To go tasting box. Taste it where you want but not too far because you're going to want to buy some!

I love this place! For me they are still the best olive oil in town and trust me I have tasted around. If i am not mistaken Olea farm was the original olive oil farm of the area and rent their equipment out to other farms to press their olives. They are family owned and hidden off of old Templeton road. It is that authentic farm to table experience you have been searching for. They have a decent collection of different varaitals and make vinegars too. The last weekend of october they throw a harvest party where you can watch the olive oil be pressed, bottled and purchase. They have snacks, like their olive oil fried fries, and tea for you to try during that festival too. They usually partner with other local small businesses too and have soaps, bath bombs, chapsticks all available for purchase. Their tasting box come with bread and plenty for you to mix and revisit.

I must stop for every wine tasting. I can not think of more amazing and hospitable hosts. We have been coming back year after year and each time it's better.

Four of us stopped here on Sunday around noon and had the wonderful time. We were seated at a comfortable picnic table on a beautiful patio right in front of the rows of olive trees. Tasting offered included seven olive oil and five balsamic vinegar, and we learned lots of interesting stuff from the history of the farm to how all their products can be enjoyed. The most exciting recipe we learned was to grill slices of watermelon and season with balsamic vinegar! Price was reasonable and the entire stay was so cozy. I'll definitely return if I'm in the area.

We had THE best oiling oil tasting experience at Olea Farm. We received boxes (Covid-friendly!) with 12 different tastings, 7 olive oils and 5 vinegars. Rick said down with us and walked us through the different oils and made recommendations for pairings that were divine. There wasn't one oil I didn't like, but I particularly enjoyed the Crescent, the Lemon, Basil and the Gourmet Blend/Garlic Herbs olive oil. The traditional balsamic vinegar is my favorite; but I also really enjoyed the pear champagne and blackberry vinegar. Rick also let us try the more spicy Diable olive oil which was so good, especially mixed with some blackberry vinegar. I wanted to buy much more than I did, but since they offer online ordering, I'll probably shop more once I go through the bottles I brought home. I'd definitely recommend doing a tasting at Olea Farm if you're in town!

Tasty, friendly, and relaxing - these three words capture my experience at Olea farms. The farm had plenty of parking on the property. We sat outdoor for the tasting experience. The tasting was educational and relaxing. The farm has rows and rows of olive trees with a swing in the middle of the farm. The tasting experience was amplified by a lovely cat joining us for the experience.

Did wait long to dive into these guys.

I've done many olive oil tastings in the past, but this was the best experience and the best quality oils. Particularly love the Arebequina and the Gourmet Garlic and Herb Blend you could basically drink with a straw! Setting is absolutely beautiful and Rick was really nice and informative. I'm not much of a joiner, but I am very excited to have signed up for the Olive Oil club. Can't wait to bring my foodie friends to enjoy this experience.

Nice break from wine tasting for some olive oil tasting! There's a cute small tasting room/gift shop where you can choose from a variety of olive oils and fruity balsamic vinegar to try. They give you small bits of bread and toothpicks. Staff was friendly.

Olea Farm is a total jewel! I have been here several times and always have a fantastic time. I have always bought my oils and balsamics from grocery stores in the past, but now Olea is my main source. I recently brought a group of friends and we had the best tasting experience. They have a wonderful set up to comply with COVID standards. Everyone has a pre-made box of oils and balsamic already separated. You set them out on a sheet that explains what they are and there is also paperwork to give you more detail in regards to what you're tasting. You taste 7 oils and 5 balsamics. After our tasting the owners brought out other flavors and taught us to mix/match them. The gourmet garlic and herb vinaigrette/marinate is literally God's gift. You have to try this when you go. You will not be disappointed. They also have a fantastic olive oil lip balm and lotions/bath products. Everything they sell make for fantastic gifts as well.

What a lovely tasting experience to wrap up our weekend in Paso! We really enjoyed the variety of olive oils and balsamic vinegars, and Kierra gave us so many delicious ideas for how to use them from salad dressing and roasting veggies to more unexpected options like seasoning popcorn or over vanilla ice cream. The garden setting was perfect, too. We'll be back next time we come to town!

Best part of our weekend was here. Rick was an excellent host, and took us through the different olive oils, vinegars and dynamic pairings. We wanted to bring home a bottle of each! We enjoyed walking through the olive groves and taking our time on the peaceful property. It's a place we plan to revisit at harvesting time and for upcoming events. Don't miss this gem.

Located just outside of Templeton it really wasn't that far to go from my base in Paso Robles.

Hopefully I get her name right "Soni" was amazing she gave us the olive oil tasting and jams. She recommended what goes together and everything. We brought home different olive oils and vinegars for our salads! I highly recommend stopping by!

Interesting store right next to Negranti Creamery, perfect to stroll into after a great dessert…read more So many products in here to browse and discover. Be careful for the sweet little lady Ms. Soni, who will come to kindly offer you tastes of the various oils and balsamic & her favorite mixes of them, lol. Once you start trying things... Came in just to look and wife's eyes opened with every tasting Ms. Soni suggested, hahaha. Wife ended up buying bottles of this and that. At checkout, I told Ms. Soni that I will be warning people about her, cause once you try her suggestions, you will surely covet the discoveries. She's a great, zero pressure sales master that knows her products! Even I managed to lock my eyes onto a Medusa, a jar of bleu cheese stuffed olives! In vermouth no less! Can't stand the olives in markets with oil in them, so this froze me at the thought to putting in my dirty martini, so it got added to the bag, lol. Trying the bleu cheese olives at home in martini, I think they are good and delicious, but too salty. Maybe I need to dunk the olives in water to get some salt out of it to make it better. Otherwise, delicious addition to the martini! And the joys of having bleu cheese olives at home made me think I may try stuffing myself when I finish this bottle, so this is a place for discovery and ideas to come alive by visiting! Not sure on all the other products wife got, seems she's been quietly using on her salads and what not:)

Having moved to Atascadero a year and a half ago, we were SO excited to discover this treasure…read morelocated within a few minutes drive of our house. We visit Italy twice yearly and I can say with certainty you will NOT find more authentic italian meats and cheeses than you will at Alle-Pia. Their Prosciutto, direct from the source in Parma, Italy, is by far the best and tastiest you can buy on the central coast and their Copa, which they make themselves locally, is absolutely delicious. As far as cheeses go, their truffle pecorino is literally to die for. And anyone who tries Nduja for the first time will get hooked on it. I first experienced this Calabrian delicacy in Tuscany on pizza and was super stoked to see that Alle-Pia makes their own as it's extremely hard to find outside of Italy. Eric, who works there, is super nice and helpful and will always give you sample slices of whatever you're ordering. He also makes fantastic handmade crostini himself. And when Tess is working their (the daughter of the owner), I enjoy getting to speak some Italian with her. All in all I can't recommend this place highly enough to buy your authentic Italian products. Between Alle-Pia and Etto, we're pretty much set.

I got fresh guanciale from them which I couldn't find anywhere along with some calbrese sausage to serve as pepperoni (close enough) next time I make pizza.
