I checked my parents into the Omni while they were visiting from Texas, and I just had to share what a wonderful experience they had. My mom could not stop raving about Jamal and Alex! They went above and beyond to help my parents find their way around and made them feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. What makes her compliments mean even more is that my mom also works in a service-focused industry, so she understands what exceptional customer service looks like--and she definitely doesn't hand out compliments just to be nice! Being from Texas, we chose to stay at the Omni Hotel in Washington, DC. It really did exceed our expectations. From the moment we checked in until the time we checked out, the customer service was exceptional. Every team member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. Whether we were checking in or simply requesting a few extra towels, everyone made us feel valued and well taken care of. A special thank you to Jamal, with the security team, and Alex. Since we were unfamiliar with the DC area, we found ourselves needing directions and recommendations several times. They were always incredibly kind, professional, patient, and courteous. No matter how many questions we had, they took the time to help us with a smile, making us feel comfortable and welcome throughout our stay. Working in the customer service industry myself, I truly value exceptional service and professionalism. The level of care shown to my husband, myself, and even our daughter, who lives in DC, did not go unnoticed. It's clear that hospitality is a priority here. The hotel itself was beautiful. The lobby has an elegant ambiance, the rooms were comfortable and inviting, and the amenities were excellent. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool, the relaxing sauna, and the well-equipped fitness center. One of our favorite surprises was the Marquee Bar & Lounge. Shoutout to Johnathan from culinary to his wonderful accommodations for our bachelorette group. He made us special foods to snack on at the pool without asking for anything and made the bride feel so special. The spa on the other hand is a Pathetic excuse for a luxury spa. Feels like you are in the back rooms. Staff has no clue what's going on and it's difficult to make an actual appointment at the spa. The spa is in the basement of the hotel. For the marketing they put out on the website and in hotel brochures it is a total catfish for what it actually is. The locker rooms feel like an afterthought with old carpet, dim lighting, and a sauna that doesn't even work. It's like your average ymca locker room but add carpet and a broken sauna. The luxury vibe does not have staff that matches. It's a good atmosphere but with staff that has no clue what's is going on is unhelpful and will not accommodate special events or acknowledge if they made a mistake. I've definitely stayed at Omni's that are nicer than this one. First, the positives: -The staff are very friendly and helpful -It is a very quick walk to the metro and has a bus stop right outside -It is in a fairly quiet neighborhood for a city -Beautiful lobby and yummy complimentary lemonade midday However, things to consider: -The pool is open to hotel members, as well as anyone who gets a membership. It is also only 3.5 ft max which meant that it was kid central. By 8:30/9am families would start arriving and the pool would be full of kids until closing. There is also no lifeguard on duty, meaning the rules of the pool and jacuzzi aren't really enforced. Great place for families, but not so great for young couples with no kids. -Drinks and food on the premises are extremely expensive (which is to be expected), but they are not rated very highly. I didn't visit them because it didn't seem like they were worth the price. -This seems to be a hotel that holds a lot of conventions so it can get quite busy and stay that way throughout the day Finally, the not so great: -The elevators are small and there are only two. It was not unusual to have to wait for 2-4 elevators to go by before catching one during peak hours of the day -The sheets are kind of rough and, to be honest, there were pen ink stains. They probably could have used a little bleach too. -The chromecast on the TV didn't work -The rooms in general are old. Ours was fairly clean, but definitely pretty dusty in corners, around molding, and in vents. -The mini fridge was just barely cold enough to keep food and some of the outlets were plain broken -The walls are THIN. You can for sure hear other guests both above and on your left and right. I got a deal on this place through Expedia, so all in all I'm not mad. I was definitely expecting to have more leisure time by the pool though and it was a huge bummer that, except for 7-8am, it was basically a mad house. -The shampoo and conditioner has REALLY bad build up. I think this place is good if you want 4 star amenities on a budget, have kids, or like old buildings. Not so great if you're young, looking for super clean, or looking for super modern. Came to an conference here and I have to tell you I was confused at first. From the outside, this does not look like a hotel. It melds into the neighborhood so well that it looks like any other apartment building in the city. I had to walk by this at first to make sure that it was in fact the Omni. Inside it is grand. Somewhat of a maze unless you are a regular here. I walked in and looked around for a bit and getting my bearings. Once I figured out where I was going I made my way in that direction. But not before I had a seat in the lobby area to check my email for the day. The amount of levels here can be confusing. But they make it easy to find your way around. There are stairs aplenty and elevators if you need that. The conference space is ample and quite beautiful to take in information. Big rooms, great AV, lighting is amazing. Being that I was here for a conference I got to sample a bit of their food. Breakfast and lunch. Your typical hotel food. Breakfast was the fast eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit and pastries. Lunch was a Tex-Mex bar that you could make your own tacos/burritos. Everything was fresh and they ran the gambit of items to please even the pickiest of eaters. Some random shops and eateries inside if you will. Think gift shop/restaurants. Like any other hotel. This place was busy and a beautiful place to visit. read more

