I explained to the owner that I had multiple phone calls with this staff member about using my warranty company as payment. Staff is not educated on the shops policy and client is bitting the bullet! No refund.

Mike was able to fit me in and although I had to wait a few hours, due to the shop being unable to replicate the problem, the clutch switch was cleaned which was one of the areas suspected. Cost out the door was $232 which was mostly the $175 diagnostic fee, followed by shop fees and tax. Waiting room was fine with coffee available and a vending machine for snacks. On the final bill, there should have been an explanation of all charges, e.g. shop fees but more importantly, a full description of what was investigated and done. Those two items need improvement.
