I was not impressed by any of the other reviews on towing companies, but to have all 5 star reviews was hard to believe. Well, after using them for their services, it was not. They did a great job on being on time and were polite and professional. There were no surprise fees or any other surprises. Just straight up professional! The driver Darnell was great. Just used Olmsted to pick up my brother's car with battery problems. Thirty minutes, on time, even went extra distance when it turned out our usual auto repair place is out of business. Even better, I have a 57 Chevy and the driver immediately showed some video of his two hot rods and some rods he towed for an auto show. Last time my 57 was towed another company charged twice as much and used chains rather than straps (easy to damage car). I'll be using Olmsted from now on for my three classic cars, they know what they are doing and won't rip me a new one. read more

I had a car sitting in a parking lot that would not start. Unlike several other tow services that I called, Olmstead answered the phone immediately and quoted me a reasonable arrival time and a cost that was half the price of the other services I spoke to. The tow operator called me 10-15 prior to arrival and showed up on time. He was pleasant and down to business and had us on our way to the repair shop in just a few minutes. I highly recommend this service. Not that I am looking forward to needing another tow, but if I do need one, I am calling Olmstead. read more

Outstanding service! They were quick to reply to my request and provided me a 30 minute ETA. 30 minutes from a towing company is unheard of! Not only did they provided such a short ETA but they showed up 10 minutes early. They got to my car even before I did. They handled my car with care and they used a flatbed as opposed to a hook & chain. The tow driver was kind and very helpful. This company is highly recommended! read more

Ive had to use this company twice now. First time, i was on my way to work, car staled out and had to be towed. Im crying cause im mentally over it, had to call in sick to work and i left my wallet at home. The driver was so nice and very calming and punched my payment in so i didnt have to be charged to tow home and then to the shop. Second time, now im at work. flat tire. cant change it cause im having user error with the wrench. Dispatch was amazing. Driver was amazing. Changed it out quick and payment was easy. Their payment system works better than my company's. Also, got my receipts both time very quick so i was able to send it over to my insurance company for reimbursement. I needed to schedule a tow from the auto shop to home and googled best tow companies. A few came up and I called them but Olmstead was the best price and most helpful. Our car was picked up on time, which in itself is awesome, and about 20 minutes later Bryan pulls up to our house. He unloaded the car and because it hadn't been fixed yet he gave me a jump and helped me get the car back into our garage. I needed a tow to a Transmission shop on the W Cheyenne. Had a appt. at 8am. I request a tow for 630am could only schedule it for 7am. But they would ask driver if he could get there earlier. Clayton arrive at 630am. Was super nice guy. You could tell he was a professional and took pride in his truck. Claytons Truck was clean. I will use them again if I need a tow. The Flat rate was a fair price. I was quoted 40 and 50 dollar's more from others Tow companies. read more

Truck driver was very friendly and went above and beyond what was expected. When we got to the drop off location there wasn't enough room to back my nonfunctional vehicle into the driveway with the big tow truck. How can anyone give this company a good rating? Based on my insurance company's suggestion, I called this company to jump-start my car, but a 30-45 minutes wait turned into a 2.5-hour without a single phone call from this company. I was quoted that the arrival time was 45 mins, but after that time passed, the driver called & mentioned his customer had an issue with a drop off location, i think, & he had to go back, so he said it would be 1 more hour. (I only wished he had called a little sooner) but he was genuinely apologetic & i understood, so it didn't upset me as much. Definitely will use them again! read more

I used Olmstead Towing 3 times in 3 days to tow my car that had leaking fluids. I had it towed from the site of the accident to the dealership, then from the dealership to the collision center, then from the collision center back to the dealership. In the end, I traded in my car for a new one, but that's a different story. Ray makes sure he's on point with the communication so there are no delays. All 3 times the drivers called to let me know exactly where they were and how long they were gonna be. All 3 were super helpful and had my car towed and on the road in no time. My tow driver arrived 10 minutes early. I was greeted by Dave, who looked intimidating at first because he stands about 7 foot 2 inches. After speaking with him, i realized he was just big teddy bear. He is such a nice man and not a weirdo like other two truck drivers i've met. He is pleasant and great to talk to. Hands down - no questions asked .. best service I've ever had in Vegas . My crud car took a nap and never woke back up but these guys were there within 30 mins of taking my call / request. They charge a 3 dollar fee if you pay with card so $65 for the service and $3 for the CC but $68 for a normal tow up to 5 miles is a damn good deal. I don't remember his name but the gentlemen who helped me was great. He had a big brownish/red beard so hopefully that points him out so he can get some recognition. He even helped make sure my car was aligned correctly within parking spaces in my apt complex to make sure there were no issues with management. If you use this service make sure to tip your driver/tower. read more
