First time here. Nice lunch menu. Breakfast items available along with sandwiches, burgers, salads and sides. Skinny fries are my favorite, so I chose them with my chicken sandwich. Although the sandwich was great the fries were more like shoestring potatoes. Crunchy and dry. Not what I envisioned. I did enjoy a wonderful Octoberfest beer from an Iowa brewery. Ordered medium and I received a heavily charred, grey and gritty, tasteless and greasy slab of meat. The others in my party ordered the chicken sandwich and it was delicious. I've been here 3x since it opened. The first visit was terrific as I had the filet and my wife had a hamburger. The steak was great & the restaurant is very nice, but my wife had to send her burger back twice for being way overcooked. She requested it "rare or medium rare" and both times it was well done. The following 2 visits we experienced exactly the same problem, well done burgers when we asked for rare. It's not rocket science. It's a shame because it's a nice place, but way to expensive for overdone food. Plus we live in the apartments connected to Oliver's and we eat out 2-3x per week. read more

We ordered take out from here during the stay at home and covid 19 pandemic. We were able to order and pay online. You get a text confirming your order and approximate time it will be complete. I had the reuban sandwich with fries and my husband had the grilled chicken sandwich with fries. With an adult meal, you can get a kid's meal for $3, pizza, hamburger, chicken strips, or mac and cheese. We chose the cheese pizza and it seemed to be a hit. The sandwiches were good and very flavorful. My husband picked up the food and said it looks really nice inside, we'd like to try out the restaurant when able to. read more

The space inside the restaurant was spacious and so bright and airy! There's nice, ample parking. I can't remember the name of our server, but she was so sweet and welcoming. An excellent surprise. We're staying in Roseville and stumbled on this place a couple weeks after opening. It's got a modern, open feel with plenty of comfortable seating. We arrived for dinner at 7 on Saturday and had a modest 10 minute wait. Our waitress was cheerful even in the middle of dinner rush. She was especially patient with one of our daughters who wanted a burger with custom toppings. We wound up ordering 4 burgers, plus wings and beef nachos for appetizers. Everything was delicious. Quality ingredients prepared well. We decided to stay for dessert. The next morning, we decided to go back for Sunday brunch. Service was slower even with the place half full. The breakfast options are limited but cover the basics. We got 3 orders of flapjacks and a Scrambler. Like the night before, our food came quickly and the ingredients were high quality. It was busy outside and inside of the restaurant I was happy once we got inside. I notice when we walked in how nice the decor was. It seemed a little chaotic but being their first week open it's to be expected. We were ask how many in our party by the greeter and were told it was a bit of a waIt. It seemed they were trying to get the greeter on the right page as she was working with management for the best results. A manager walked up and told us it would be about 10 minutes. We were then escorted to our table by the greeter, she informed us our server Cody would be with us momentarily. My girlfriend and I then took the time to really check out the restaurant, we were happy with what we saw. Cody came over took our drink order, and when he came back we ordered our food. I ordered the jerk chicken tacos, and my girlfriend ordered the Oliver salad with salmon. The food arrived in a timely fashion and it was delicious. They gave me a sriracha sauce on the side, it was super spicy. It was a bit unorganized but nothing out of the ordinary for a newly opened restaurant. The managers were running around like chickens with their heads cut off trying to please all off their new guest. All in all everything was perfect, we will definitely be back because once the get all of the kinks out this will run like a fine oiled machine. Such a wonderful lunch today at Olivers! I also love the way this place is designed and decorated. The food was amazing. We were very disappointed when Oliver's removed our favorite go-to breakfast item from the menu - the stand-alone egg sandwich. It's now part of a bigger menu item that includes hash and is much more expensive. We used to be regular diners there but rarely go anymore. read more

Great food and friendly staff! My first time there I had shrimp and grits. Not the Southern or New Orleans style that I'm used to but good. Only complaint was that it wasn't hot enough, temperature, so I sent it back to be warmed up. They made me a whole new order and it was great! I would have been happy just warming it up. We went with a party of five on a Saturday night @ 7:00 PM. The atmosphere was very nice, with good acoustics, allowing for conversation. The appetizers: lamb skewers, wings, and avocado toast were tasty.. Drinks were good. Entrees of pork chop, shroom burger we're delicious. Service was prompt, but not hurried. The problem with Oliver's is everything I've had is good which makes it hard to pick. My favorite so far is the brisket empanada an appetizer. Love the habanero aioli that comes with the empanadas.
