanas and judging me for not providing more bandana accessories in their life. I like the Olde Towne Pet Resort and I think they do a bang up job of taking care of my dogs ... but sometimes its definitely a luxury I can't afford. read more

We've used OTPR several times for boarding and spa services over the years and have generally been pleased. However, the last 3 times we've tried to board our dog there have been no vacancies, and twice in the last year they've lost our dog's collar at spa sessions. I suggest looking elsewhere for backup or alternative. read more

OMG! We were so impressed by Kristen (trainer) . She worked with Athena foe a week, Athena came back like a different dog. She listens more, she is more calm. Kristen worked with our other 2 German Shepherds while they were in boarding, she really knows her stuff, we are so happy with the outcome. She takes the time to explain everything. I have left my dog here twice. It's a good location near the 95, it is clean and appears safe. It is extremely, ridiculously, expensive. $70 per night. Oh and $25 for dropping the dog off early, an $57 for the mandatory bath if he dog stays for more than 3 days. It is criminal what they charge. I want my dog to be safe and clean. He doesn't require overpriced spa treatments. He only stays there b/c I'm new to the area and still investigating local kennels. I'm considering a location in strausburg va that provides wonderful care, attention, and a daily 1 mile walk for leas then half of what OTPR charges. Yes it has been a nice place to leave him, yes I would begrudgingly leave him there if faced w/ no options. But that is the only reason...no other option that I'm aware of yet. These jokers should use a gun when they rob u of your $. Waaaay over priced. They even have the audacity to have a tip line on the receipt! U know what, I just paid $70 a night and u have some effing nerve suggesting that I tip! read more

I am providing an update, as promised, not only to outline my experience with OTPR from the last visit, but to provide some helpful hints for anyone planning to send their pets to OTPR. Fenway's last visit did not go well. I have decided that boarding her overnight will no longer be a possibility as she now has health conditions that would make it too difficult to do so. I would like to commend the President and COO of Fried Management Company, Steve Jones, for his assistance with the issues I experienced during Fenway's last visit. The owners have made a very smart move in hiring him - he cares about the resort 'guests', their owners, and the company in that order. Moving on, if you are looking to use OTPR for your pets' boarding needs, I recommend the following: 1) DO NOT put an emergency contact other than yourself, even if you are going out of town. This forces them to contact you directly for any questions regarding your pet and nobody knows your pet better than you do. Period. 2) DO pay for a room with streaming video. Seeing with your own eyes is the most reliable source of information. 3) DO call every day and request your pets' status. I know for some this is a no-brainer, but ask them to physically check and come back and report to you - it is a busy place and many people are caring for a lot of animals around the clock. Neurotic, perhaps, but these simple changes would have made a huge difference in Fenway's visit and I would recommend anyone using ANY boarding facility to follow these simple and available methods of communication to ensure your pet is getting the appropriate level of care for their needs. OTPR is a small business that has grown and is learning from every review posted - I hope to hear great reviews of their improvements in the future. read more

Just wanted to update. Since my first review Mr. Pup has had several visits here for boarding. He LOVES it. Don't hesitate to book here, just do it! However, be wary of the grooming services! I had a full groom and trim done and he looked horrible! Everyone who saw it was like "what happened?" He was trimmed uneven and choppy, and they failed to trim one foot at all it seemed. Plus his ears were cut so oddly I have to take trimmers to them in an attempt to fix it. I will never let them touch him for trimming again. I've used many places for my Golden, but this was the worst grooming cut he has even had in his 4 plus years on the plant! read more

There are good things and bad things about this place. First the bad: Cost. Holy whack! If I didn't have a $50 off coupon, the groom woulda cost me $120! Also, I took a tour, their pet suites appear to just be large cages. Now the neutral: They groomed my dog next to a cat. He hates cats and it made an absolutely miserable experience for the groomer. **Note this review is for a "play date" at the facility, not for their grooming or boarding services.** My dogs came here for a Bully meet-up and they had a great time! The facilities looked really nice and they had a nice indoor play area, a nice outdoor play area as well as a grassy area. There were different sized bullies that were at the meet-up and they decided to separate the smaller breeds from the larger breeds so the Frenchies went inside. After a bunch of the dogs left, we went back outside where my dogs had a ton of fun. They were to run around, chase toys and play on the stair structure. The staff was pretty good at breaking up fights and cleaning up after the dogs with no complaint. You can tell they really like pets which is always a good thing. After we left, they left us with these goody bags--one for each of our dogs which I thought was a nice touch. I hope they have another bully play date because we would definitely come back. read more

