My husband and I rode with On Demand Car Services 7 times during a recent stay in Los Angeles. Each time, a driver appeared 10 minutes to 1/2 hour early (and happy to wait), attired in a suit and tie, in a midnight black luxury vehicle that was immaculately clean, inside and out, with bottled water for the passengers. The drivers were pleasant and polite, speaking perfect English, and knew the best routes to get to the places we wanted to visit. Toufik and James were the two drivers who helped us. Toufik is the owner of the company, and has high standards. He said that because LA's traffic is so unpredictable, he would rather be 1/2 hour early and wait on his passengers than risk a less desirable outcome. Both drivers were very flexible and responsive in picking us up from museum visits for which we knew our arrival time, but were not sure exactly when we would want to leave the museum. The prices for each ride seemed very reasonable when compared to what we have paid in the recent past for taxis in Los Angeles. The quality of the On Demand Car Services experience is much, much better than any of the many LA taxis in which we have ridden in the past. The value of On Demand Car Services is particularly great because, after the first pickup, we knew we were working with a company that valued our patronage, and that we could count on On Demand Car Services to appear when scheduled, and to provide us with a pleasant, stress-free ride. I normally don't leave reviews, but due to the great service and unmatched attention to detail...I felt like I needed to. I had never used a service company before, but a friend of ours referred us to Toufik at On Demand Car Services when I needed a ride to LAX and a pick up on our return. Needless to say it was a complete game changer and especially because just how affordable their services are! Now my family and I only use this company especially when we travel! I'm a Music Editor for feature films. In February of this year I was hired on a job that required me to work in Burbank at Warner Bros studio. I live in Culver City. On January 21, 2017 my wife and I needed a transfer from our AirBnB accommodation in Venice Beach to LAX. We contacted a competitor (Hyeride) that our friend's had used - he wanted $45. More than the taxi ride we took getting to our accommodation. We contacted this agency because of the good reviews they had at Yelp. We were not disappointed. The driver showed up a little early, was polite, loaded and unloaded our luggage, had water in the car for us. The whole experience was 'exceptional'. We've been using On Demand Car Services to go and come back from LAX for the past few years now. We were looking for a safer way to get to the airport with a young child without having to bring our own car seat.
