Such a quaint spot! There is outdoor seating in warmer weather as well. They have a coffee and smoothie bar as well as a pretty amazing gift shop upstairs. You can park across the street in the church parking lot of on the street and walk over. Or use the Baldwinsville main park lot and cross over the bridge by foot. They do have a small parking lot, but I don't count on it having spots all the time. The staff has super friendly every time I've been in. If they have the mousse it's a must!!

This is the cutest place! Very friendly and experienced staff. My group stopped to do "blind date with a book" and grab dinner. I got the steak salad which my steak was not medium as asked but the flavors were amazing! Overall, wonderful experience

I've been here before but I heard they have new Owners and wanted to check it out. The main floor has been changed to all seating and a small bar. I love it! The upstairs now has all the vendors with jewelry, clothes, candles, soaps, baby items... many cool things. We were greeted by Claire our server and seated. She was very friendly and put on a fresh pot of coffee for us. My sister & I didn't want a whole panini so we split the chicken salad panini with a side of black bean salad. We also had a cup of soup. I had the special of stuffed pepper and my sister the french onion. Both were served with toasted garlic bread (yum). The sandwich was split for us and we each got a generous side of that black bean salad. We finished with a slice of homemade coconut cream pie. Everything was delicious and service was amazing! I will definitely be back and take advantage of the outdoor seating in the better weather. They have longer hours now with evening seatings.

What a lovely little restaurant, locally owned and operated. My hubby and I had our Valentine Day lunch here and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I made reservations, and upon arrival, was led to a table with a small decorative chalk board with my name. I advise making recommendations because the dining rooms are small. The menu contained many cocktails, wines and craft beer in addition to a nice selection of non-alcoholic drinks. I ordered a white sangria which tasted more like a mimosa, with orange juice, fruit and something sparkling. If I received the wrong drink, I didn't care. I started with a cup of tomato bisque soup, the daily special. This was full bodied and contained some texture with veggies and tomatoes. For a main I had the tuna panini. Delightful! Sandwiches come with the side and I chose a small side salad, which was lovely. Because it was Valentine's Day. I decided to order dessert. And was so glad I did. The carrot cake was awesome. Service is great, and the food was delivered promptly though I never felt rushed. The interior of the restaurant is very homey with two small dining rooms. There is a gift shop as you enter and throughout the restaurant, you can also see various items for sale. It very much has a tea shop feel to it. Seemed to me that there were a number of "regulars" enjoying this home made food.

This is one of my favorite spots for lunch! They make everything fresh and it taste amazing! The staff is always super friendly, the atmosphere is cozy and relaxing and the decor is adorable! It's a beautiful little gem in baldwinsville, I highly reccomend! My favorite is their paninis and the trio of warm dips, they are all spectacular! The flavor is outstanding and you can taste that everything is made fresh! The trio of warm dips is large enough to be a meal for 3 people! It's oh so tasty and there is a spinach artichoke dip, Buffalo chicken dip and a white bean dip served with fresh warm tortilla chips, pita bread and toasted French bread. If you don't finish it all you'll have a wonderful snack to take home for later! Even my two young boys loved the food here and they are picky. I normally come here with girlfriends for lunch, we celebrate birthdays and more, but recently I treated my boys to lunch and all the staff were sweet to my boys! A nice bonus upstairs they sell locally handcrafted items from candles, jewelry, scarfs to decor; even my boys loved shopping. On a warm day they have a lovely spot to eat outside and enjoy the fresh air. I have yet to do this, but it looks wonderful. They are located right in the heart of baldwinsville so you could make an afternoon of it to get lunch and take a walk over the bridge to see the Seneca river.

We stopped in here after dress shopping. It is such a cute place, with a beautiful patio, tons of little stores inside, and the quaint little restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised with the gluten free options! I ordered the caprese gf sandwich with the French onion soup. Everything was so full of flavor and delicious! The gluten free bread was soooo good! Our server was a little brash, but did what she needed to do. I would definitely return!

Walked in just before closing and owner was still very welcoming and did not make us feel rushed. This is typical cafe food done well. The courtyard is very cute!

I was really impressed with the flavor and texture of all of the kinds fo seafood. The mashed potatos were also delicious. Especially mixed with the garlic butter from the bread (there are some bonuses when others you eat with can't have garlic like I can! More for me.) I would easily reccomend this dish. Came with butter and that butter slaps. Nothing revolutionary, but solid. 4/5. * Beef Tartare ($14) Raw beef, but make it fancy. Slightly salty for my taste, but paired beautifully with the bread. Never had beef tartare before, so I have no reference point. This could be the best tartare in existence, or I just have peasant palate. Either way, I'll give it a 4/5. * Kohlrabi & Pear ($8) First time having kohlrabi, and I was not expecting it to be so crisp and apple-adjacent. The pear added some nice sweetness, and the goat cheese + garlic combo made it feel elevated. I respect it, but I wouldn't crave it. 3/5, purely based on my personal taste. * Steak Frites ($36) This is the dish. The aioli sauce for the fries? So good we asked for extra and then extra to-go like some sauce-hoarding gremlins. Steak was cooked medium-rare perfection -- just go with what the restaurant recommends. No notes. 5/5. * Mocha Walnut Torte ($8) Not a huge walnut or sweets person, but this was light and not overly rich. My friend could pinpoint the walnut in it... which is great for them. I mostly tasted "fancy cake." 3/5 for effort and subtlety. * Crème Caramel ($8) I am a fiend for crème brûlée. Had that satisfying sugar shell crack, wasn't too sweet, and left me wishing I had another one waiting at home. 5/5.

