Really great guys! I highly recommend On Call Plumbing. They were able to get me in right away (since I was about to go out of town for 10 days) and I had to change out a faucet in my kitchen. It was also leaking under the sink (and I didn't even know it). I had used Heys Plumbing for many years but found their service to be getting worse and worse as the years rolled on to the point where I realized (even knowing nothing about plumbing myself) that they weren't doing what they were supposed to do. Ordered a new fridge to my new apartment, that unfortunately had no fridge water line set up. I contacted Jeremie regarding the pilot light going out on our water heater. He was honest from the beginning. He said our water heater is must likely still under warranty and encouraged us to contact the installer so we didn't have to pay out of pocket. We ended up contacting our home warranty company. When their technician wasn't able to fix the problem ( he actually made it worse ), we contacted Jeremie again. He was so helpful. So I had a problem with the water pressure at my house. The shower would barley drip water if anyone was using water in the house. I found on call plumbing. They came out in about an hour. Jeremy replaced my pressure regulator and fixed the issue. The price was a little more than I expected but the quality of the work was well worth it. They were really fast and professional. He spent a good 2+ hours troubleshooting a tricky line issue - consulting with Jeremie as this clog was a real mess. Started the morning off with a cold shower.... everybody's worst nightmare. My water tank is only a year old and after checking, noticed the pilot light was on but there was a blinking LED light coming from the water heater. I called around and today was a busy day for the plumbing industry and instead of telling me they were booked for the day on call plumbing was honest with me and told me they'd make room for me toward the end of the day. They stayed in contact with me throughout the day letting me know that one of their calls had run longer than expected but they would be sure to stop by my house as soon as they were finished. They came over and it ended up being a small fix, something that had to do with an error on my end. They were very gracious, talked me through the entire inspection and let me know exactly what was wrong. It ended up being a possibility of two different things. After they had charged me for the visit they let me know that if tomorrow, I still didn't have any hot water they would be glad to come out, change my water heater considering it was still under warranty and only charge me for the labor and what I paid tonight for the visit, would go directly towards that. I'm so thankful that I found a plumber in this town that didn't try to overcharge me or oversell me. On call will forever have my business! read more
