My family had to stop going to this location. After several Uber eats fails. As in 7 out of 8 tries were messed up. We decided to go in to eat. Not only did they mess everyone's order up half the food came out cold. I've tried to call corporate about this left several messages and tried calling. No response. They obviously don't care that their restaurant is horrible and service is horrendous. Olga's as a whole only cares about money and not customers. It's sad because the closest Olga's is slot farther away and my family does enjoy the food. But we will never go to this location again. read more

I love Olga's. I have loved it for about half my life. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because I'm not sure this location is THE BEST of the Olga's chain. I only get Olga's when I'm visiting Mich and they seem to change the menu almost yearly. We always get a basket of snackers for the table. This visit, I tried the Mediterranean olga; yummmm! After trying a bite of someone else's chicken shwarma olga, I was thinking I might have to go back the next day for that one too. Loved it. I also tried the greek fries from another order and they are delicious. They have feta and a rosemary greek yogurt on them. BONUS: We checked in on Yelp and received a free dessert! The server and manager had never seen that coupon before, which I thought was funny. We ordered the ultimate brownie (just okay) and the apple bread pudding, which was fabulous! It had caramel sauce all over it and an awesome custard.... It was delectable. Oh Olga's ... never go away. Keep the snackers and I'll love you forever. read more

Always fast to get seated and fed. Its clean and the staff is always nice. There's one waitress there that is almost too nice, if that's possible, I think she's been rolled around in sugar. The food is always prepared well. Never had a bad experience once. read more

After leaving Livonia (Laurel Park Place) Olgas having a horrible experience, my husband, 18 month son and I came to this Olgas. We were greeted upon approaching the store entrance by two employees. We were seated immediately. I told the manager (Jim) of the experience that we had at the other location and he was extremely apologetic. He said We will not make you experience that again. He offered us a complimentary basket of snackers and the waitress (Brooklyn) took our drink order as we sat down. My son was extremely tired so they went out of their way to make our experience as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. They related to our situation and the service was absolutely incredible. The food was delicious and they even packed it to go as it was obvious my son was done. Excellent service, excellent food GREAT EXPERIENCE. The food is decent. The Olga snackers and cheese are to die for. However, I ordered a serving of snackers and a LARGE soda for carry out. When I arrived, My total was $9.00! I was a little sticker shocked, so I looked at the receipt. $2.50 for a large soda. Allow me to define to you what Olga's definition of a large soda is. It's the equivalent to a McDonald's small soda. When I asked to have it removed from my order, the response was, "But it's already on there." I kindly told them that they could keep the entire order, or take the soda off. I'm happy to report they were suddenly able to remove the soda from my carry out order. They're WAY too pricey for what you get from them. I just can't justify going to the place. read more

Stopped by for dinner this Friday. WE asked for a table and were put in the back area,there was no one there. We saw a person cleaning and asked for a waitress. A gentleman soon appeared and took our order. My wife had a salad and I had the barbq Sandwich which was very good. It was twice as large as a regular Olga . I asked why. The answer was that they put four and one half oz's. Of pork on this sandwich vs three oz's of beef,lamb on the Olga. The thought was that beef lamb costs more than pork. The only thing consistent about this Olga's location is how terrible everything is. My wife and I live two mins away from this location and have had nothing but bad luck here. We frequent the Ford Rd in Canton Olga's (where everything is great) but it's sad that the same restaurant is so close to my home and I can't get the same great meal. Forget about the service. Tonight I sat at the register for almost 10 minutes because the server who was there didn't want to ring me up and said the hostess will take care of me as she disappears to who knows where. All the while my food is sitting on the counter getting colder. Maybe it was a gift? Maybe they wanted me to take it? No two meals have ever tasted the same. I got an Olga burger tonight that was salty, I mean soooo salty! It was so salty it tasted like it was submerged in the Dead Sea! Do yourself a favor and just go to the one in Canton. read more

