Last week, we had two glasses of cava, a pint of beer, the goat cheese and beet salad, the spring pea soup, the salmon filet entrée, the crab and shrimp cakes entrée, and a side of caramelized brussel sprouts. No room for dessert. The bill was just over $100 (plus tip). Sellersville is out in the middle of nowhere, but making the trip is always worth it. The theater only seats about 300 people, and the sound system is superb. They attract top-name national acts who seem to enjoy playing there.

On a positive note, our waitress was excellent--friendly, attentive, and provided great service throughout the meal. For dinner my wife got the chicken cheesesteak vodka sauce on a seeded roll. Yummy! I went to something new for me. I got the chicken pasta entree. It was very good. But, I have to admit... the cheesesteak I raved about during our first visit, should have been my meal again. I just wanted to try something new tonight. Give the Rams a try, it does seam to be a hopping spot for the locals. We saw a lot of folks walking to the restaurant from their homes in town. That was pretty cool. Sure it was wide but it was thin, and I'm assuming it cooked far too quickly to get achieve the nice sear it had on it. The steaks could be less wide and thicker and I think this wouldn't be an issue. It was very good, but it was $57 for the steak and a shame for it to be done incorrectly.