Omni went above and beyond on December 30, 2025. I called to let them know that my flight had got canceled on the 29th and I was not able to make it. They let me keep my reservation but they also gave me an upgrade and welcome with me on Tuesday morning. Room was ready it was cleaned. The robber's restaurant the breakfast is always good! They had the New Year's Eve party. It's a ballrooms, and even though it was less people this year, it was still a good time. The workers are friendly.. My only downfall is that the hotel is very old and it's time that someone gets it renovated to be up to standard. But I would always be back! read more

Staff was very friendly and nice. Seems that they are starting to renovate some of the older parts of the hotel, which is nice. A few things I didn't like the bottom of my door had a good half inch gap which led out of light in and noise in the middle of the night. The view I had was great and it was definitely nice to be away from the main strip, but sometimes was difficult as Lyft and Uber are expensive from this end of town. It's a big hotel and the room we had was decent. The furniture was a little outdated and the desk was too low for anybody's legs so when you sit under it, you're banging your knees against the drawers on the bottom of the desk. The fitness room & equipment was excellent (by hotel standards), but from what I saw of the spa, no thanks. The website says you can swim laps in the pool, but the pool is full of kids, so forget about swimming laps. For that matter, the whole hotel is full of kids. You feel like you're at Disneyland. Kids literally riding bicycles in the lobby and kicking soccer balls down the hallways. Constant noise and screaming. It's hard to understand because there's really nothing here for kids to do other than the pool and a little arts and crafts room on the first floor. There's no in hotel laundry which I thought was really unusual because pretty much every hotel has coin operated washers and dryers. Not here. An unknown animal cooked as meatballs and a ravioli people were spitting into their napkins after the first bite. Came here with Steven and not as impressed as I thought that I would be. Very rich in history with the inaugural balls hosted and celebrities who stayed here. Love that there are description boxes all over the lobby so you could get to know the hotel. But, the room had cracked white doors and peeling white paint. Clean, yes, but everything is aged. Bed is pretty high, too, so be careful during nighttime. Staff were nice when we checked in and out of the hotel. Valet was like $40(?) and charged to card on file for hotel room booked. Comes with free drink at the café for all guests who book room. Drinks made there were mid, though. I thought that the decorations at the lobby were cute with the floral look. Security and housekeepers do a good job of checking in with guests, too, which I experienced when I was doing an early morning walk around the hotel lobby to appreciate its beauty and historical significance. It's unfortunate that such a clean, beautiful hotel with an exceptional atmosphere loses all of its goodness to incompetent employees. Came for a bachelorette trip - I called the day prior to confirm connecting rooms. I was ensured that 2/3 of the rooms were connecting, and also that there would be complimentary champagne left in the bride's room (yes, this was confirmed, not just suggested). When we arrived, all three of the rooms were randomly paced throughout the hall, with no champagne. Went to the front desk to explain the situation, was basically called a liar, and was told that my phone-call conversation about confirming these things would have "never happened without manager approval," and they were basically unwilling to help. At the marquee lounge, two nights in a row, food came out cold, incorrect, and multiple drinks and food items were completely forgotten. My SOBER aunt ordered a mocktail and was served an alcoholic drink. Cheesecake was delivered with a fruit fly crawling right on top of it. Pool bar is okay, but all food is pre-made and put in a warming oven when you order it. Not to mention, severely overpriced for basic options like chicken tenders and turkey wraps, and waited 15+ minutes every time we wanted to order a drink (and no, it wasn't super full with long lines or anything). Kids overcrowd the pool and were running into us and hitting us with beach balls all day long. Obviously not the kids' fault, but not the relaxing experience you hope to have at the pool at a crazy expensive resort hotel. The spa is marketed online to be something that it is not. It's located in the basement of the hotel in a tiny hallway, not at all fitting the idea of what a spa should be at a hotel marketed as a "resort spa." Hotel and pool alone are beautiful. However, one interaction with a staff member, and the experience is completely ruined. We did a resort day pass for the pool with the kiddos for a staycation. Adult passes are $100+ and kid passes are $20. If the whole family comes, it usually makes more sense to get a room vice just the day passes. Love that the deck is clean and they have a pool bar/grill! The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because I haven't stayed overnight yet. This is a grand hotel in the nations's capital. I was there for the NYE gala, and it was beautiful! The lobby was decorated with beautiful holiday displays and statues. As soon as I approached the hotel, I had 3 people greet me and open the door. There are several big conference and ballrooms in the lower level. However, I got a little turned around because there wasn't signing to navigate the large hotel. The staff was very helpful in assisting me and sharing information on how to navigate the event. They also have a large valet service area and staff. The experience makes me want to come back to stay. I will update the review when I do. read more