I thrilled with my experience at Olde Towne. I don't usually board my two dogs, but needed a place that I could trust when I had to go out of town on short notice. Olde Towne was highly recommended and I was really impressed with the services and amenities they offer. I also took a tour of the facility--which is beautiful. My dogs had a great stay and I know that because I was able to watch them during my trip on the webcam in their suite. My entire family enjoyed watching the staff feed and play with my dogs. The staff was also very friendly whenever I called with requests. I also love that I was able to pay extra for a window in their suite. My dog spent half the day staring out the window, which she does at home. I don't know of any other place that offers this option. Finally, they may have the best groomer in the city. I don't know what they used on my dogs, but their fur has remained incredibly soft since their grooming sessions. I highly recommend this place if you need to board your dogs. It isn't cheap, but if you want that, this isn't the place for you. This place is perfect for crazy dog owners (like myself) that want to pay more to ensure their dogs have a safe and happy experience. read more

Absolutely love it here. I just boarded my two pups there for the last 7 days and could not have been happier with my experience. The staff was so helpful, professional and friendly and the booking/check-in process was efficient and easy. The place was clean, and every room has a livestream web cam so you can check in on your pups. They were accommodating to both of my dog's individual needs, with my one dog going to day care each day and the other getting personal playtimes (she doesn't do well in groups). I am writing a review for cat grooming done by Chris. We did not board out pets. We have 3 cats. Two sisters who are just over 3 years old, and one little guy who is just over a year. One of the girls has long hair, and unfortunately, she is also the most withdrawn of all of them. She isn't necessarily a cuddler, but only enjoys being around us if she's about a foot away from us instead of snuggling like the others. She never bites, scratches, or really goes crazy for anything. She's just a really sweet, smart, and somewhat shy cat. So, of course, we felt awful that she really needed to get groomed. She is just about a pound or so overweight (which is a good amount for a cat) and isn't as active, so she doesn't really get to a couple of places to thoroughly clean, leaving a couple of small mats by her hips. She does love to be brushed, and she's not a huge fan of being bathed, but she tolerates it. However, we didn't want to hurt her, so we figured we'd get a profesional to take care of the mats and just give her a good once-over. Aside from a woman customer at the front desk who didn't control her large dogs at all (one lunged at my head and I ducked away just as it snapped at me. I looked at her incredulously, and she looked at me and said "What?", like it was no big deal, which I thought was riDICulous), I had a very pleasant experience. They quoted me anywhere from $60-90, depending on what they needed to do, and they ended up charging $65. It lasted about 3 hours. Chris was very nice and very gentle with her, and he mentioned that he has 4 cats himself and so he will make sure to take very good care of her. Sure enough, that shy girl even liked the dryer! I thought she'd be a bit traumatized once she got home and she'd hide for a bit, but she walked around and purred, and it was apparent that she was happy. She wouldn't have been like that if she would have had a bad experience there. I recommend Chris for cat grooming, and will definitely be bringing Miuccia here again. read more

I recently had to take an unexpected trip out of town and left my dog here. I always try to get a family member to take care of him but this time there was no one available. Olde Towne Pet Resort is great and its staff is amazing!!! I was helped and given peace of mind by one of the supervisors, Jimena, that everything would be all right. In fact, it was. My dog had a great time and no doubt I'd take him again and talk to this supervisor in particular. read more

I have used Old Towne several times for boarding, baths and day cares during the past few years and have been satisfied with them every time I pick my dogs up. I have two large dogs (Rottweilers) and keep them boarded together in their large suite with camera. Every time I looked in on them and see a staff member in the suite playing with them on the floor and getting licked in the face by 2 large dogs, I know my dogs are taken care of. The staff has been friendly, accommodating and always given me excellent updated report cards during their stay. The last time I boarded them was over the Christmas Holidays. I even received a voice mail when my female cut her paw on the dog bed and they explained to me what they did to aide her. When I called back, they just wanted to let me know she was fine and the cut was minor. Also when I looked in on the suite to see how the dogs were doing, I noticed the dogs had shards of their toy bones on the floor that they broke apart from chewing. I called the front desk to inform them and within minutes, a staff member was at the suite picking up the pieces. This I was very impressed with. The one con I have with Old Towne is that they are a bit pricey. But I figure for the price, I have peace of mind knowing my dogs are well taken care of while I am gone. read more

"Pet Resort." Yup, that's what it is. If you've never been there, or seen pics of the place, check out the gallery on their website. This is the kind of place for people who *really* love their dog (and cat) companions. Walk through the front doors and you're greeted with a pet boutique on the right, and straight ahead is the reception desk, which, if you didn't know this place was for dogs and cats, you'd think you were in a three or four star people hotel. I have used their services on a number of occasions. Sometimes I take my dog there for daycare, not because I can't take care of him, but just so he has an opportunity to play with many other dogs in a safe environment. He loves it. I have had to board him there a couple of times as well. I like how they provide a report card afterwards to let you know how your pet did during its stay. Lasty I have used their spa services. While my dog has received better grooming elsewhere, the place I used before won't take him anymore (unfortunately, the Chow Chow reputation caught up with him, even though he is a gentle dog.) Is there a downside to Olde Towne Pet Resort? Well, it's not cheap. Hey, someone's got to pay for the lavish facilities, and it's not going to be the dogs or cats! But it is a better investment in your dog or cat's health and well-being than buying them little clothes. read more

