We paid $17.99 for 4 fish filtets and chips. We waited 95 minutes for our food. There were only 3 fish, cannot call them filets. The fish was so thin you could't see it. The fries had been microwaved and were hard as rocks. The meal came with some pita breat that had also been microwaved and were also hard as rocks! The wait was because they could not find a driver. This has happened to me at other places but they were kind enough to cancel the order so that we could find somewhere else. We called, spoke to the manager, but he refused! This is a beast place to get your typical Crown Burger fare. The instrumental ambient music is beautiful and the chicken dishes are great. I don't know how they make their chicken, but the spices are great. I recommend the chicken sandwich or the golden pastrami burger. read more

Unhappy. Today I returned an almost empty bag of wrong product (fries) with receipt showing I had ordered fried zuchinni. Instead of replacing the correct product I was rejected because I did not return the whole bag of fries. I thought there was enough evidence of wrong product. Formerly located on 9400 South, this Olympus Burger location is consistently spotless and the staff consistently friendly. And the food: it's the classic Utah Greek burger restaurant, and I mean that in a good way. I keep coming back for the feta burger, a cheeseburger with a very generous portion of feta cheese. It's a nice combo, particularly once you add ketchup and mustard. The fries are hot and thicker than the normal fast-food fry. The Greek chicken salad is generous as well, complete with spiced sliced chicken breast, kalamata olives, cucumber, feta, onion and great Greek dressing. (Add a side of Tzatziki sauce.) It's probably a 4.5 star place but the soothing piano music, great staff, consistently fresh food and clean dining room make it easy to round up. And don't miss the patio in warm weather. read more

The food was really good. The fries are my new favorite fries, they were excellent. The portions are huge. The grilled cheese for the kid would be too big for me to finish, plus it was pretty good too. The service was good and quick and the food was still hot by the time we got home. Make sure you keep/request your receipt, or you may be overcharged. I ordered an Olympus Burger and a drink which should cost under 7.50. I declined the receipt, to lafind I was charged nearly $11.00 on my bank statement. When I went to have the situation corrected Lewis (Louise?), the Manager, asked me "What do you want?" And it made me feel like this is something he deals with often. I explained what happened and he offered a new burger. As he was on his cellphone I also requested a new drink. He gave me a drink with the new burger which "made it right" in my mind; he was so busy talking on his cell phone that he didn't acknowledge my several "Thank You's" when handed the food, or on the way out. Immediately after how I was treated I knew I would have preferred to get my $10 back, rather than be treated like I'm bugging them. I didn't receive one "Sorry" in any form for the mixup. They did it again. We have been coming here for years and the food for the most part tastes pretty good and the service is usually fairly good. Several weeks ago we went through the drive-through and they failed to give us one of our sandwiches. We didn't look until we get home, sit down to eat and find out one of us doesn't get to eat. We called the store and they said oops sorry. The next time everything was OK. Today we went back and ordered two ham and cheese sandwiches along with a euro and a pastrami burger. We now check and count items in the bag but didn't look inside the rappers.Again we got home we found we got two grilled cheese sandwiches. They use fake cheese so without the ham, it's not very good. We again called and they apologized saying they are short staffed, they're a family run business etc. We understand that but we're getting tired of paying for things we don't receive. Olympus Burger is a weekly stop for me because of the quality of their food. Everything I've had is delicious but my favorite is the chicken gyro (add feta!!). Awesome local business overall! The service is personal and Marina at the counter is especially helpful. Can't recommend enough as my top Greek fast food spot. read more

I've been to this location multiple times, in fact the first time I ever tried Olympus Burger was at this location. The food is always good and I totally understand the long lines and why it takes so long reason being for the food being so good. But anyways I went in through the drive-through tonight(6/23/22, 7:15 pm-ish). Super busy as always on a normal weekday night. I am next in line and I notice the person at the window gave the car in front of me their order and then I noticed they gave the order back and out came a bigger bag. I totally knew that was my bag and so when I got to the window I immediately asked if he had accidentally given the car in front of me my bag and his response was "did you order a bacon burger" in such a nasty rude manner it was uncomfortable and made me never want to come back. I was simply asking if he could just remake the order because the bag he gave me was partially open assuming it had been in someone else's car already and maybe even touched. I hope this review goes straight to the owner of this establishment. Tonight we decided for the first time to go into Olympus, and we enjoyed the food. The Olympus Pastrami Burger was great, the meat tasted fantastic, and the gyros cucumber sauce was fantastic. Food is 5 stars. That's why this rating is 2.5 instead of 0. It was exactly 8:37 when we placed our order and we were told that it would ONLY be a to-go. I didn't understand this and was visibly upset immediately. (5 min to cook, 2 min to eat fries, 5 min for burger equals up to 20 minutes) that's how long we had. My movie starts at 9:05 and we left the store at 8:55. The lady was cleaning around us in an obviously upset kind of way as we finished our meal and it made us not want to return. The food is great, the service is not. I don't think we'll be back after this, but let's hope this bad taste fades. read more

Ordered two hamburgers, a 1/4 lb Olympic burger, fries, and a Greek salad. Staff were very friendly and willing to accommodate our allergy needs. Olympic burger was pretty good, though the pastrami was maybe not as good as at Crown Burger. Fries were good for fast food. Greek salad was mostly lettuce and could have used more feta cheese and olives. Overall not too bad. I think it will be worth revisiting to try a few more menu items. read more

I'm usually drooling by the time I walk in the door or swinging around the drive thru. I eat here about twice a week. I always get the Feta burger and some fries. It can get a little costly if you get a combo meal so I'll just get my hamburger and a water to cut costs if I need to. The wait is a little longer than normal but it's totally worth it.