Bad experience. They had a bounce house kids event scheduled for Saturday morning for weeks. I even called the night before to confirm. We show up and they tell us "Oh, last night we decided to cancel and do a private event instead." Really amateur operation going here. Amazing. We had a small problem with our room so we went to the front desk to see if we could change rooms. Oh my gosh they gave us a suite...900 square foot room. Absolutely beautiful! J is have always loved the Omni, we go to the other Omnis in different locations also. They were built in the 1800's President celebrities, movie stars have stayed there. They have a bar and restaurants. And best of all they have it all decorated for Christmas. Also a room for small children. Crafts etc. I'll always choose the Omni s when I can. Unprofessional Staff, Unauthorized Charges, and Total Lack of AccountabilityI am extremely disappointed with my stay at this property. The front desk operation is completely amateur, dishonest, and lacks basic customer service skills.My negative experience began at check-in with Fernando. Management explicitly implemented a policy to accommodate early check-ins, yet Fernando was either completely untrained on this policy or simply unwilling to help. He flat-out refused to accommodate me.Things got much worse with Kayla at the front desk. I was offered a room upgrade, which I explicitly declined. Kayla verbally confirmed that I would not be charged. However, she snuck the upgrade fee onto my bill anyway.To make matters worse, I was promised a corrected receipt upon checkout. It has still not been sent. Retaining unauthorized funds and withholding billing documentation constitutes financial misconduct. I am now forced to file a fraud dispute through my credit card company.Beyond the terrible attitude and deceptive billing practices of the staff, the hotel itself is highly disappointing. The rooms are incredibly dated and poorly maintained. Save your money and stay somewhere that respects the law, its guests, and basic business ethics. read more

