Lived here for about a year (2018-19). The staff is awesome. Very friendly and productive. I enjoyed meeting a lot of the residents. Its a healthy atmosphere. They also have one of the best gyms you can get in an apartment and it doesn't get too crowded. read more

I lived here for 3 years when it was called "the boulevard" and never had any issues. I was paying 2300.00 a month for a 3 bedroom and when the switched owners and changed to Olympus it went from a 5 to a negative 0 I had already told the front office that I was renewing my lease and 2 weeks before my lease was up I went to ask for the paper work since I hadn't heard anything and they said they had me listed to vacat in less then 2 weeks and said my apartment had been rented. I told the girl at the front I had already locked in on a 10 month lease at 60 dollars cheaper then what I was paying. She apologized and said that the previous staff that was under a different company didn't take note of it. So I had to find a new place and move with less then two weeks and they would even give me a few more days to vacat on top of that I kept getting emails or past due rent and eviction notice when I was not even in a lease and they pretty much forced me to move. The actual apartments are nice. It's great having trash services Sunday - Thursday - you can just put your trash out right outside your door. My husband and I have lived here for nearly two years now. Security doors on the main floor break frequently and there is always parking issues which I have requested several times to no avail to get fixed. Under Lincoln properties when I first moved in we had parking permits, but apparently that's too expensive or complicated under the current management. The gate to the parking garage are almost always broken. I love living in this location, so close to everything, but parking issues make it impossible to come home late and not have to drag your groceries from another floor if you're lucky enough to get a parking spot. Lately lots of people have been throwing away furniture near trash shoots making it look horrible and the elevators smell like dog poo, but I can't really blame management for more than likely a few horrible people who live here and cause issues. I can and will blame management for parking. Maintenance is usually pretty fast and courteous. The app that they have for payment online is not a good app, it breaks often, so we just take a check to the office monthly. Little bit of a pain, but that's not bad. Parking just makes me miserable. read more

I moved to Frisco for work back in February. I knew only one person when I moved there, so it was important for me to find a place that I could feel comfortable, and at home. I searched for apartments throughout the DFW area (my work was actually in Plano) and I landed at The Boulevard. From the get-go, the staff there were very helpful. I never had a single issue with the entire process. One of the ladies in the office stayed after hours to actually help me fill out my leasing forms. Who does that?? I spent five great months at The Boulevard, and to anyone who is having issues finding a place to call home in the area, ignore the negative reviews, because this place will not disappoint. Any place you decide on is going to have its bad days, but a bad day at The Boulevard is better than a bad day anywhere else. Five Stars across the board. Thank you, and Peace Out. read more

If your looking for a great place to call home for a while, the Blvd at Frisco Square is not for you! This place is just a step or two above section 8 apartments! In fact I have seen section 8 apartments in better condition! The entire staff is incompetent! Maintenance requests go unattended, the walls are so thin one can hear everything.. And I do mean everything! The halls are disgusting! I had videos of spit, dog urine and vomit in the halls and stair wells that went uncleaned for weeks before something was don't about it! Now the aftermath is a nice fresh aroma of puke when you enter the stair wells! They have a contract with the FC DALLAS soccer clubs so the place is over ran by kids partying fighting and being unruly at all hours of the day and night! The office can't or won't do anything to stop them! I have had a herd of soccer "elephants" above me for a year and a half and all the office suggests is that we call the police on them for their disturbances. I could go on and on about this place but it would be like writing a book on how bad it is managed! My suggestion is if you want to live in the Frisco Square area look at other apartments! These will only drive you outta your mind and it's not worth the price! read more

This apartment complex is in whole a great place to live with great customer service. the maintenance guys are top notch as well. The front desk is attentive and always helpful. The apartment is nice for the price and location. I want to point out that I have had to open two maintenance request since moving in and on both occasion the maintenance crew showed up within MINUTES """WOW""" of me opening the request and resolved the issues to my approval. Everyone we have dealt with at this complex from front office to maintenance have been awesome. We are only living here till Feb when our house is done but If my family is ever in an apartment again this will be the one. read more

DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS COMPLEX. Their walls are so thin that we could hear our neighbors upstairs and next to us arguing and even doing other things.. When someone is taking a shower or flushing the toilet in a nearby apartment, you hear the water rushing through the pipes. The hallways are always stained and filthy and the entrance door doesn't lock. It does not matter whether you have AT&T, T-mobile, Verizon, or Sprint because your cell phone will not get reception there. Make sure you get receipts for anything you pay for (rent, deposits, etc.) because they tend to lose payments. Worst of all they made us give them a $400 deposit upon move-in then when it came time to get it back they started deducting all kinds of charges. Painters were allowed to come into the apartment and make a mess before they even did a walk-thru. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! read more