We take our cat Edward to get his nails clipped here and we love it! The location is beautiful and the staff is nice and friendly. Previously we've taken Edward to Petsmart or Petco to get his nails clipped ($9-$10), and they just aren't that consistent. They sometimes do a good job, and other times just barely clip the nail. We ended up taking him to Old Towne Pet Resort on a whim before going out of town to get his nails clipped and was very happy with our service. The person that clipped his nails was really friendly and knowledgable. Even though it cost $15 + tip = $20 per visit, its worth it! I feel bad that I can't remember his name, but i'll update it when we take Edward for his next service =) read more

I love this place. There is a wide range of options for space and services for boarded pets. I get to customize the experience - everything from extra one on one TLC to extra play time with other dogs. They make sure sure to identify any special needs, schedule, meds, nutritional needs, etc. I may opt to check in on webcam, and veterinary care is available if necessary. Every boarding stay comes with a grooming, but you can also get extras such as massage, swimming, and so on. The staff is organized, friendly, and experienced. Every animal is checked in with a brief exam and discussion. You get a little report on your pet during the stay with such info as ate well, loved TLC or play with other dogs, or felt shy, etc. Best of all, they really notice the well being of your pet. For example, when I requested play with other dogs but he was actually a bit scared and withdrawn, the staff swapped that play for one on one TLC and play. I never have to worry about my pet when he's here. read more

Horrible day camp experience. It is very disappointing that such a nice facility has very untrained and unprofessional staff. Management is not doing their job ensuring they have people capable of taking care of pets. Horrible Experience for the first time. We were told one thing during our tour and our dog was placed in a premium suite with camera. After we left he got moved to a lower category room without camera. We had informed the staff of our dog's bad experience in a previous facility and told them we are willing to pay any price to ensure we can watch our dog via a webcam since this was his first time here. Our dog has serious anxiety toward other dogs. After we left, the director called us and told us we were misinformed and moved our dog to a lower level room with no camera. So, you can imagine our concern. When we picked up our dog, we were told a strong handler will bring our GSD. Well....the prong collar was put on incorrectly where our dog could have run off. We are heartbroken to see our dog have extreme anxiety after this incident read more

I have been taking my dog Dakota to OTPR for the past year, he loves playing with his friends. The entire staff is professional and very friendly. The front lobby is always clean and welcoming. Once I left Dakota overnight, stopped in the next morning without prior notice to check in on him, I was surprised at how clean and odor free the boarding area was, totally convinced Dakota is receiving the best care. Horrible Experience for the first time. NEVER COMING BACK and you shouldn't give it a try either! Not all the staff was trained well. The management should ensure the staff knows how to properly put on a prong collar and the staff doing the tour knows exactly what is being offered. This place was AWESOME!! I cannot say enough great things about the friendly staff and the caring treatment my dog received! My dog was turned down by two kennels due to aggressive behavior. They opened their doors and provided an awesome stay! Aside from having experienced handlers, they provided updates w/pics to keep me abreast on how my dog was doing. Absolutely the worst boarding experience ever. Not only did they physically abuse my dog, they also didn't do their job. I paid for 4 walks a day and 1 play time. HA what a joke. They took my dog out only twice a day and instead would just let her soil herself in the kennel space she was in. My dog is very much trained not to do so and psychologically was damaged by the inner conflict. When I got her back, she smelled of nothing but urine. I asked the guy if she had an accident and he told me none. However, the blanket he handed back to me at that same moment was literally soaked in urine. It took a week before my dog started acting somewhat normal again. She was shaking and scared of everything. My dog was one of the most lovable and sweetest Micro Goldendoodles ever and this place messed her up in the head. I'm so angry with them. I feel as though I failed my dog for ever trusting these people. This place is awful. They lie and are cruel to animals. I am looking into reporting them to animal cruelty organizations. Please do not board your pet here. I have a video of them jerking my 12lb dog by the neck to the point where I thought they were going to break it AND I specially made a point for them not to do that when I dropped her off. After seeing this, I called and complained immediately. Fernando the pet care manager assured me on day 1 (of the 5 she was there) that they would go out of their way to make sure she would be comforted and safe. LIES LIES LIES. I got my long haired, 15 year old cat (Elmo) groomed here today. CHRIS gave him the most BEAUTIFUL lion cut he has ever had! I will certainly be bringing him back here every few months. The staff was extremely helpful and my cat didn't seem scared at all when I picked him up! What a treasure to find! Also, they told me it depended on how well behaved my cat was on how long the grooming would take. From drop off to pick up it was only about 2 hours. Way better than expected. read more

Love the pet cams! Embarrassed to admit, but spent bunch of vacation time watching my dogs playing all week in day camp. Oh, and the report card was so right about them. Thanks for loving on Cole and Caly so much--watched that on the cameras, too. You guys are the best. My only complaint is they did not want to go home. I swear I had to drag them out with me. They get so much more exercise there than at home, too. I would not leave them anywhere else! read more