When you come back after an outing, the doorman greets you warmly saying, welcome back! *Rooms are reasonably priced, especially given the location. *While the hotel is older, it has charm and is gorgeous! *Property is beautiful. I thought that the Omni Shoreham Hotel handled my issue in a very inappropriate way. I paid in full for two massages which included pool access and received an email requesting when I would like these massages to which I replied about 2 o'clock tomorrow. I flew in last night from California to be with my granddaughter who I had not seen in almost 2 years and thought it would be a fun way to spend Saturday, but I received a phone call from Donna (very professional and lovely) from the Spa saying that there would only be one masseuse working that day, and he could only start at 5:30 PM since he would be driving in from Baltimore.Because we had dinner reservations I told her we would keep one Massage reservation but have to cancel the second. Today I received an email saying that I would be charged $169 so that I could accompany my granddaughter and spend the afternoon with her at the pool prior to her receiving her massage. This was such an unwarranted, unnecessary and inappropriate way to handle this matter since in good faith I paid $400 upfront thinking that I would be able to spend the afternoon with her. Certainly it is not my fault that the Spa only had one masseuse available and that he would not be available until 5:30 PM. This has left a very poor taste in my mouth and I would never recommend the Omni Shoreham Hotel to anyone. In addition, I will be posting a review of my experience on Google, Yelp, and TripAdvisor. I stayed there for a trip to DC- It's one of the best stays I've ever had!! The place is awesome but on top of it their staff is the besttt!!! "Chase" helped me and my friend at many instances and was so devoted and had a lovely personality. Really exceptional customer service. There is a pool side and outside lawn and really cute terrace in the hotel to where you can work peacefully. Lobby is pretty good too. Will Defo come back here. We reserved a room at the Omni Shoreham in DC for a staycation this year for July 4th. Unfortunately, so did everyone else in the DC Metro area. We arrived at 10:30 am on the 4th to find that the pool was already at capacity, and a line had begun forming. And by at capacity, that meant they let people put towels out when the pool opened at 6 am and leave them for whenever they returned throughout the day. Do you think I was disappointed since it was my birthday? You should have seen the four-year-old in her water wings in line for who knows how long.  We went straight back to check-in to see if we could get a refund, but unfortunately, we were unable to do so since we had booked through Booking. Their solution was to give us a late check-out, allowing us to use the pool the following day. We begrudgingly agreed. We then went to check out the room and planned to return that evening to sleep there so we could beat the crowds for the pool the next day. We decided against sleeping there because the room smelled like 50-year-old cigarettes and was just kind of sad and dated. We decided we would rather sleep at home and come over early the next morning to enjoy the pool.  To placate us, the girl at the desk, who had checked us in, knew it was my birthday and asked if I liked cake, to which I replied, "Who doesn't?" She told my husband she was going to send a birthday cake to the room. Later that afternoon, my sister-in-law called the hotel to try to send us a bottle of wine to the room, but no one at the front desk could figure out how to do it. They also told her not to worry because they were doing something, "really special".  We returned the next morning at 7:30 am and secured the last two pool lounges available. Again, the pool was filled with towels and hardly any people. We then went up to the room to see what they had left, which we assumed would be a cake. Apparently, that was a rhetorical question because there was nothing. Now, onto the two-hour burger. We went back to the pool, not wanting to be those people who tag their seats and leave for hours. I had no breakfast in the rush to get over there to secure pool seats, so I was starving by 10:30. The poolside cafe was set to open at 11, and had a burger that sounded delicious. I went up there at 11 and was asked to come back in 10 minutes. I went back 15 minutes later to order and was told the chef was not there yet. So, after another 15 minutes, he has arrived! I ordered my burger, and then the wait began. It takes about 45 minutes for me to get my burger, and it's the wrong one. It was a burger that wasn't even on their menu. We are talking about a four-item menu. I go back and ask them if they could please make the correct burger. The cafe isn't even busy, but I wait another 45 minutes for my burger. I went back to the coveted lounge to eat my lunch, and they made the same exact thing they had on the first one. At that point, I just ate it with a couple of glasses of rosé to wash away the ridiculousness of the whole situation. Mistakes aside, it was a solid burger. Everyone who works there is incredibly nice, but it seems they lack proper training. This makes me think that the management might not be very effective. Since we are local, it would have been nice if they had offered us some pool passes to return later in the summer. We are moving up the street next week, and I had hoped to make the Omni my local pool since they offer day passes. We've stayed at the Omni Homestead in Virginia a few times and have always had a great experience. Unfortunately, that was our last visit, as they couldn't figure out how to make it right. Places that are not resorts should not try to act as such. We all pay the absurd resort fees on top of all the other fees and taxes these days. I thought that for the Omni's reputation and resort fee, we would at least have a relaxing time by the pool. Not so much. read more

My daughter developed a significant rash during her stay, and the sheets felt rough and sandy. When she reported it, she was told the hotel would comp one night. When I later called to follow up, I was transferred between multiple departments, forced to repeat the story several times, and ultimately told by a supervisor that no refund had ever been offered. She also suggested that my daughter should have requested different sheets due to "allergies"--despite having no history of bedding allergies and no reason to expect a reaction. The promised callback never happened. The hotel felt outdated and not particularly clean, and several staff members were indifferent or impolite. We had to ask for towels multiple times which never came so we ended up going down to reception for them. Also half the outlets and lamps didn't work which was annoying. They have a beautiful pool, but it is surrounded by a limited number of seats, and what is there is broken, damaged, old and in need or replacement. I used to love coming to the pool at the Omni but now anymore. In June I had booked a massage, I had done this the previous year and had a great experience. When I arrived, instantly something seemed off. They seemed confused, and unaware of my reservation. The gentleman running the desk seemed he was trying to kill time, so walked me to the changing room. But, instead of showing me it he walked into the women's changing room with me...! I was shocked, and so were the other women in there. After that it only got worse. They asked me to sit in a hallway and wait for the masseuse to let me in. Shortly after a man came in in shorts and a t-shirt and said he would be doing my massage. He told me to go in and change and lay on the bed. He reeked of cigarettes. I changed and laced down, and suddenly just felt off. I got up and left the room, the man was sitting outside on his phone Spotify trying to find spa music. I left - went to the Health Spa desk and told them I was leaving, and they wouldn't let me leave. I have never experienced something more uncomfortable. It is clear there is no one running the health spa and pool area, or the person who is is so poorly managing it, it's embarrassing. It is a beautiful property- I hope they change. read more

