While driving through the downtown area, my girlfriend and I were looking for a good restaurant for a light lunch. We stopped at Ollie Cat Cafe and both had salads. My girlfriend had a Caesar with grilled chicken added and I had a Crispy Chicken Salad with Honey Mustard (you get to choose your dressing). Both salads were excellent! My girlfriend complimented on how well the chicken was prepared and loved the Caesar dressing. I thoroughly enjoyed mine as well. The food was a mixed bag of good and bad. I ordered the fish which as delicious, however the baked potato was microwaved and it tasted like the sole of a shoe. My kids ordered spaghetti and it was mediocre, however the fries were tasty. My wife's burger was terrible. It was super bland and did not taste like much. Overall the meal was not that great but what made this meal good was the waitress! The service was phenomenal and the girl was super kind and thoughtful to our kids. My wife and I were in the area and we went there for dinner. She ordered a chicken parm dinner with a side of potato soup, she felt like it was a soup that started out as something else and then they added potatoes to it. They brought her a chicken parm sandwich, when she did get her dinner, the linguine on the side was overcooked and soggy, the chicken was bland and under seasoned. I ordered a country fried steak which was an out of the box paddy with no flavor. Would not recommend the place to anyone. read more

We came from out of town to see Luray caverns and decided to eat here. We were 1 of 6 tables sitting down to eat in the entire restaurant. It took 30 minutes just to be brought drinks. Then, another 20 to be asked about appetizers. We ordered the coconut shrimp. When it came out, it was cold. It honestly was over cooked and then clearly just sat there waiting for someone to bring it to us. We then ordered our meals. 2 steak and cheeses, and 1 chicken cordon bleu. The steak and cheese was so basic and tasted no different than going to Wawa. The green beans that the server said were "to die for" tasted like they came directly out of a can- no flavor or seasoning. When I got the bill, which was over $100 for the aforementioned items- there server stood there and waited for me to dig out my credit card as if I was going to walk out on the bill. 3/10 experience- at least my sweet tea was good read more

Absolute clown show. Tried to give us the bill after our appetizers were served. Brought one of my party's meals to the wrong table so she had to wait for it to be remade while the rest of us ate. But they initially told us that it was coming out next, at the time that everyone else's food was delivered. They didn't admit to the screwup for a while. The manager eventually was apologetic, comped the missed meal, and said that they're training new staff. But if you're not ready to transact business, you shouldn't open to the public and make them unwilling participants in your amateur hour show. I give them two stars only because the food was fine. We had late lunch on a Sunday. It wasn't our first choice but it was Sunday and the place we had planned wasn't open until 5. It doesn't look like much but Ollie Cat was open. What a happy surprise! Chicken Parm sandwich was a nice thick, well-seasoned, perfectly breaded and well cooked piece of chicken with a delicious marinara. I would have preferred an Italian roll but I'm not going to quibble. I could only eat half. The coleslaw was delicious..... and I accidentally got a French fry which was delicious. My guy had a half pound burger cooked exactly as requested. Local beef and he said it was delicious. The staff was friendly and very efficient. Loved the cat art too!
