DON'T DO IT!!! The worst experience ever. They dumped an unreasonable amount of sauce on the pizza and there was only a very minimal amount of cheese with very few sausage slices. They charged us for 12 wings and we only ordered 6. When we brought it up they said they couldn't do anything about it. There is a black curtain blocking the entrance to half the restaurant where the bathroom is located. Even though they have a reduced dine in section, there is no bathroom. Is that even up to code? I had a very upsetting experience at this Marco's Pizza location that left me feeling racially targeted and completely disrespected. I came into the store to pick up a carry-out order, and while standing at the counter, the two yt employees ignored me completely. No greeting, no "we'll be with you in a moment" -- nothing. After a few minutes, I asked the woman who was closest to me was she going to help me and she ignored me. There were no other customers in the store and she only had 1 pizza in front of her--mine!. The woman walked past me and never interacted. Instead, she called for the man in the back to come to her, said something to him in a low tone and both acted as if I wasn't standing there waiting. I waited almost 9 minutes...The man eventually got the order from the woman who had it at her station all along and bought it to me only after I asked them both numerous times are you going to serve me or not? I launched a complaint with the manager who took accountability and promised to look into it and when he did--he was fired! When I spoke to the franchise owner, Jesse Potter, admitted to firing the manager -- but then gave an entirely false reason for the incident that did not match my experience at all. He blamed the manager for not training two grown adults on how to interact with customers. I am appalled. As I turned to leave, i addressed the woman again and said to her, "If you don't want to serve customers who look like me, you're in the wrong business." Again, she said nothing. This situation reflects a larger issue of accountability and how racial discrimination is covered up instead of being addressed. I hope Marco's corporate leadership takes this seriously, because this is about more than just pizza -- it's about human dignity, integrity, and fair treatment for all customers. I'd like to start off my saying my family and I have been patronizing this location for years, since they've been open. The service in general has been good however ever since Jackson has serviced us and prepared our pizzas, the service has gone to another level. Jackson doesn't just take the order, he listens to the request of the customer and prepares the order as such, weather it's a request for well done, old world pep, garlic/parm crust etc.. He has always been on point and consistent with each detail given. My family and I are at the point of calling ahead to see if Jackson is working before placing an order. I was in Hiram on Thursday evening waiting to load machinery nearby on Friday morning and as usual I was hungry. While searching Yelp for delivery options I found the Marco's Pizza page. I have had several friends recommend Marco's before but have never had the opportunity to be in an area of their operations at a time that I could actually stop. Definitely a mistake in my behalf. Thursday evening was a cold wet windy night and with no visible address of my current location I had to walk a good distance to meet the delivery driver. You ordered the small deluxe with thick crust and garlic crust. I also requested three packs of ranch dipping sauce. I was able to watch the progress of my order on the app and when it was ppl out for delivery I walked to the nearby business address that I used for my delivery I'm sure the driver thought it was sketchy that a random person was standing in front of a closed business awaiting a pizza however there I was. Between the cool air the wind aardvark the rain I wasted no time looking at the product and immediately hustled as well as a gargantuan can hustle back down the street to where my truck was parked at. I was really impressed by the look of the pizza upon opening the box. However that quickly dissipated upon noticing they had forgotten my ranch. No need to worry with the little things let's eat. With the frEsh ingredients the presentation and the aromas coming out of that box I was so distracted when the delivery guy knocked in the door of my truck holding the bag with my ranch I n army dropped my first slice. Guess what this pizza needed no ranch to make it mOre palatable it needed nothing to prop it up I had found that I had really done myself an injustice to not vIsiting a location sooner after so many others had recommended that I do so. I had an awful experience at the Marco's in Powder Springs on Friday night. I ordered online, and came to the store at 8:00 p.m. to pick up the pizzas I ordered. On the app, I was told that the pizzas would be ready by 8:00 p.m. They gave me the pizzas, and I brought them to my car to check them. I had ordered one small pizza with half cheese and half pepperoni and pineapple, and one extra large pizza with half ham, chicken, and pineapple, and half ham, pepperoni, and pineapple. On the extra large pizza, they put half ham and pineapple and half ham, chicken, pepperoni and pineapple. I went back into the store to get them to correct the extra large pizza. I was told it would be 10 minutes, and my pizza would be ready. They made my pizza, then showed me a box that was a large box with a large pizza in it. I told them that I had ordered