If I am honest, the people at this hotel stare at you when you eat food in the dining area and they are all immigrants, so they speak their language while watching you eat. I just stopped eating my food because I found a hair in it that is clearly visibly not mine. Would not recommend, the grounds are very pretty though. read more

The conference accommodations were average and the food provided for the conference was cold and subpar. They ran out of coffee and the lunch was cold. I thoroughly enjoyed my one-night staycation at the Omni Shoreham Hotel. Everything during my stay was comfortable and the team was extremely accommodating. A highlight for me was the professionalism experienced at check-in, from the receptionist - Toorilay. The location of the hotel was perfectly situated in the Adams Morgan neighbourhood. I was able to conveniently Uber to the restaurant and concert venue, without sitting in crazy traffic. As many of the other reviews mention, the hotel is quite dated. I arrived at this hotel after a long drive, completely exhausted, and with an important morning appointment. I got there around 2:40 AM, but they told me they couldn't check me in because the system was updating. It's now 4:33 AM and I'm still waiting. When I first arrived, the front desk agent apologized. I appreciated his attitude and told him it wasn't his fault. However, an hour later when I checked again, he told me it was actually my fault for not calling in advance -- and claimed that check-ins are usually paused between 2-3 AM at hotels like this. But guess what? It's 4:37 AM, and the system is still "updating." Since I was so tired from driving, I rested briefly in the lobby to relax my feet. That's when a security guard approached me with a rude tone and raised voice, which felt very disrespectful. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. I'm partial to Omni hotels as my wife and I chose to have our wedding reception at one of their properties. However, this property was not to my liking. You may enjoy it more if staying in a historic hotel, with all its quirks, gives you enjoyment. However, for my stays here over the years, I find myself wishing to stay at a humble Courtyard by Marriott instead. The grandeur of this hotel is a great idea, but the execution is lacking in details. I wish they would better appoint the guest rooms it to match the caliber of hotel that it puts itself out to be. Since the hotel is so historic and old, there is a musky smell throughout the guest rooms, with BO smell in the bathroom and leak stains around the base of the toilet. In window air conditioning is loud, floors are squeaky and has many uneven dead spots under the worn carpet. Toilet flushed extremely slow and the toilet seat was yellowed from age. Sink was small and didn't have enough space for toiletries. Shower was a bathtub that had three separate shower curtains to wrap around the tub to keep the floors dry. No shower gel was offered in the shower, so had to use an old school soap bar that is rare in hotels nowadays. There was also insufficient lighting inside the room, so I had to take off a couple of the lamp shades to improve it a little. Ventilation in some of the conference rooms were questionable, as it still felt very humid and damp although the AC was blowing strongly. The Omni Shoreham is a breathtaking hotel. From the lobby's twinkling crystal chandeliers to the impeccably comfortable appointments of each guest room, this property radiates opulence and luxury in every way. I was impressed the moment I walked through the door. It comes as no surprise that a host of lawmakers (including two presidents) have slept in this building; this is perhaps the classiest hotel I've seen on the East Coast. The lobby's interior speaks to a bygone era of classic luxury. It felt truly special to stroll beneath the vaulted ceilings and radiant lights of this foyer, all the while imagining I was a statesman of repute. It is even rumored that these halls are haunted by the ghosts of politicians past. Considering the Omni Shoreham's long and illustrious history, I would not be surprised. Guest rooms with two queen beds are exceedingly comfortable for a family of four adults. My family and I enjoyed a spacious room on the top floor with sweeping views of the Arlington skyline and the Washington Monument. The beds are quite nice; I slept well throughout my stay. I appreciated thoughtful touches of convenience like a heat lamp installed in the bathroom ceiling and a lighted walk-in closet to store my hefty luggage. For the hot, humid days of summer in Washington, the massive outdoor pool at the Omni is a blessing. I also like lounging in the jacuzzi next to it. A veranda with luscious lawns and flower gardens surroundings the pool area, overlooking the hills and forests of Rock Creek Park. The area feels serene and totally separated from the bustle of the city outside. I highly recommend brunch at the lobby restaurant. Having visited on Mother's Day, the menu here was extensive and delicious. I especially enjoyed the seared tuna with creme brûlée for desert. It's hard to imagine a better brunch for momentus occasions. (For a less pricey breakfast, there's a cafe with scrumptious banana bread and tea on one of the promenades.) The Omni has a fairly good location; while it's not exactly downtown, this property is walking distance from the National Zoo and only about fifteen minutes from American University by Uber. What's more, there's a metro station right outside. I love the nightlife of the Adams Morgan neighborhood, from which the hotel is a very short distance. In all, the Omni Shoreham is certainly the best Omni property I've stayed in. This is a five-star, first class accommodation I'd recommend to anyone visiting Washington, D.C. read more