It took them 10 minutes for them to even seat us, when they did they gave us the shittiest seat (and it wasn't even busy at all). The people who work here treated us very poorly. And there wasn't enough butter for the snackers that didn't have enough seasoning. read more

While dining here with my family on Saturday March 11th 2017. We were seated promptly. When ordering we ordered somethings with or without certain items. We kept seeing people being seated, ordered and their food brought out. Ours took about 35 minutes. When the food arrived 3 out of 4 meals came out. Mine took another 5-10 minutes. Upon receiving our food it was cold and the cheeses on our 3 cheese pitas were not even melted. The waitress came by once and on the one time we did complain about the food being cold. When the waitress took our bill back to her manager she said money would be taken off for the wait time and cold food. When the waitress took our bill back which was $29.00 she ran my credit card for a table of 7 which was $73.00. Knowing that she did this she came back and said there was a mistake and never said what the mistake was and upon reviewing my bank account I see what the mistake was. Never again. Let me start by saying I have always loved Olga's. I keep going back no matter what. My big problem is with Carry Out orders. I almost never get a correct order. Last night I ordered online. Original Olga with extra sauce. I didn't get any sauce on the side and the Olga had about a teaspoon on it! I love the sauce so that was a big disappointment. I also ordered a Medium salad with bread. Got the salad ok but no bread. Another odd thing was the dressing for the salad. It didn't taste like usual. I have been eating these salads for as long as I can remember but this just was different. It was sort of sweet and just didn't have the right flavor. I took my order all the way home so there wasn't anything I could do. I am eating the salad today for my lunch but not really enjoying it. I sure hope they haven't done something to the dressing recipe!! As for the missing bread...I could see on the receipt where they highlighted each item I ordered, I'm assuming as they bagged it but not the bread.. You would think they check the list! read more

My sister and I ordered food from here last night. Normally Olgas is great however last night was a different story about an hour after we were done eating we both had the worst stomachache's and both of us were up all night getting sick. This afternoon I called to talk to the manager to let them know how sick we were and she was very apologetic and mentioned a refund. Kept saying how sorry she was asked to see what we wanted her to do then told me to call back and let her know how everything was going later in the day I called her back to let her know that we were still very sick so I called her to let her know she then went on the defense and told me that all of our food was cooked because it was warm had no idea where we could've gotten food poisoning from and then mentioned that I can't get food poisoning from bread and we had different types of meat non that were chicken, we had to be the soup or the meat that we ate but she didn't think that it was any of those I have worked in restaurants before and I know there's all different ways to contaminate food I wasn't trying to place the blame on anybody I was just informing her that we got so sick that we both had to call into work today and had to miss a whole day of work because of their food she got very rude towards the end of the phone calls and just told me we have your information if we need to get a hold of you I guess I'll contact corporate when I brought up a refund again she ignored it and didn't say anything else about it I would definitely NEVER eat here again and this definitely put a bad taste in my mouth if this is how other OLGAS actually run. Went for lunch 7/23/16. My wife loved their spinach pie when they made it at the store. We heard they were back doing that so tried them again. After a lengthy wait for the waitress she takes our order leaves and comes back 5 minutes later with, "We're sorry, we don't have any spinach pie, our oven broke a week ago" How do you have a restaurant with a broken oven and can you let it go a week? And how did you not know this when you took our order? The only reason I'm giving it two stars is my ham on cheese was very good, but I also noticed no more garlic powder, cayenne powder on the tables. I've been to this Olga's multiple times, the service is never fast. Took about 5 minutes to be seated as both hostess argued over who would clean up. The waitress is not friendly and rushed us completely. Snackers has way too much seasoning on them. Told us they didn't have orange cream ice cream when meaning for the orange cream cooler. Overhearing other people near us saying how unfriendly she was and it was incredibly crowded. The line had more than 10 people and no one was being helped. Love this place! My favorites are the Carolina BBQ, the Mediterranean, and the Fried Chicken. Don't forget the basket of snackers and soda!
