The employee replacement (Juan) does a ok job, but have notice a hit & miss job within the past 30 days (February), as it usually takes the technician 15-20 minutes to service my pool/hotub, he has come and gone within 5 minutes, forgetting to brush bottom and sides of pool, changing pool catch, etc. Also, I tested the pool myself as I have strip kit I purchased from a different vendor (Leslie Pool Supply), the readings were way off as they put too much chemicals in the pool, I needed to verify this with another pool expert who came out and he confirmed exactly what I projected, K & D Quality Pools messed up my pool/hotub (look at attached picture) as you will see not normal to have these shampoo bubbles. The straw that broke the camels back is I get weekly service on Tuesday's well on 2/11 came and went, no service, no phone call message, no heads up, no text message, no email, just a flaky & unreliable company that doesn't know how to communicate with there valued & loyal customer. I kept my gate unlocked the entire day from 7am to 9pm, I was not happy about this. The research I have done, 80% of homeowners keep there side gates locked for security & liability reasons, this gives me peace of mind. Well, I get a phone call two days too late and they gave a lame reason of windstorm issue which I don't believe. Well, during that week I found a new company that is highly respected, that will start on March 1st, recommended by my client who has been very happy. K & D Quality Pools just lost a outstanding customer, which in this day & age must be difficult for them to retain there customers.
