I called On Call at 3:00p on a Saturday due to a broken drain line in my bathroom sink... he arrived less than 45 min later and gave me an estimate of 245 because there was some significant work to disassemble my old sink and get in to replace the piping... took a fair bit longer than he hoped to get it done but everything works perfectly! He actually had trouble getting the sink basin back on level and ended up coming back Monday at my request to try to adjust it and got it all back to perfect without charging me a dime over the original 245 estimate! We suffered a major disaster after the big power outage this week. Our tankless water heater was hit by the power surge and it just died. We called our plumber but he said he'll refer us to Paul who's more experienced with tankless. When Paul called he said there's 2 more jobs he have to do and he'll come by the next day to check the damage. I'm not gonna say how much he quoted us less senior citizens discount, because people might lose interest on getting tankless water heater (no waiting for the water to heat up, no running out of hot water even if washer, dishwasher are on while you're taking a shower, etc etc). We have to wait another day while he's waiting for the parts, but once he started working he didn't even take a break or take the snack we offered them. When they're done they took all the boxes and left the place clean. After they left, I've noticed that the water temperature is kinda low for my liking so I called him to see if he could swing by the next day to fix it. Well, I'm happy to say that he was here first thing the next morning to adjust the water temperature. That's what I call excellent service. Cancelling other business outside the home, I made sure to be here at 3:00. At 3:00, no show, no call. I call. The plumber said, "I am at my work site. How about after 6:00pm?" After I ran into a plumbing issue on my property I called a few plumbing companies I had found on Yelp as well. Unfortunately it didn't seem as if many of them did plumbing services on Sunday & some of them you needed to schedule an appointment for an estimate. Lets keep it plain simple & honest here, who schedules a appointment when you are having plumbing issues at you're house? I am calling because I wanted an estimate & possibly have it done the same day because we all need to use water everyday. So I was a bit hesitant to call this company because it had no business photo & not too many reviews to read off of, but I took the chance anyways because I really didn't have another choice in the position I was in. It was well worth it because Joven is RELIABLE! He answered my call I took him my issue and he took me up front what the problem was likely leaning towards. I asked him what his rate was and if he could come in later that day to check it out and possibly change it. He informed he would show by the next hour or two because he was finish up another job in a different city. He then showed up gave an estimate not to far off the price he gave me on the phone and changed it. The time he was from in and out my house was about an hr and a half. IMPRESSIVE!! I needed a Plumber on Saturday and based on a review I saw elsewhere, I gave them a call. Within 3 hours he was at the house redoing the wax rings on two toilets. He tells you the truth about the situation, doesn't try to sell you anything. They are courteous and considerate. One thing my wife noticed was they took off their shoes before entering the house and continue to do so, though it was probably inconvenient the amount of times they went in and out. Pricing was very fair and he help to alleviate any concerns their might have been in the plumbing. I called On-Call pluming this morning as something was wrong with our sump pump. All I knew was the damn thing kept running even when it was clearly empty. We were naturally worried the pump would burn out and then sewage would spew forth in our basement. Not a pleasant thought. Anyway, I called On-Call and he said he could be here within the hour. I was going to be out for a few hours and he graciously accommodated my schedule. When I got back from my appointment, On-Call was waiting in my driveway. An hour and a half later, my sump was working once again and my leaky toilet was fixed to boot. Once he discovered what the problem was (a broken switch), he gave me the option to replace the pump ($1200) or attach and external float that would override the broken switch ($25) which he had in his truck. I went with the external float. I really appreciated that he didn't push for the more expensive option that probably would have been more lucrative for him (a trip to buy the new sump, another visit to install it, etc.). On-Call was honest, responsive and knowledgeable and prices were reasonable. I'll definitely call them when I have pluming issues in the future. And when it does come time to replace that sump, you can bet I'll call On-Call to get the job done. Very pleased!!!! read more

Our sump stopped working this morning and the alarm went off as it reached near the top. Joven arrived within an hour of calling, and fixed everything quickly - he showed me the BIG bag of grease he cleaned out of the pump which had been the source of the problem (kitchen sink and dishwasher is also connected via the sump). Last few issues happened on a Sunday and I will always call Joven. He's courteous and very fair-priced. In fact, last call was because I didn't realize I pushed the dishwasher button. Hence, water filled the dishwasher and because water was pouring from that area, I thought for sure it was a leak under the faucet. Long story short, Joven came out after his family Sunday meal and immediately saw it wasn't the faucet. And sure enough there was the water in the dishwasher. He emptied it a waited until I was assured that there wasn't water coming from somewhere else. (He knew there wasn't, but was being polite.) He charged me nothing and left with good vibes and humor.