an extra large. At that point, I asked to speak to the manager. She barely said anything to me, and issued me a refund for my pizzas. At that point, my assumption was that they would be remaking my pizzas. I had told her that I had children who are waiting for pizza at home, so it was understandable that I would be waiting for my pizza to be remade. I sat down on the bench directly in front of the counter, and waited. About 15 minutes later, the same manager asked me what I was waiting for. I told her that I was still waiting for the extra large pizza that needed to be created. She told me that they were not making that, and that they were not aware that they should make it. I asked her how that was the case, when I was waiting in the store and we had clearly communicated, and she understood that they had not made my pizza. So, at this point it was already 9:00 p.m., and I had waited in the store for over an hour. I left with just the large pizza that had been made and your email address. I am very frustrated by this awful experience. My family tries to eat pizza out once a week on Friday nights. For years, we have eaten Papa John's and just a couple weeks ago started to try Marcos. After this experience will be going back to Papa John's. read more

Double White Sauce Half Green Peppers Half Tomatoes The employee handed me pizza while in car, right before another employee waved to me to get closer to store, saying, "ain't nobody walking over there". I got home and decided eat pizza later for dinner at 8:55pm. Inspected pizza and they added red sauce to my order, unfortunately. I called the restaurant and staff says "It's been too many hours to return or get refund for pizza". Didn't explain what this ambiguous "too many hours" phrase meant. Later spoke to a "manager" --- also says it's been to long to return my incorrect order. Says, "you should've checked pizza before you got home--it's been many, many hours to get refund or get the accurate order. Comical. Later spoke to "higher, higher manger", which previous staff detailed her job position as. This staff explains "there's actually no cutoff time". Cool. She verbalized, I put "Double White Sauce, but not "No Pizza sauce". I explained that's unreasonable, counterintuitive. and illogical. White sauce on pizza isn't pizza sauce? And even if true, I said, "Please look at my order history and return history---I've have ordered via IOS App as both "No Pizza sauce" and "White Sauce" in addition to solely "White Sauce". And still yet, my orders are never constant--it's always a risk regardless if I put "No pizza sauce" or not. The restaurant made me a new "accurate" pizza. On new receipt it was how she suggested I should've put order in--actually she put it in for me herself at restaurant. 1. Double White Sauce No Sauce Half Spinach Half Tomatoes 2. Double White Sauce No Sauce Half Green Peppers Half Tomatoes She opened the box this time and showed me correct toppings and said out loud, "white sauce". I said, "thanks" and exited. I got home to eat pizza, hoping they accurately rectified the problem. I took a bite of pizza and can you believe it-- it happened again! Red sauce was on pizza! A actual grand joke. I did not make third trip to restaurant as I was discouraged and lost too much time already. Also since I took bite I was discouraged they wouldn't accept pizza back as earlier staff asked, "did I eat any of pizza" after I explained my first predicament. A terribly, time consuming awful experience with both accuracy of order, customer service and remedy of order. The only apparent "manager" I retrieved the name of was "Jessica". SN: The last staff who advised me on how I needed to place order, (but was obviously incorrect, as I was given wrong order twice) was amiable in tone, but that's irrelevant if customer orders are habitually inaccurate and then told I cannot return pizza back later, since it been "many, many hours" as previous staff emphasized. Yet when my wife spoke to the OWNER, he "claims" he let a young man go for this reason. We find it hard to believe that's the real reason. Very interesting . So I told them I do not want any food from here not knowing how our food was handled by what I saw. So we went to Mellow Mushroom instead. I am VERY disappointed. I was really excited when they changed this to 'New Management' and the first couple of times I ordered the food was perfect. The service was also good. How we the service and food has now gone down. At first they would please a good amount of toppings and now they put less than half (I order pepperoni magnifico most of the time).... I am not sure if it's training that's lacking (depending on who makes your pizza) but the consistency in their food has now gone down. I even requested if they could remake my pizza at one pint and the lady behind the counter sneered at me. Also, the last fee time I have been there, there is no welcome abs the same lady behind the counter just sneers abs asks if you have a pick up or what to order and acts like you are bothering her. I am not sure what has happened to have the service and food to go down but I hope they pick it up again. My mom just moved to the area so we wanted some pizza but something different. We decided on this place. Let me say it was a great idea. I got the classic pepperoni; the cheese the sauce the crust were just awesome! We ordered and were told about 30 minutes. The pizza actually ended up getting there before that, and it was piping hot coming out the bag. I mean as soon as he opened it you could see all the steam pouring out of it.
