I can't believe how amazing our server was. NIKKI!!! Of all the fine restaurants, chain restaurants and then your ma & pa restaurants, we have never had a better server. This girl, blew everyone's mind. She was beyond attentive, polite, cheerful (not fake), courteous and DEFINITELY "ON IT"!!! She oversaw the bar and all the tables. How she chatted, took orders, brought out the orders and then cleaned each table and NEVER fell behind, only tells me, she truly loves her job!!! We need many more of her. She didn't speak very loud, got me an iced tea to drink while on the call, and kept saying, "I got you". Food was good as is normal for Olive Garden. Mostly wanted to comment on the staff. This review is solely for the to go orders. This place has no quality control when it comes to pick up orders. If you do place one I suggest you make them stand at your car and you open the bag and go through it piece by piece. I wish you could hold off tipping until you get to the house! Over priced small portions, rushed out to you under cooked. Friendly servers though. Needless to say we didn't eat our food. Also my silver swear napkin was dirty, looked liked someone's shoe print was on it. Upon leaving, went to the restroom, bad idea here. I've been to a lot of Olive Gardens, but this one is definitely the best one I've eaten at. The inside of this particular Olive Garden is just so pretty and every time I've come here the servers are always very friendly. I came here with my mom and we both ordered the fettuccini alfredo and we both agree this restaurant made it better than all the others. The sauce was creamy and delicious and the pasta was cooked perfectly. The salad and peach tea were amazing too as usual. Will continue to come back to this location! Greet me when i walk in. I've been there twice recently and both times my greetings were lackluster. My server at this past visit seemed very preoccupied and our table piled up with our old dirty dishes. The server from my previous visit was very new at his job but his heart was in it and he used great common sense. I loved him, just wish I could remember his name... older gentleman... possibly Mike. Anyway, the restaurant is always pretty clean but this time I had dried food on my fork. yuck! The food was good, The calamari was great as always... never a let down there. The fried asparagus was a great idea but not executed as well as it could have been. I really enjoyed the Zuppa Toscano (sp?) The salad needed more olives but other than that I was please and will return to this location in the future. Btw the manager check on our table both time I visited recently. I like that, I feel like they actually care about my experience when they do that. read more

