Stephanie demonstrated friendly customer service - she sounded happy to help! Her calm and collected tone and presence reassured me that I was in solid and competent hands. I had contacted Olmstead Towing at the last minute, giving them only less than two hours to tow my car out of the auto shop prior to the auto shop closing. While still on the phone with her, I was notified by a text message that the driver was already on route to tow my car. Olmstead Towing completed the job in lightning speed from when I called to when Perris the driver dropped off my car at the final destination, which was far from the auto shop. Perris was extremely professional and patient with me even when I called him directly several times afterwards for information. Olmstead Towing is 100% on it! Tesla roadside passed me off to Olmstead to handle my flat tire, and honestly, Olmstead / Kamryn came through in a huge way. I needed to drive back to LA that night, but also had a day full of reservations already planned. They worked around my schedule, arrived early and waited for me even, had the exact tire I needed to swap via tesla, and made the whole process as simple as could be. Kamryn was extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. I started the day thinking "oh boy, here we go", and I left thinking "well that was easy." What more can you ask for? About 2 weeks ago I bought a 26 year old car (in GREAT condition) to drive back and forth to work. It's a Honda so it gets good gas mileage and I can use it and abuse it with little issues. The only problem, finding parts is a total nightmare. So I decided to look for a parts car to start my own parts inventory. Lucky for me I found an almost exact same year & color and it is a complete car (not running of course) for only $200! Honestly, I didn't even shop around for the best price. With over 80 reviews and 5 stars on Yelp, and the price I was quoted. I figured let's give Olmsteads a try. And from the very beginning it was a great experience. They responded quickly, answered all my questions, and gave me a quote through the Yelp app. I am horrible with names but when the driver showed up he was really friendly and ready to help do what ever he needed to do to get my parts car home. I would not normally think to review a towing company but my experience with Olmstead Towing warrants just that! Arrival time was quoted as 40 min and the truck showed up in half the time! Darnell, the driver, called as soon as he arrived at my place of work and was extremely friendly and swapped the flat on my car with a fresh tire I had on hand. There is a price to be paid for being at the top of the Yelp list. They were very busy when I called for a tow, I was quoted a wait of approximately three hours. It wasn't an emergency so I waited to the next day and was able to get service within an hour. When Tyrell showed up I was pleasantly surprised with how clean cut and professional he was. He treated my car with care and was very quick. Nobody wants their car towed, however they really do make it a low stress affair which I truly appreciated. All I can really do is further re-enforce what everyone else is saying here, their service is outstanding. I would not hesitate to use them again, saved them on my phone just in case. Ray was early and very friendly. Having your vehicle towed is never fun but they certainly made it easy and painless. I had a flat rate quoted, and that was trump'd by an agreement they hold with the auto shop my car was being serviced at, so I actually paid way less than I expected too. I didn't catch his name but the driver that I had, picked my car up off the side of the freeway while I chilled at home and he brought her straight to me, unscathed. Disclaimer... My car is an older stick shift so... I left her unlocked with the tires straight so my driver had full access to the car. I called around several companies beforehand, just going down the list. Either the line was never picked up, not professional when they did, timing was not what I needed, etc. However, as soon as this company did it was like the clouds had parted! The agent was super professional, friendly. They were able to get service to me super fast, and the cherry on top? It was 20% less expensive than the nearest competitor. The tow truck driver was super friendly, professional, and FAST! This company was an absolute dream. I had the unfortunate event of 3 wheel studs sheering off as I left work. Called Olmstead with no knowledge of their work but I was in a crunch and needed someone ASAP. Was told 45-1 hour but was greeted by Kevin sooner. Kevin was truly an amazing person. From the moment he pulled up he reassured the situation could have been worse and that everything will be fine. With a lowered show car I'm nervous any time my car gets on a truck. Kevin triple checked and went out of his way to make sure it went on smooth with none of the car ever hitting the ground, which is a feat in itself. Then to top it all of made sure it was unloaded EXACTLY where I needed it. I can't recommend Kevin enough and will do my best to have more people experience his expertise. read more

We had to tow my mom's car on January 27th... my mechanic recommended Olmstead.... My issue is not with their service... it's their follow up... All we need is a receipt for the tow emailed to us for our insurance company and they keep giving us the run around... Not professional at all.... Sure... they will tow you...