Lobby beautiful, bar and restaurant decent. Guest rooms spacious HOWEVER, three of our rooms had mold on the bedroom walls, and around the terrace doors and windows and two of the rooms had human hair in the bathtubs even after we notified housekeeping and supposedly they recleaned them. read more

Our family has been visiting the Omni Shoreham in DC for many years, without incident until this past visit over Labor Day weekend. During our stay, we were 'reminded' of our Asian heritage on four occasions by various staff. A woman at the pool/fitness check-in asked if we were from, "Japan." We let her know we're from NJ, but that my parents had Korean heritage. She later awkwardly greeted us in a language that was not Korean. At breakfast, a separate staff member asked my brother-in-law, who is of Asian descent, if he had dined at the restaurant the prior day. He had just checked in, so it was a case of mistaken identity. At the pool bar, another staff member asked me if I was Korean and if I had been at the bar the prior day. She mentioned that I looked like a Korean guy from the other day. Another case of mistaken identity. These interactions are offensive. Calling out heritage is one thing, but for a pattern to exist among various staff employees, to awkwardly call out and point out that people are of Asian heritage, is wrong. The mistaken identity issue is a not so subtle jab - "all Asians look alike." Please train your staff to not comment on a guest's background, heritage, or otherwise try to make comments of seeing someone again (unless they are absolutely sure). The exception being if the guest brings it up. We loved this hotel. Unfortunately, we have to consider other places to stay next Labor Day weekend. read more

I just spent 3 days here for a conference. It's musty and moldy smelling which made it hard to breathe. And SO many stairs from one event to another and not ADA friendly. The hallways are freezing. Hotel staff interactions were great. Don't expect a breakfast or lunch venue unless it's a coffee counter. I do not recommend this hotel for conference hosting. read more

Would not book there again and do not recommend. Valet was very nice and checkin was okay. We had high hopes, but ended up being sorely disappointed. The hotel is very old and has not been kept up well. Surely, at one point in time, it was very nice, but now looks dated and feels dingy. The room was sub-par and did not feel luxurious. Floors were badly stained. There were cracks in the bathroom flooring. The bed was nicely decorated, but upon sitting down, there were loud noises due to some material that sounded metallic underneath. The place looked very old and worn down. It felt more like an old apartment than an upscale hotel. The crab cakes were burned at Roberts. When we alerted our server she did not apologize. She walked away and got the manager. Glad she got the manager, who was very professional, but she should have apologized and explained what she was doing instead of walking away without saying anything. Overall, wasn't impressed with the table, seating, or decor. Everything looked old and worn down. Marquee Lounge was better even though they offer less food. The ambiance was great and loved the different seating options. The lobster roll and fries were very good. Calamari was not great. Shrimp was good. Fried mushrooms were very greasy. Drinks were ok. We did not stay the night because the room was not comfortable. We believe we got ripped off. read more

My family and I stayed at the Omni Shoreham hotel for 5 nights and had a wonderful experience! The staff were welcoming, helpful, kind, and the reason I'm writing this review. We felt cared for and pampered. Heres the breakdown. Lobby - BEAUTIFUL and smells super good too. Overall, it's such a nice vibe. The gentleman working at the front desk was super kind and welcoming. He gave my kids goodie bags and gave my husband and I drink/coffee vouchers. Parking is probably the only downside. It's $50 a day for valet (no self parking). However, this is the norm for nearly all hotels in the area. We swam in the pool each day. This is a great pool if you have kiddos because it only goes to a little over 3ft. Shout out to the hotel house keeping! They're on top of it! We went down to the pool and by the time we went back to the room it was nice and clean. Room service was quick and good. read more