I will start off by saying I absolutely LOVE the location. However, the train tracks are close enough to where you can see and hear it frequently but I'm a heavy sleeper so I'm not bothered by it and thats not the apartments fault, so I don't count it against them. My first impressions of the place were great. I loved the pool and the office along with the office staff, everyone was very friendly. When walking to the apartment it kind of has a college dorm feel and you are thinking to yourself "what did I get myself into", but you walk into the apartment and its wonderful, so try not to be too frightened. My boyfriend and I had wanted to move in a day early and the office staff said that it was fine, they were just finishing with the new carpet and it would only take another hour. When we came back the carpet was done but the place was a mess, there were tools everywhere and the cleaning cart was still there, which is ironic because nothing had been cleaned and I'm talking the sink, stove, microwave, bathroom... NOTHING. The bathtub was DISGUSTING. The only clean thing, luckily, was the toilet seat, which was new. Being the easy going people we are we figured well I guess they didn't finish, we will just stick to our original move in date, which was the following day. When we came back the next day, with all of our stuff ready to move in, the place was still a mess! When we went to the office they said they thought we were moving in a different day, even though I know that they told us that specific day. They gave us the option of moving into a new apartment that was ready but the view was awful. So we decided to move into the messy apartment anyway, and instead of sending cleaning people that very day we had to clean the apartment, with the help of my wonderful sister. They did end up sending cleaning people a couple days later, who did a horrible job. the stove still had stuff on it and the bathtub was still disgusting even though I saw the lady clean it. It was only about a month later that I discovered the magic of comet. After using comet my bathtub looked brand new. The apartment did give us a credit of $100 even though I think it should have been more. Nobody should have to move into their expensive apartment and have to clean anything. The other incident was when I had received a return check for my online rent payment. A couple days later they had given us a letter saying that it happened and we went to talk to them about it and it was fine we didn't have to pay a fee, we just went and got money order and payed our rent that way. The same thing happened the next month. This time we got an eviction letter saying we needed to leave. So the next day my boyfriend missed work to talk to them, they acted casual like it wasn't a big deal and all we had to do was pay them.... WHAT?! Here I am freaking out that I'm going to have no place to live and they aren't even acting like it was a big deal, no sorry for the worry or anything. luckily this time the lady my boyfriend talked to helped us figure out what the problem was. I was using the wrong routing number. We still had to pay a fee and we aren't able to pay online anymore, which is understandable because it was my own fault. but they went about it all wrong. The parking does suck, you never know where you are going to have to park. The walls are thin and my upstairs neighbors are noisy, it sounds like they are bowling upstairs. Fortunately its not at night while I'm trying to sleep, otherwise I would complain. The valet trash is awesome, there's only been one time they haven't picked up my trash but I'm not too picky. If it were up to me I wouldn't pay the $25 every month for it and just take it down myself. The pool is awesome but the pool bathrooms are gross all the time, I don't even know if they get cleaned. Even after all the non-sense I've went through I still love it and the downsides aren't enough to make me hate it here. I would say you wouldn't be making a bad choice moving here. Just make sure you and the management are clear on your move in date and make sure you type in the correct banking information online. read more

We lived here almost 2 years and it dramatically went downhill over that time. It is filthy and the staff are rude, useless, and passive aggressive. I won't go in to all the details because it would take an hour. We have been trying to find a house and have not found the perfect one for us just yet! But, we knew we couldn't renew at the boulevard for our sanity. The manager told me that our expectations could not be met and that we would not be satisfied. I was terrified to move to another apartment. Well, she was very wrong. We moved last weekend and it has been such a pleasant experience. Our neighbors are actually nice! The community is clean. And we hear absolutely no noise. Quite the positive changes! Which brings me to my next point. The only thing that prompted us to complain (even upset about other issues) was the noise above us. It was too much. We didn't want to be woken up at 3 am thinking a circus was going to fall through the ceiling. That's it. Not an unreasonable "expectation". We lived on the 3rd floor and it was a nightmare. The manager heard it herself. She didn't even hear what the daily noise for us was. She just had someone from maintenance walk in the apartment above us while she listened in ours. She admitted the noise was an issue, yet never resolved the problem. She constantly told us work was being done to fix the flooring upstairs. Contractors can't make those kind of repairs in 45 minutes. So, either she wasn't being honest or the contractors were not. We will never know, nor is it our problem anymore. The end result was that nothing was done because "the contractors told her it could not be fixed". I don't believe that for one second. But, again I never have to worry about it again! I have videos of the noise on many different occasions. Also, we were not the only residents that complained about the noise issues within the apartment. Many others did as well. We practically pay the same monthly rent, so you CAN find something much better than the boulevard and much newer! read more
