Another great day at Olympus. The scrub is amazing and the hot rooms so relaxing. Fridays can be super busy though.

I've been coming here for 20 years because of their incredible scrubs and moisturizing. The providers are great, very skilled. I also like the restaurant, which has evolved over the years with more Korean food choices. The problem is there are always too many people for the pool facilities. Today I couldn't even get in the 97 pool more than once because it was full. And there are always people talking in the pools, even though there are signs everywhere saying "whisper only" or "silence" or "spa voice". Today I had to listen to a woman telling about a horrible man in her life. Not very relaxing! And with people obviously ignoring all the signs I don't feel like policing the pools. Employees come in to do maintenance, but don't say anything to the loud talkers. I have complained about this many times on leaving the spa, and the employees are always very nice, sorry you experienced that. There's only been one visit in all these years that I HAVEN'T experienced that! For $261 plus cash tip I'd like to be able to really relax before I get my scrub. read more

Olympus is my go-to for ultimate relaxation! The hydrotherapy, heated rooms, tea room, and restaurant make it a one stop shop. I love going by myself to journal and read or with friends for connection time. If you have the time and resources to get a service, you can't go wrong. Disgusting customer service. If reception is being rude to customers, how are you guys expecting to get business? If you are the one greeting the customers, learn how to be respectful. Totally rude and disrespectful behavior as soon as you walk in. There are better spas in the area. I will recommend this place if you want to feel disgusted by rude employees up in the front. read more

I had a body scrub with Joyce. She is my favorite SPA provider. I always ask for her. I always feel very fresh, light, and rejuvenated after the body scrub or any other services that I have gotten this far. I get moisturizing after body scrub some times and get facial services. I had my first visit today and it was amazing. I loved all the heated rooms and got lots of quiet and reading time. It got super packed after about 2 hours and I left. Couldn't really enjoy much when it was so busy. I feel like they should limit the number of guests allowed in at a time. Otherwise it's not very enjoyable. read more

Every time I come to Olympus I'm reminded I should visit frequently. The infused water is a must and even just purchasing the day pass and using the amenities is a perfect way to spend your day. I desperately wish I had my own hot mug-root water bath available at home. The food is absolutely delicious if you have a love for Korean food. Been going here for years. Some of the clientele do not adhere to the quiet part (a lot of middle/upper class White women), so I suggest going M-Th for a quieter experience. The staff are great and there is a restaurant on site. You pay an entry fee and can stay for hours. It is a great place for a Korean scrub. My skin always comes out so smooth after. The pools and saunas are great and they have different temp rooms for you to rest in or reflect and journal. Best place to renew and focus on your healing. read more

I went for my birthday and it was such a great treat for myself, so relaxing. Very clean and they provide all you need to bathe afterwards, including a powder room area that has lotions, q tips, cotton pads, hair dryer, etc. I also ate at the restaurant and the food and service were excellent. The only regret I have is that I didn't do the body scrub. I heard from multiple people that it was life changing and amazing. I will be going back and trying it myself. I am so glad I went. There are a lot of pros to this place but it wasn't for me. I would recommend Olympus for beginners that have never been to a Korean spa before. Unfortunately to me, this "Korean" spa was too westernized. I'll first talk about what I appreciated about this spa. It's women only so that did add a level of comfort to the experience. The facility was very clean and I saw staff members checking the chemical levels of each soaking tub multiple times. All of the staff were very friendly as well. What didn't work for me was the noise level in the soaking area, the restaurant, the lounge area, and the 'cold' room. There are signs literally everywhere to not talk above a whisper level and there is also a noise detecting meter in the facility to let guests know when its too loud. Thank god it was quiet in the jjimjilbang area. The restaurant was a huge let down for me, also pretty westernized. No hardboiled eggs, no sikhye, and the miyeok-guk was very bland. I'm not use to not being able to have your phone in the lounge area, it was also pretty small. Lastly, the 'cold' room wasn't cold enough. The temperature read 67 degrees which is a joke. read more

The vibes are very relaxing and inclusive. You are only allowed to whisper to keep the environment calm and quiet to keep the atmosphere peaceful. There is nudity in the pool room/massage areas. I thought I would be more uncomfortable than I was. It was nice to see body shape/type representation. Very clean and well maintained environment. If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. My husband booked me a spa package ahead of time for my birthday. I took time off work and drove for 45 minutes only to wait in line for an additional 15. When I finally reached the front desk, the first receptionist told me that she couldn't help me and someone else would. After more waiting, I asked another receptionist to check me in. She pulled another person over. Now, 1 hour into my adventure I was told that they canceled my appointment and they're sorry. I asked about their 24 hour cancellation policy but apparently it only applies to customers canceling, not the business canceling appointments. I said - I drove for 45 minutes, took time off work and they could at least let me in for free. I was told to keep my voice down (!!!) and was left waiting for another 20 minutes! Finally they said "the best they could do is 50% off entry fee". I refuse to patronize businesses who disrespect their customers. Don't come here. They charge $17 for water in plastic bottles read more

I always look forward to taking a few hours of "me" time at Olympus Spa in Lynnwood for a reset. I come home feeling so relaxed and rested.

