I paid for extra for tomatoes and avocado.. received neither and it's probably two strips of bacon, one piece of sausage and maybe two eggs for over $11 dollars. If you're going to charge someone over $11 for three dollars worth of investment at least make it taste good and look good. Presentation is everything. Eyesight prepares the pallet. Definitely not a very good value and not a good taste for the cost.

However, I find it to be quite a bizarre policy to require a guest to construct their own sandwich. Part of the reason people dine out is to be cared for and have a stress-free morning. It was also a waste of plastic cutlery, as I used a single knife to spread cream cheese and tossed the unneeded fork and spoon. Now while I am proud of my sandwich build and the flavor was good, I was left with fingers that smelled like salmon despite washing my hands multiple times. Not exactly what I was hoping for at 10 am on my day off from working in a restaurant. I understand the fine details of menu flips can be a bit clumsy at first, but I hope management receives this feedback and reconsiders this self-assembly method. I love this place and the atmosphere and staff. The lox bagel experience just didn't hit the mark for me.

I think it can be better. I'm sadly reminded of the old Keurig days when my coffee would come out tasting extremely diluted but I would still drink to because it was quick and easy. Sign #4: I haven't met many French fries I wouldn't eat but Big Randy's tested me. I couldn't eat them. They were like McDonald's fries except way too salty. My wife's fries had no salt. The only saving grace from a 1-star is at least they made my wings extra wet like I asked and the service was fine. That's how you earn a 2-star. To be honest, as plain as the entrees were, I would order from them again just because of the sides. I'll just have to keep trying other entrees to see if I can find that wow item. P.S. They put slices of bread under those entrees. Good for soaking up any grease. Kept those fried pork chops from getting soggy on the bottom.
