My wife and I had someone to watch the kids last Sunday, so we decided to go out to lunch and do some shopping around town. We had a gift card for Olive Garden and decided to use it up. Discounted/free food is usually always better than paying for food! We got there pretty early and were seated at a booth. We browsed the menu for a bit, ordered our drinks, and then placed our order. My wife went with a spaghetti witch garlic cream sauce and chicken, and I went with the eggplant parmigana. We both ordered the salad. Here is how everything was................. Salad and Breadsticks- Probably the best part of Olive Garden, honestly. I love all the croutons, red onions, and pepperoncinis in the salad. Olive Gardens dressing is pretty damn tasty, plus you get unlimited refills (we went through 2 salads). I'm not the biggest "salad guy", but I do enjoy theirs. Eggplant Parmigana- My wife was talking about eggplant parmigana the other night, and it struck a nerve. A. I hadn't had eggplant parmigana in YEARS B. It was reasonably priced (compared to their other entrees) and C. It sounded delicious! I was pretty happy with the dish. It came with 5 or so slices of eggplant which was battered and fried perfectly and it tasted pretty good. It was served with a side of spaghetti which I hardly touched (too full from all the salad I ate). Would I get it again? Yeah. It was tasty! Service was just average. Our waitress had a huge table next to us, so they occupied a lot of her time. Understandable. One semi-cool thing they have, are those tablet devices at your actual table. You can pay for your meal right then and there and be on your way. Or so we thought...... The machine wouldn't read our gift card so our waitress had to take it to manually enter it. No big deal. I paid for the balance with my card at the table and we were on our way. Will I be back? I'm sure someday, yes. I've never been the hugest fan of Olive Garden's (Think its too expensive for plain Jane "Italian Food"), but my wife likes coming here sometimes. This place is really going downhill. The lot for Togo Orders is now I guess unsafe after dark. They now won't bring out your food after 9:00 pm but they still want a tip for lousy service. We were hoping for a less crowded restaurant to celebrate my husband's birthday. Our table was in a major travel path for servers as well as patrons. It's been a few years since we've been to an OG. With all the new great Italian spots open nearby there are so many options. We decided to go with our kids as they've never been. Not too much has changed on the menu but the quality has dropped significantly. Breadsticks were stale and cold and salad was swimming in dressing. Chicken Parm crispy but the pasta was swimming in water. Kids pizza looked and tasted like it was microwaved. Service was good when available but he was stretched too thin and didn't see much of them for refills. I went and placed an order for curbside pickup and was provided a time of 5:40 pm, I arrived at 5:40 pm and called in from the appropriate pick up location and was advised that they would let the runners know that I arrived for my food. I waited over 20 minutes and still no food came out. Finally at around 6:02 pm one of the runners asked me for my name and she said that she would be right back with my food. I finally received my food and she kept apologizing for the lateness of bringing my food to me. My food was served cold I ordered a chicken and shrimp carbonara and the shrimp was rubbery, overcooked as well as the chicken. When I pay $60 for a meal, I expect the food to be cooked properly. Overall the customer service at this Olive Garden was lovely and the food was delicious but there was one issue we went to the restroom and came back and all of our food was swept away this is before the bill was paid. Tonight we (sister and myself) went in to pick up to go order and 5 workers standing by to go station chit chatting and socializing speaking inappropriately about their personal business - did not acknowledge or inquire to either of us if we needed help or how we were doing. A bunch of us came here for lunch to celebrate a coworker's birthday. This was one of the coworker most favourite place. So we decided to come here. The experience here was pretty awesome for an Olive Garden. The restaurant was clean, and look like most other Olive Gardens I been too. The server Joanne was super friendly, efficient and attentive. Some of my coworkers worked her to death but she took it like a trooper. She was definitely brilliant. The food was okay, exactly like the other Olive Gardens I been too. We had one of the most disappointing Olive Garden experiences at this location. We were able to get seated within a few minutes using the wait list on their website. However it took over 15 minutes for our server to come to our table after my husband had to chase down another server in the area to see who would be helping us. It was a Friday night so it was busy. But the other servers in the our were killing it with their tables. It took another 15 minutes to get water and breadsticks and then after that our server came around very few and far between. He would forget to bring things that we asked for and then when it was time to pay the bill we were charged for two kids smoothie when we only ordered one. My husband walked around the restaurant to try to get the server to come to our table. The server was at another table and would not look our way and darted off in the other direction. We could not get his attention to have him remove the extra charge on our bill so we ended up paying it and leaving. Horrible experience. read more

Last time I ate here in 2018 was the pits. 1/2 Star It's been over 4 years since I went to my local Olive Garden because it was terrible back then in 2018. Terrible service, incorrect orders, very long wait time for everything and came out cold. Had to ask for refills and the list goes on and on. Fast Forward to tonight! (June 7, 2022) 5 Stars. Our server was Brittany as she quickly took our drink and appetizer order. Calamari came quickly and was not over cooked like in 2018. Service by Brittany was far above our expectations. Fast, efficient, always there to fill drinks, ask if everything was good. All the meals came hot with great presentation. Spaghetti wasn't over done or soft, eggplant parmesan was crispy outside and cooked inside. I can go on but the party of three was very happy with our meals and service I decided to leave this review. I hope somehow the manager there will read this and thank her for being the ultimate employee. FYI We did leave a 25% tip for her outstanding service. read more

Today I went on a lunch date with my dad and we decided on Olive Garden. I was so surprised to see on a Friday before noon how packed it already was. We put our name down and waited about 20 minutes or so. There are multiple couches to sit in the waiting area and seating outside. The bar is located to the right when you walk in and is open seating so for those who don't want to wait if there's any open barstools or booths you're welcome to seat yourself. Our waiter was great and had a wonderful personality. I had a few questions on the soups and based on his opinions I tried a few since I ordered the all you can eat soup and salad. I started with the Zuppa Toscana which has spicy Italian sausage, kale and russet potatoes. The broth is creamy and delicious. Next I tried Chicken and Gnocchi which is roasted chicken, traditional Italian dumplings and spinach. The flavors were great, but I'm not such a fan of dumplings, but still good. My favorite soup is still the pasta fagioli. I love that for 7.99 you get unlimited soups (4 to choose from), unlimited salad, and breadsticks. We were so full when we left. Even though they were so busy everything went to smoothly, all the waiters/waitresses worked great together, bidders were quick and we never had to wait long for anything. We dined on a very busy night and had a party of 8 our server gave it her all and had a great personality but unfortunately she took little interest in my dissatisfaction with the food.