Clearly this location cares more about their sit down customers because I saw one pull into the to go parking spaces so bad that I then had to park at the back of the parking lot, these people walked right in and got seated. I ended up having to make two trips with everything because none of the staff could be bothered to offer to help or ask the other customer to please move their car. Went for an early Valentine's Day dinner with my husband. I would have given 5 stars however, the Zuppa Tuscana was disappointing. It was bland and lacked any real chunks of meat or potatoes. Horrible experience my family came to visit and wanted to eat here. We were told it was around 40 minute wait, that's fine we're a large party but 50 min past and no update so I asked and was told they have to wait for some tables and it would take 20 minutes but how?! If they kept seating parties of 4 when that was what they were waiting to put our table together I would assume they'd be reserving tables for us to sit and eat. In my 26 years I have never had the utmost exceptional service provided to me than I did at this restaurant. All thanks to Robby. Great manners, resilient behavior and swift attentiveness. This man's character radiated respect from the start and I felt it was mutual after giving him my drink order. I was left confounded when asked if I needed anything and I couldn't come up with a single thing. But somehow if I actually did end up needing something, I would feel very comfortable informing him. This man deserves a raise based on the short time I only had being served. It's pretty rare when during a meal out I'm honored to tip a waiter rather than feel compelled out of respect. Of all the visits to an Olive Garden, this one I feel whenever he surpassed. Robby made this experience one I will never forget. Horrible service. Called ahead for a party of 7. We were provided a time. Arrive and they made us wait. Along come not one but two walk ins with large parties yet they get seated first, mind you we were the only ethnic party. All white privileged families were welcomed and seated. We went to Olive Garden today with my family after the kids got off from school. The service was definitely a miss.. our poor waiter was overwhelmed and the place was understaffed. My olives in the salad were frozen! FROZEN??!! Mentioned it to the waiter and he didn't seem surprised, he brought us a plate with more frozen olives on a burning hot plate.. at that point I didn't bother telling him again.. cause it's a kitchen issue, and not his problem. My husbands zuppa was watery and hardly any meat/kale/potatoes.. the chicken and gnocchi soup wasn't appetizing.. it had chunks of canned chicken, which I've never encountered at Olive Garden before. I had to beg my husband to keep quiet and not complain anymore. He was just about done..About the only thing that came out fine was the kids meal. Which you can't really mess up... except the mashed potatoes had way too much salt. So after spending $80 for us to dine in, we left pretty dissatisfied and disappointed. Also not to mention our waiter short changed us a buck.. which I get it, it's just a buck.. but still, where's the honesty?.. so either he can't do math, or it's habitual.. either way, that's not cool and that made us leave a less than favorable tip. Raw chicken in my pasta. See the photo... Even the salmon that I got to replace it wasn't good. It was over cooked and took 20 minutes to come out. Everyone waited on me to eat. When we first arrived We were told it was a 30 minute wait.. we waited for an hour and fifteen minutes as we constantly watched big parties leave. It took me telling the host that a party of 20 just left 15 minutes ago. He then came back a minute later and said yes were ready. I've never had any issues at any Olive Garden before. Ate here with some friends on Saturday. Horrible food and service. Two people in my party of 5 set the food back as inedible. We all had drinks. The specialty drinks served put almost no alcohol in them...beware...and the prices are expensive. We had to put dishes on the floor to have enough room for the main food when they brought it. Also two of ordered a pizza and we had to wait ten minutes for plates to follow in order to eat it. By the way if Chicago new their name was attached to this pizza, they would sue. Try Babbos in Surprise or Buca di Beppo in Scottsdale or Lou Malnatis also for good Italian. read more

This location far exceeded customer service plus the food was cooked to our liking. This location leader must also be a team player as the staff works in tandem with each other. My family and I decided upon this location as it was central between our house and my parents. I won't comment to much on the food as, to be honest, it is an Olive Garden. Generally, everyone has been to one and the food is consistently ok. The decor and aesthetics were on point as it was in the style of a little Italian villa. Everything was clean and aroma of food pleasantly filled the room. We were placed in a nice booth that was kind of tucked away and it wasn't overly crowded. Our server was great and very attentive. Our drinks weren't empty for long and breadsticks were always refilled. The reason for the four stars however was my initial bowl soup (I did the unlimited soup, salad and breadsticks) was old and deeply yellowed. It also tasted bland. I know this for certain as when my server brought a new bowl she said "Here, this should be much better. The last bowl was an older batch. This one is very fresh." So, all and all, it was ok. Olive Garden is the McDonalds of the chain Italian restaurant. Doesn't matter which one you go to, you'll find everything to be very similar. read more

I ordered the buy one get one to avoid having to drive as much. I got home and found the first entree to be correct but the second one was not what I ordered nor what was written on the ticket. Since they advertise free delivery, I called and asked them to deliver the correct entree. No apology or explanation...just a very direct " come get it when you want it"! I reminded the young man that it was not my error and again, his programmed response "come get it when you want it! I asked about the free delivery advertisement and he had no answer! I guess I should be pleased since I received 12 breadsticks. They weren't even busy so no excuses. Highly disappointed as this store used to on top of customer relations. They want my business. After my last visit I don't think I will be returning. I come here once a week for take out and I'm upset. My gift card had 41.07 left on it. When I went to go pay for it the guy said my total was $32, when he swiped my card I owed $13 dollars still which means the young lady who swiped the card previously gave herself a bigger tip then I put. (She gave herself a $20 tip for takeout.)Which was very irritating. (I feel disrespected) But then we got home to eat and the pasta was dry absolutely no sauce..the lasagne fritta wasn't cooked properly and the chicken was like rubber, the breadstick was hard as a rock and I was just completely shocked.
