First let me say the staff was super nice here. The atmosphere is playful and fun. A little cluttered, but fun. We ordered several items, it was our first time. I got the musubi, soy garlic hot wings, crunchy hot chicken, macaroni salad and the spicy pork. The musubi was perfect (if you mess that up ). The spicy pork wasn't spicy it was super tender and flavorful. The soy garlic wings were very flavorful but greasy. The crunchy chicken- I could have seriously done without. It was crunchy but some of it was just fried crunch pieces and they were burned. It was a neutral flavor and not spicy or hot at all. For the price, I don't feel like it was a good value or meal. We ordered the tteokbokki, soy chicken, crunch chicken, spicy tenderloin tenders, hot green tea, and Thai tea. Everything was absolutely delicious I really recommend the soy chicken. The ambiance was great was not too nosy so we were able to have a conversation without shouting and able to watch the Korean show's playing on their TV. Service was grade A they made sure we were okay. Although I do still pricing is a bit on the higher side the food, ambiance, and service was well worth the price. Ordered food from here via Postmates. I got the plain wings, popcorn chicken and spam musubi. While the chicken items were good, I would suggest to skip the spam musubi. I will never understand why restaurants will pack so much rice that you lose the spam. And anyone who's ever eaten spam knows how hard it is to drown out spam haha. I basically removed 2/3 of the rice. Might as well have made a spam musubi bowl. The wings were nice and crispy. And the popcorn chicken was very good too. No gristle which is a huge plus for me. The sauces they give are a little on the sweet side for me. Anyone who's had Korean fried chicken before will know the flavor profile of the soy chicken. My husband and I went to lunch here today and we were very happy we did! The food is excellent, I had the tempura bento and my husband had the chicken bento and we split the ramen with added vegetables. Everything was great, the tempura was perfectly done, the two included roll slices were very good and rice done well. My husband enjoyed the chicken bento with the roll slices and especially liked the ramen (mild). Very flavorful and more than enough was left to take home as a side for dinner. And we took two cups of chocolate chip ice cream home for later...too full to eat now ;-) The service was excellent, she was very hospitable. With almost non-existent korean eatery options in Corona, discovering this place almost brought tears to my eyes. While not real traditional Korean food, at least the chicken was done in k-style. I honestly didn't have much expectations for this place being Asian food snob from Irvine and other OC areas. Bento boxes were sizable with some cali rolls and gyoza. Although they tasted rather mediocre, they were nowhere near bad as I expected. I thought the bento would have been pretty good value at 10.99~12.99 but felt they were on the pricey side at 13.99~15.99 range. As for the ambiance, it was rather odd. They were playing kpop music videos playing on 4 tvs behind the bar counter with granite top and dark oak cabinets. There were bunch of potted succulents with odd interior decors. None of the wall decors appeared like they really fit the place. I was puzzled at what style they were going for. The dining area is big with lotta breathing room, but the interior was pretty offputting with bizarre atmosphere. Good thing is the place was still clean and the cashier lady was very friendly. I will probably takeout once in awhile but the place just isn't enough to become my new goto K chicken / bentobox eatery. read more