I was given a gift certificate for Christmas and it took quite some time to finally get a booking - they couldn't understand that I wanted to book two massages for both my wife and myself at the same time. Then when we arrived they tried to tell me that my certificates were used and there was no balance left. Asked me who "Amy" was but I assured her I had no idea and it was literally my first time stepping into the spa. After 15 minutes of calling and chatting with differing people she decided I was telling the truth and handed us locker assignments without direction. We figured it out by following the others coming in and the signage but the entry experience left much to be desired. The massages were still not at the same time, they were staggered time by 15 minutes, which again was not ideal but we went with it. Both of us considered them mid at best - we have had better at the asian foot massage places. I tried to garner the courage to try the whirlpool but was not comfortable dropping my bottoms and walking 10ft to the nearest water. While I get the concept I do find it very interesting that they don't allow people to leave clothes on if they prefer. Additionally the themed rooms didn't have any actual charcoal or salt in them when we were there, so that was interesting to say the least. In the end we spent the gift certificate (and some) and can now check this off our list of having tried. read more

Always love Olympus but the prices are getting way too high and it can be super crowded and loud which is the opposite of relaxing. It's frustrating that you don't get entry fee or even a discount for doing a spa treatment...the food which is delicious is also over the top pricey now... read more

I went with my daughter and her friend and we had a fabulous time! The spa was spotless, and all the saunas, steam rooms, and tubs were perfectly ready for us even though we arrived right at opening. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the whole experience even more relaxing. The highlight, as always, was enjoying a delicious lunch--such a treat every time. this is an amazingly relaxing way to spend the day. The services are incredible, but even if you chose not to have a massage or a body scrub, you could easily spend hours in the sauna area or in the heated rooms, relaxing. Fabulous scrub and relaxation. A little confusion about moisturizing as a part of scrub.... But that i think is because the Spa used to offer combo packages that I took advantage of. This is a fabulous place and a wonderful retreat from the stresses of the world. I go here once in awhile. I would go more but I don't have the kind of income that allows me to do that. Unfortunately, the last time I was there, it didn't feel like a retreat. The words Israel sucks we're written on the wall in the cabin room (lots of things are written on the wall, people's names and that sort of thing.) I called and spoke to an assistant manager who said politely. Thanks for letting us know. I'll see what we can do. Everyone has the right to their views, but this kind of thing should not be in a spa where people are paying to relax and not think about the world's troubles for a few hours. The spa did contact me after I posted reviews on Yelp and Google. They said that they were taking it seriously and plan to cover up those words and eventually rehab all of the walls. read more

Lovely place. I enjoyed the heated pools quite a bit, and the heated rooms were relaxing. I would say that if you have sensitive skin, don't get the scrub! My skin started to break out during the massage and afterwards hurt so much I couldn't go back in the pools or sauna. I wish I had gotten a massage instead! read more

I came here for the first time with my sisters when they were in town visiting; they'd been to both this location and the original Tacoma venue before. Being this was my first time in any establishment such as this, it did take a little time getting used to at first. However, within 30 minutes of arriving I felt at ease. What a wonderful place to appreciate the female body in all shapes, sizes, and colors. Not once did I feel judged from other patrons or staff. We purchased a Mother's Day special which included a day pass, body scrub, moisturizer, and cucumber facial. It was all very heavenly and definitely worth the price! There's even a small restaurant in the spa which serves delicious Korean food! My sisters and I have already agreed to come back annually for our yearly scrub down! Just make sure you preplan your day because you can easily spend 4+ hours here! read more

Very disappointed in the customer service. Called on Sunday (closed) and left a message but never got a return call. When I called them again to schedule two appointment, they scheduled my mother and I for the wrong day. We drove in only to find that they couldn't take us because we were scheduled until the following week. I asked the young lady if there was anything they could do. She offered an appointment in four hours.no other help was provided. "Sorry, we're training some new people right now..."
