These people are not decent business people. All they want is your money. I do not recommend doing business with them. I took my vehicle there to have the custom rims and tires dismounted and to re-install my original factory rims and to also remove the tpss sensors from the custom rims and place them back in the original rims and tires. They charged me $120 to do the job. In the process they broke one of my sensors and never bothered to tell me. They simply tried to cover it up by installing an after market part which did not work because it wasn't compatible. When I pointed out that one of my sensors wasn't registering I was told to drive it 50 miles and it would register properly. After I got home and unloaded the custom rims & tires that they had removed, I started to roll them in the house to storage them and I heard an object rolling around inside of one of the tires. The next day I took the vehicle as well as the one tire with the unknown object inside back to Omars. I asked them to remove that object and let me know what it was. They charged me another $20 to do so. Turns out it was my original tpss sensors that they had broken. At this point I suggested to them that perhaps this is why my 4th tpss sensor isn't registering. (Because it's MISSING). I had driven well over 50 miles and it still wasn't working. Perhaps it's because it's not installed I said. It is at this point that they openly admitted that they had broken my original sensor and simply installed a different but didn't feel it necessary to tell me because they fixed the problem. They then tried to reprogram the sensors to no avail and told me to drive another 50 miles. After leaving and driving well over 50 miles it still wasn't working. A couple days later I returned again. They repeated the process of trying to program it to no avail. This occurred one more time and they finally gave up and suggested I take it to the dealership and just "have them reprogram it". I mentioned that this would cost me money out of pocket but they responded and assured me it wouldn't cost anything stating "Just take it to the dealer they won't charge you, it just takes a couple minutes to program". Needless to say I finally took it to a dealership and ended up paying $219.00 parts and labor to fix the problem that was caused by Omars. I returned to Omars with receipt in hand and documentation from the dealership of the issue being the aftermarket part which they had installed. Omars flat out refused to reimburse me and claimed that they could have fixed it and it was my decision to have the dealership fix it. I requested the dealership not throw the old part away because I wanted to keep it to take back to Omars. When I pleaded my case and showed them the sensor they even tried lying and saying that the tpss sensor was not a brand that they even carry and they couldn't have possibly put that on my tire. I tried my best working with them and even was willing to even settle for reimbursement for the cost of the part $51 minus the labor. They weren't willing to even do that. They were rude and wouldn't give me any legal names when I mentioned taking them to small claims court as a last resort. I even filmed them in action. I had spent thousands of dollars at this place previously and to be treated in this manner was unacceptable especially given the fact THEY are the ones that damaged the part to begin with and never even bothered to tell me when it happened. Instead they tried covering it up and then basically kept blowing me off thinking and hoping I would just say forget it and not pursue it further. To anyone considering doing business I would seriously rethink it. They are QUICK to take your money and slap some rims and tires on your car or truck but don't expect them to stand by their work in any aspect. They are simply NOT upstanding righteous people and if they will stiff me like this for a tpss sensor that costs $51 imagine what they'll do for HUNDREDS or THOUSANDS of your dollars. DON'T TRUST THEM! PERIOD! read more

READ THE REVIEWS, STAY AWAY! i'd give negative stars if i could. funny how they have a pretty good following on social media and they make themselves look better than what they really are. this place is a joke. i bought 4 wheels here and they horribly balanced all 4 of them. i couldn't even drive faster than 65mph without my steering wheel shaking. whatever they did on top of that messed up my alignment. i called back to try to get a refund or if they could switch out some other wheels and they completely ignored me and said that "their balancing machine has been acting up lately and they'll just re balance the tires" i call bullshit. they just aren't experienced at all... so after them just giving me an excuse after excuse i just didn't even bother dealing with them at all. so i went to my local dealership and had them put my stock wheels back on and this is what they find down below in the picture. they said 3 of my 4 wheels were balanced in-correctly. so obviously they won't own up to their mistake or try to fix the problem they caused. so i'm just gonna take my Loss because you can win them all. plus i'm pretty sure they need the $900 i paid for the wheels more than i do. so stay away from this place read more

Viewing all the hype on Facebook and twitter surrounding Omar's Wheels and Tires. I. I decided to visit for a new set of 26" inch tires. After my visit I can't honestly endorse the place for business. When you visit any business, you expect a certain level of professional courtesy. I didn't really receive that or care for the atmosphere. Let's get to the business, my truck was jacked up in the rear using the rear end to support it wrong, that is not the proper way to jack a vehicle. One plus, they were quick to install the tires, but left the stickers on the tires which I had to remove. They left greasy hand prints inside my clean chrome rims, which I had to remove. Now for one of the most important issues, they did a horrible job balancing my tires. When I left there my truck jumped like a jumping bean. Some businesses can't balance big rims over a 24, you would think they could since they sell 30's. I had my truck rechecked by a well-known business; one tire was off 9oz's. The tires require 40 psi, my left front had 45, my right rear had 48, left rear 38, and right front had 36. I myself will not visit or encourage anyone I know with big rims to visit Omar's Wheels and Tires. If you want the best wheel balance for big rims in the Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas area, visit Bosley Tires Wichita KS. They will get you right. Recently went and bought new tires on my vehicle, not only did they loose my lug nuts, messed up some of them, but they also didn't tighten them at all! My driver side tire had two lug nuts loose! Also tell me why I payed for installation and balance and all the 9 yards and I didn't get what I payed for! NONE OF MY TIRES WERE BALANCED! I came to Omar's to get my forgiatos put on my hellcat first my guy I bought the forgiatos from already had got them balanced and they had sensors in them already I took it to Omar's they told me they need to switch my sensors over from my stock hellcat wheels to my forgis I said ok be he say it's a couple hundred I said ok then boom I get it done and paid for everything I leave off the lot all the sensors were reading low psi 17,21, etc I'm thinking after my ride home they should all be back to normal psi...I get home use the gauge to check my air pressure the psi was right like they didn't even try and fill the forgiatos with air so whole time I'm riding my forgis alway home on low psi I could've F***** my rims up...so I take my rims and stock rims to a tire repair shop around the way from my house they tell me it's sensors in your forgiatos and your stock hellcat rims they didn't change anything he showed me he said look no one even touched these sensors on your hellcat rims they just flattened your tires to make it look like they did something...I'd expect better from Omar's before y'all go there know what you got going on they will charge you out the a** for some s*** they didn't even do smh read more

Came in here a couple days ago to buy rims and tires. I asked what rims+ tires would fit on my truck. He recommended some and I liked them and bought them. I asked them if they wouldn't rub on the truck they said no. After they put the rims on I drove off and noticed I couldn't even turn but ignored it thinking it was something else. I came back with a messed up bumper and power steering leaking. Then I came back and got a trim. They half asses my trim and they checked it and thought it was good now. They told me to drive it around to make sure it was ok, which it wasn't. They saw that it still needed more trimming but the guy who's supposed to do that , was like no that's good like that already. Felt like they were just tryna get me out of there. So I left because I don't like to get into arguments. I won't ever FW this place again.
