When we got outside it was dark so I offered to hold a light for him he told me he did not need me to do anything but have a seat in my car until he was finished. But when a male customer came and asked him if he needed him to hold a light for him Ezwakachi said thank you so much that would help a lot. As a female I felt insulted that he made it seem like I did not already offer to do that for him and I wasn't capable to hold a light for him so that he can get the battery in faster. Once he put in the battery the car started we went into the store to get the receipt come back out less than 5 mins the car would not start. When I informed Ezwakachi he acted as if he had an attitude by sighing hard and storming to him manager. He has terrible customer service skills. When I purchased the new battery the gentleman who helped me signed me up for an autozone thing where I provided my phone number and If I had any issues they would be able to pull my account up and see the warranty on the battery. They were not able to install the battery so I went to another location to have it installed and told the gentleman who helped me purchase the battery that I would return the battery after the holiday. He said fine. When I went in on 1/2/21 the young lady at the counter was unable to look up my account. I even showed her the original receipt. She said there was nothing she could do because my information was not in the system. I asked her if she could add my information the receipt I showed her had all the information. She said no. I asked to speak to a manager because she kept going behind the shelves to speak to someone. The man she was speaking to said he didn't have the time to help me because he was the commercial manager. I asked what were my other options. She suggested with an attitude she could do a return and charge me again. That didn't make sense because i would be charged again and wouldn't get the money returned to my account for 5-7 business days. All I wanted to do was make sure my warranty was noted and deliver the old battery and receive my $18 return. Finally the young lady handed me a receipt and said the $18 would be refunded but it wasn't. And it's been several weeks. I went back to look at the receipt she gave me and noticed it says "Return Voucher". This autozone is not helpful or customer service oriented. I will never go back to this location no matter how close it is to me. And I will be telling others how the "Commercial Manager" and his staff were not helpful at all. If I could've given zero stars I would have.

I recalled an O'Reilly store had opened up just up the street so I figured I'd have a look and see if they carried bolts. I walk into the store and I am the single customer. Two people behind the counter; a young lade and man. No greeting, no "can I help you"... they were interested in nothing except chatting to each other. I located the small selection of bolts in the store after a few minutes and I asked the young man if he had a thread gauge for the bolt. He responded with "no" and offered no assistance. I said "well then", set the bolts on the counter and walked out. I definitely wont go back anytime soon, if ever.