I had the pleasure of returning to Touché for a second visit on Saturday evening, and once again,…read morethe experience was exceptional. It's not uncommon for a new restaurant to impress the first time, only to fall short on subsequent visits. Touché, however, proves to be a welcome exception. Their continued commitment to quality, creativity, and classic French influences remains evident in every aspect of the dining experience. Several days before our reservation, I received a courteous text from the charming and attentive hostess, Bridgette, requesting details about the members of my dining party, including names and dietary restrictions. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by name and seated at a table adorned with a personalized name card--an unnecessary but thoughtful and memorable gesture that set the tone for the evening. I selected the very reasonably priced three‑course prix fixe menu ($70), while the rest of my party opted for the Steak Frites. My starter, a colossal scallop, was beautifully seasoned and perfectly cooked. While the nettle purée could have used a touch more vibrancy, it still complemented the bright yuzu dressing well. The main course--a perfectly cooked half duck breast accompanied by roasted celeriac purée and a currant‑cassis jus--was a standout. The deep berry notes paired beautifully with the richly rendered duck fat. Although I typically gravitate toward savory dishes, the dessert was an impressive finale: a Sablé Breton with blood orange cream, thyme Chantilly, thyme jam, and a rocher of coffee ice cream. The combination of sweet, salty, and herbaceous elements was wonderfully balanced and thoroughly enjoyable. I was fortunate enough to try a few bites of the Steak Frites, which did not disappoint--nor did it for the other members of my party. Our meals were complemented by excellent cocktails from the well‑stocked bar. The bartender was knowledgeable, skilled, and engaging. The open‑concept kitchen is also a delight to observe, and I look forward to reserving a seat at the chef's table on my next visit. One of the ongoing challenges in the Syracuse dining scene, in my opinion, is a general lack of restraint. Touché distinguishes itself with its thoughtful menu design, technical precision, and appropriate portion sizes. We left feeling thoroughly attended to and perfectly satiated. I sincerely hope Touché continues its pursuit of excellence both in the kitchen and in the dining room. Syracuse needs restaurants of this caliber, and I eagerly anticipate their spring and summer menus.

I was the only returning patron, the others much enjoyed their first time here. Walking through the front door you're instantly hit with a wonderful smell of food cooking over an open fire. Got a terrific table to look out the window and enjoyed a nice evening view. Took full advantage of every food meal course available. Started out with their evening appetizer of homemade bread with cinnamon butter. Each of us got our own dinner choice along with small plates to start. The two small plates were green lentil salad and ember roasted carrots. Both of them with their unique flavor and style. The green lentil salad featured heirlooms. The ember roasted carrots featured labrieth, doqqa, and maple syrup. Keep in mind everything here comes from local farms and local breweries and distilleries. Big fan of supporting the state and local community. Fantastic! They feature only a few main entrées, tonight's included halibut, steak, chicken, and sea Island peas with jasmine rice. Knowing how well seasoned their steaks are, I went with a filet mignon 10 ounce. Probably a little more than I should've gotten, but I very rarely eat steak and know how well and good they are here. Ordered the steak medium to medium rare and that's exactly how it came out. Mouth watering delicious. Along with the steak includes mashed potatoes, chimichurri, kale, and. crème fraiche. Every bite was outstanding. One of us got ice cream for dessert which she said was very good. The ice cream was made right there at the restaurant. We kicked off the dinner with a rum cocktail and a tequila cocktail. All spirits locally sourced. If you haven't tried it here yet you should. You will not be disappointed.

We were promptly seated and ordered glasses of wine while perusing the menu, which is on the smaller side. That usually means everything on it is rather good, so we had high expectations. We started with the Mushroom Toast, Ember Roasted Carrots, and Beef Tartar. I'll start with the bad and finish with the good. The Ember Roasted Carrots were a complete miss. They were trying to go for a middle-eastern flavor, with each ingredient contrasting, while the carrot served as the centerpiece to flavor. I found this to be INCREDIBLY bland. The carrots were not salted enough during roasting and lacked enough char. They dish also needed more labneh than it was served with. It literally just tasted like carrots and yoghurt. Honestly, if I could only give one critique it would be to have used more salt, but this dish was a real disappointment. The Beef Tartar suffered from a similar issue. It was bland. Not enough salt was used. It unfortunately tastes like flat beef. I overheard the bartender talking to another couple and he told them they really want to highlight the ingredients. The idea is purity or something like that. And that's well and good, but you still need to season beef tartar. I don't think this is necessarily a poor execution of the dish(es) rather this is more in line with the philosophy of the kitchen, and that's fine. It's just not for me. And now for the good. The Mushroom Toast was great. It had all the things I had wanted. Fat, salt, umami, freshness. This was a good dish and I would get this again. As for the entrees, my husband and I ordered the Cappelletti and the NY Strip. The Cappelleti was the strongest dish of the night. The flavors were layered and intentional. This was a great dish and I1000% would get it again. My husband ordered the NY Strip along with bone marrow. It was cooked to perfection. Cooking it over a wood fire gave it a great char and almost Smokey flavor. It was very flavorful. The chimichurri made the steak feel lighter than it actually was. My husband loved it and I loved having a bite or two of everything together. This was a complete dish and I'd highly recommend it. The only knock I could give it is the bone marrow. There was a lack of volume in it which is probably due to being cooked over a wood fire. Parts of the bones were also over roasted. I'd skip this the next time and get the foie gras pate. Lastly, for desert we were disappointed that we could not try the rice pudding as they were out of it (we will try it the next time if available). We did however order the Flourless Chocolate Torte to share. It was made perfectly. It was rich and decadent but remained light. It was almost like a mousse, but not quite. We loved it. Overall, the had a great time. There were several highlights and I think they make up for the a couple of the earlier dishes. I'd like to see what else they have to offer when they change their menu.
