He said "I'll let the kitchen know". He didn't ask if we wanted anything else and to be honest, nor did we suggest an alternate as we were completely put off. Now here's the clencher.....when we got the bill, not only did he charge us the full amount, we paid for double the chicken! Feeling uncomfortable asking for a lounge manager, we simply paid and left. In hindsight I wish I hadn't left a decent tip. The server, although pleasant needs more training on the lounge menu (I've seen him work in the adjacent Noodle Bar area) and needs help in how to handle problem situations or at the very least call the manager.
