I love the food and have a dairy allergy and the employees treat it great but recently I have called to set a reservation for Mother's Day. I called and asked to make a reservation and they said yes give me 1 quick second and they left me on hold for 15 minutes. I then called back later 1 1/2 hours later and they said I was unable to make a reservation for Mother's Day weekend and it came across that they were having a rough day but they had a bad/rude tone of voice. I then arrived today and was able to place a reservation online. I would like to be spoken to with respect and told the truth. The inside it great it could use some more sitting room but overall the inside it great. So no matter how bad your day is I don't want to be spoken like that. The food was amazing. My server Emily was extremely accommodating to my gluten sensitivity. Now the reason I give a 1 star was because of the hostesses. When we walked in, they ignored us until we got their attention. The male host was extremely attentive and walked up from behind the three female hostesses and helped us. He was super nice to us. The gluten free pasta was very good, although I do wish there were more sauce options. I'm not sure if I'll visit this location again since the hostesses felt very unwelcoming and were saying racist and unkind things about people. read more

My husband and I went there for lunch yesterday. I ordered the Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo and my husband had the Chicken fettuccine Alfredo. I order mine with Gluten Free noodles as I cannot have gluten. When our food came out about 35 minutes later my meal was wrong I was given the fettuccine noodles that it came with. I was told someone else had taken her meal. Possible she got it incorrect and did not want to tell me. So I sat another 20 minutes or more and waited for my food. I went on a Sunday evening and the parking lot was pretty packed. I was concerned that there might be a long wait. Surprisingly, it's much larger inside than it looks. We were immediately seated in a booth. I got the grilled chicken margherita which came with soup or salad and breadsticks. I love their salad, it so fresh and tasty. Wow, has this restaurant declined. I have been to this restaurant many, many times over the last 10+ years. I could not believe how dirty everything was today. Our table was sticky, a used mask and other garbage was in the entry way, silverware was dirty and gross. The busser had her cart completely blocking the entrance to the room where we were seated. I went to wash my hands after touching the sticky table and when I came back I had to move the cart to get to my table. Gross! Then she moved the cart to about 6 inches from our table. It was obvious some additional training needed to take place. The food was ok. Service was pretty slow and the server spilled water to the side of my plate but never brought a towel to wipe it up. I am glad the gift card balance that was left over will transfer to another restaurant in the area. read more

The reason I'm giving this place 5 stars is because our server Sebastian. He was wonderful!! This place was packed and very busy but he still checked on us and was always attentive. He is truly a huge asset to this company!! I wish there were more people like him!! Now the food on the other hand... of course it's not even close to real Italian food but I come for the bread sticks. No quality control in the kitchen, Front of house needs training as well. Obviously rotten produce was used in the making of our dinner. This was not a small piece but the whole core of the head which was rotten was included. This was our last night together as a family and we wanted to have a casual evening together. The table service was horrible as the waitstaff rushed every part of the dining experience. She didn't give us time to begin to eat one course before throwing the rotten salad and main course on the table. We even politely mentioned that we felt quite rushed. He resposne was "Well that's how the kitchen does it. On the way, out the greeter asked how was everything and whished us a good night. I told her it was terrible experience. She got a good laugh from that. Apparently the staff at this restaurant does not care about customers experience, food qualify or returning customers. Their service have always been attentive and they are speedy with their soup, salad, and bread stick refills. For this specific review, I had the seafood lasagna sauté. It is a bit pricy, over $15 if I can recall. The dish overall is very rich, since it has a cream based sauce. My pasta was cooked al dente and the seafood was plenty. Olive Garden, when you're there, you're family. If you are at a family members house where they cook mediocre food and pretty much ignore you. For whatever reason my wife likes Olive Garden, even after taking her to highly regarded Italian Restaurants. I knew the food would be Olive Garden quality but the service was abysmal. Our server on Saturday was Amanda, well she was the server for the table next to us where her group of friends were sitting. We were just an inconvenience that interrupted her social time. She did come and take our order. A