Once we got home I was quick to pull everything out of the bag and boy did it all smell delicious. I ordered the vegan mushroom quesadillas and vegan nachos. My husband ordered the chicken quesadillas. The amount of food you get is insane. First of all my quesadillas were stuffed with not only mushrooms and melty vegan cheese but also beans and rice and it had to be the very best vegan quesadilla I've ever had. The nachos were still crispy and the cheese was ooey and gooey. My husband enjoyed his quesadillas as well. We will 100% be back and I love that I'm not just few minutes from them! I reached out on their Instagram because I arrived at 9am (those are the hours they had on their business page and Yelp). It took me over half an hour to get there but I really wanted vegan Mexican food. I noticed on their door it said they opened at 10am. I waited. Why not I thought. 10am came and a lady saw me standing outside. I thought maybe she was prepping to open. She finally opened the door 10 min later to tell me she's not going to open until someone else shows up. Ummm... excuse me? Whenever I go out for breakfast, I typically order Huevos Rancheros. Without a doubt, Olga's makes the best HR I've had in a long time. The service was incredible. It was my first time visiting this spot and the owner was kind enough to comp a free smoothie so I can try that on the menu. They were also kind enough to substitute the base in the Green Ginger Kale smoothie from orange juice to water, which I really appreciated. The food was amazing! Had passed the restaurant a few times going south on La Cienega from Obama and several friends asked if my wife and I had been to Olga's, so it was a must-try. Adding to this fare, we took home vegan tamales (spinach-kale, portobello and vegan-chicken). Mrs had the portobello tamale for breakfast and said it was fantastic. I visited Olga's for the firs time this month after seeing this place during my commute over the last few years. All I can say is "better later than never" because this place has some of the highest quality, flavorful Mexican in the area. I love that they are transparent about their ingredients and I was happy to hear that they use Mary's Organic Chicken. The absolute best Mexican food around, and I'm Mexican. Delicious and healthy. I love the fish tacos and the chicken nachos. All the salsas and flavors are authentic yet unique. There are vegan choices as well using great ingredients but I don't typically buy from that menu. I've had this place bookmarked for a while because of the vegan/vegetarian options. Unfortunately, my experience here was very underwhelming. I ordered a vegetarian portobello quesadilla and green juice. The quesadilla was loaded with watery sweet black beans like the ones they use to make at El Pollo Loco. The beans were seasoned an not bad, except that they were so watery, they soaked through the quesadilla and I had to eat it with a fork. Pretty disappointing especially for the hefty price of $11. The quesadilla came with a side of chips, salsa, and guac. I get being frugal with the guacamole, but with the salsa? Really? One tiny watered down flavorless cup of salsa with no heat at all, and not nearly enough for the bag of chips. It tasted like mild salsa from a jar with water added to make it stretch. The green juice was pretty good for a fast food style restaurant but also seemed to have water added to it, $6.99 but probably worth a dollar less. Lastly, the customer service was very dry. The guy who took my order was not engaging or helpful, which is all I will say to keep this from sounding like a rant, but geez, considering this place is in a run down strip mall and had no customers, it would seem like they'd at least offer a smile. Overall, not a place I would suggest going out of the way for​ but may be worth a try if you're already nearby, just don't expect much. read more

The quality of the ingredients you can taste - have not eaten mexican food anywhere in LA and felt so light and healthy afterwards. You can eat this daily and not worry if your body can handle. My favorite is the Macho Burrito with Grass Fed Carne Asada. They put the right ratio of ingredients together on this one. I usually hate black beans on my burrito - but somehow it works for me on this item. There smoothies are great too - had them do one for me with less juice option and it was perfectly sweet enough. I am huge on supporting family/small businesses as I was raised worked in a family restaurant business ON La Cienega in BevHills. Their prices have gone up dramatically. I easily pay over $12 more for 3 items. No guac on stalk and the young girl told me $2.00 for 2 - 1.5oz that aren't completely full. Mind you, there's ONLY 2 employees on site and their new location is cheaper from when they were across the street. Moving forward I will support Simply Salad up the street. I've been meaning to go to this restaurant. It's not far from me. The spot is nestled in a very accessible plaza. The decor is pleasing and simple. With a good customer service. The food is great!