different waitress brought our soups and our main dishes. Amanda did not check on us during our dinner, no drink refill, nothing. For her friends table next to us, she was Johnny on the spot. It wasn't until the end when she brought the check did we finally talk to her since she took our order. She then said here is a box and she tossed the box onto the table so she could get back to social time at her table full of friends. We still left our normal tip even though, I think my wife felt guilty that we interrupted her social time talking and having fun with her friends by expecting her to do her job as our waitress. I think the reason we were ignored and rushed to leave was because we were not as fun as her friends. I know I know, how dare us go to a restaurant and expecting her to perform waitress job duties. I guess I will apologize to Amanda on behalf of my Wife and I. Amanda, we are sorry we got in the way of your good time while you were on the clock. We are sorry to have expected you to make an effort to earn your tip and bring us a drink refill at some point during our meal. And most of all Amanda, we are sorry we didn't realize how important and special you are and that you didn't have time for us lowly paying customers. We should have known better and have gone to a different restaurant so we wouldn't have interfered with your social activities. I have a suggestion for Olive Garden. Why not just put a drink station in the dining rooms and use the paging system so we can pickup our own food. At the table our waitresses were good. Fast and friendly. Salad and breadsticks the same as any other O.G. My meal was really good-chicken alfredo. But it was barely warm. Took half home and it was good the next day. Hubs had apple something for dessert. Tried a bite. Yummy. Typical O.G. decor. This is just a very poorly managed restaurant. Service and employees need a lot of improvement and supervision, if management actually cares. I find this to be quite consistent, but let me offer some examples from recent visit. Arrived 1:00pm, went to sit at the bar, as no one was sitting there. Out of 9 stools, there was only 1 set for a customer. The rest of bar cluttered with old glasses, bread baskets, etc. I was there for an hour, and the bar remained un-bussed and not set for business. They fulfill take out orders from the bar. I will never order take out from this location. The staff bad-mouthed every customer. 2 gentlemen arrived to pick up a big order. No take out employee in sight, the bartender was visible around the corner with his back to them, but zero acknowledgement that a customer was waiting. After a few minutes (and with more patience than I would have had) they tried "Excuse me", no response. "Hello?" No response. A louder "Hello!" Bartender finally turns around and says, "Our take out specialist will help you." TOS finally comes out, gives them the $650 order and helps them to carry out to car. Upon returning the BT and TOS loudly discuss: 1. "A $650 and no tip. (I am sure there are many opinions, but I do not tip take out. On another occasion, restaurant opens at 11:00am. I arrived at 11:30, and while waiting for my dining companion, hostess repeatedly told customers they have to wait because some servers are late and tables not set. Third visit, took the server 3 revisions to get our check right. I only come back bc friends like the breadsticks. Best deal is lunch soup salad and breadsticks. All unlimited and you can sub the standard salad for a caesar (apparently I'm in the minority with this one). In mid bite of salad the waitress asked if I was done with my salad and was removing my salad plate. My drink came at the end of my meal. So somehow I got drug here for a group/family thing. I had something of an antipathy to Olive Garden going in, and this visit didn't change anything. I'll save you all the "American is going down the tubes and the success of this place is exhibit 382" rant. My general complaints - independent of the fact that the whole concept is grossly Americanized - all fully applicable to my visit at this location, go as follows: 1) The last three times I've eaten pasta at the Olive Garden, the vegetables are simply not cut right. There's no other way to describe it. There will be bits of of green pepper that are cubed, and then other bits that are in long strands. Onions and mushrooms will be finely chopped and others will be left wholly intact. The kitchen staff here just comes off as careless in its preparation. 2) The bread and salad, independent of the fact that they are not representative of Italian cooking, are just not good. Overbuttered/salted and overdressed. 3) The wait staff seems inexperienced to a fault. And I do NOT want your grated pseudo-cheese on my potato soup, overcheesed fettucine, or dish that simply does not call for cheese, so do not like at me like I am from Mars. 4) From an architectural standpoint, having your only bathrooms behind the area where like 30 people are waiting for tables is a pain in the butt, and it's that way at every Olive Garden I've been to. 5) Olive Garden uses every method in the book to hide the fact that they buy and use low-quality products. read more
